NN YipThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included.
It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel.
The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options.
There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise.
Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us.
We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better.
Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese.
The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel.
The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves.
Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

UUsuario invitadoWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.
Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so)
This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.
Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service .

Hicimos una excursión a Jinsennuma e hicimos una escapada a Iwauchi.
Un hotel que merece mucho la pena, a la altura de la reputación de privacidad del Ritz-Carlton. El onsen (aguas termales) también era excelente. Un itinerario perfecto.

The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

ZZhouxianshengLa primera vez en el Valle II es excelente y es inolvidable que el hotel Vale se encuentra en tres días. La estadía es muy fluida y no hay ninguna espera terrible. La disposición de las habitaciones de la suite, el equipo de la instalación se ajusta a las expectativas, es adecuada para la vida familiar. La relación de costo es bastante alta en el mismo hotel regional. Sin embargo, el efecto de la iluminación de la ventana de la habitación del hotel no es muy bueno. Es fácil despertar a la luz de la mañana. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorarlo.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la esquí puede volver directamente del camino de la nieve. En cuanto a la viaje, el shuttle del hotel es muy intimidad. Jessica Tan, la recepción, es china, no sólo es cálida y hermosa, sino también muy entusiasta. Ayudarme a salir de la casa con facilidad, y a trabajar en la tienda para obtener todos los derechos y intereses. El coche de vuelta también me ayudó a reservar. Cada enlace se considera muy cuidadosamente y se siente muy tranquilo.
En general, es muy probable que la próxima vez que vaya a la Segunda Guerra Mundial, vaya a ser aquí.
