Hoteles en Salou con balcón

Me alegra mucho con todo literalmente. Definitivamente reservaría de nuevo. El apartamento era super limpio, espacioso y cómodo. Sentí la seguridad y el servicio de Aya (recepcionista) era excelente.

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

Un hotel muy bonito, con buena ubicación cerca de la ciudad, aunque esté en calles algo apartadas. La habitación era muy pequeña y muy sencilla; las cortinas no eran para nada opacas, la cama era muy pequeña y el aislamiento acústico era nulo (se oye hasta el pitido del ascensor, así que imagínense...). El baño era moderno, pero el agua salía muy caliente, incluso hirviendo a veces; y no había agua fría con mucha frecuencia. El personal, amable.

No puedo recomendar este hotel lo suficiente, la ubicación, el personal y el servicio fueron increíbles. Está un poco en una colina, pero esto no me molestó en absoluto. Tenía el desayuno incluido y quedé muy contento, ¡tanto para elegir! El personal era muy amable y limpiaban la habitación a diario. No tenía vistas al mar, pero tenía una hermosa vista de las palmeras desde mi habitación, que siempre tenía una brisa agradable. Me encantó todo y lo más probable es que me quede aquí de nuevo cuando visite Salou. Gracias por el increíble servicio 4R Playa Park Hotel.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el hotel estaba bien, camareros algunos más simpáticos que otros pero la comida del restaurante congelada y bastante mala para lo que te cobran, a parte de que pides CocaCola o Fanta y te traen el vaso ya servido (sin lata ni botellín) y claramente eso no era de esas marcas (y te lo cobran igual también, carísimo). La ubicación muy bien, cerca de todo. El buffet sólo tenía desayuno y un poco escaso, a parte de tener que hacer bastante cola para entrar porque el comedor no es lo suficientemente grande para abarcar con tanta gente. La piscina está bien pero no hay ningun tipo de organizacion con las hamacas, cada uno la pone donde quiere cuando quiere y es un poco desastre. Lo recomiendo pero con bajas expectativas.

Me gusto el lugar y es muy cómodo para hospedarse. El servicio y la limpieza en la habitación es muy agradable.

Fin de semana idílico con amigos. Desayuno del Club San Juan espectacular. Se dieron cuenta del cumpleaños de uno de los amigos y le dieron un detalle en el desayuno. Destacar la atención de Chus en este aspecto, atenta, profesional y super cercana. Repetiremos!

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.
