Hotel anticuado. Desde que entras ni hay rampa para las maletas. Las habitaciones con moqueta, su estado de limpieza deja un poco que desear. El baño es minimo. Ni hay sitio para dejar la bolsa de aseo. El inodoro metido debajo del radiodor. Se oye el ruido de la calle. El desayuno segun el dia, faltan cosas. La cama es buena, pero no hay luces ni enchufes en los dos lados.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad de Bakú, a sólo diez minutos a pie de la mayoría de los lugares de moda en Bakú... la calle Nizami. Muy buenas habitaciones y baños espaciosos, personal cortés y servicial, bonitas vistas al mar, desayuno normalito (no hay muchas opciones para vegetarianos)

Estuvimos allí 4 días durante el Campeonato Europeo de Fútbol. Nuestra habitación estaba en el piso 10, desde allí teníamos una buena vista de la ciudad y del Mar Caspio. El aire acondicionado se podría apagar. La habitación es espaciosa y las camas cómodas. 3 ascensores llevan a las habitaciones. No son tan rápidos como podría estar acostumbrado en Europa occidental. Las insignias de nuestras habitaciones eran relativamente sensibles. Tuvimos que reprogramarlos varias veces porque ya no abrían nuestra habitación. A otros invitados les pasó lo mismo. La sala de desayunos está en el piso 11 y se sirve buffet y tortilla (muy sabrosa), y el sky bar, sauna y gimnasio en el piso 12. El hotel está situado en una calle lateral tranquila que parece un poco deteriorada. El hotel tiene una ubicación relativamente céntrica. Winter Park (frente al Hotel Courtyard by Marriott), donde se puede almorzar por 4 EUR, está a 5 minutos a pie. En 15 minutos puedes caminar hasta la costa con el paseo marítimo donde hay centros comerciales. En el hotel se entiende inglés, pero dependiendo de la ubicación en la ciudad no siempre es fácil comunic****.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to explore the city on foot with ease. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast experience, thanks to the talented executive chef, Yuri. His culinary skills truly elevated our mornings, and his personalized touch made each breakfast a memorable one. We looked forward to starting our day with his delicious creations, which set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by Chef Yuri made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

It is a good hotel. Nice location. Good and friendly people. They gave us a good room. We stayed for 6 days. Initial days wifi issue was there but we bought local sim card, so nothing much to worry. The hotel is very good. I recommended it. Next time when we come we will stay.

It has well equipped Rooms at the upper stores/ breakfastroom / skybar you will have a fantastic view about the bay. Beds are very comfortable. I had a fridge, safetybox, tv, watercooker. Very good bath. But the best is the breakfast. Big choice of cold and warm dishes. Huge choice of excellent cakes/cookis which the chef freshly prepared every day. Food very jummy. In the evening you could sit in the skybar and enjoy different wines, beers and spirits ... including view to the flame towers :D Thank you to the staff for the unforgettable stay.

I stayed as part of a group tour but this hotel is fine the reception isn't impressive but the room is fairly roomy & well equipped. I knew the gym wasn't a large one & wanted to take a look but it's always locked, it would be a chore to fetch those keys. Especially as the lifts often go pst floors & I have spent easily 10 mins waiting for a lift on some occasions. Bfast was better than expected particularly the omelette. But at 735 every table was taken, despite only opening at 730. All the tour groups come here it seems

This hotel is very convenient. It is walking distance to the metro and there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel as well as a big supermarket. The room is spacious and the heater and hot water is good which is important in winter. Everything was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast spread. There were many varieties. Wifi was strong. Staffs who attended to us during our stay, Alexandra, Gulshan and Hosein were efficient and friendly, providing assistance and information when we needed and allowing us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we explored other parts of Azerbaijan before returning back to the hotel. When we had to checkout early on our last day to catch a flight, the staff had kindly prearranged to go breakfast for us to bring along and had also assisted us to book a cab to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and service.

Location is good, hotel is not suitable for handicapped, stairs from street to reception and from reception to elevator.rooms are between tiny and average size. Amenities are o.k. You can make your tea.breakfast is goid so is free wifi. English spoken polite staff.
