We recently stayed 2 nights at the O Hotel in Bacolod. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and the service was top notch!!! The hotel was under going renovation but it didn’t bother us at all. If the staff had not informed us, we wouldn’t have known it. We will absolutely stay here the next time we’re in Bacolod.

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year, both for work as a healthcare professional traveling around the U.S. and for leisure in Asia, where I live. In recent memory this is the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel that I have stayed in. Saying it is HORRIBLE is not an apt description. Think worse, MUCH WORSE. Staff were rude, insolent, indifferent and were the least representative of ”hospitality” that you could imagine. My wife and I were traveling separately because I was flying back home from the U.S. and she was coming from up island. We normally stay in a much better hotel each time I get back from an overseas contract, but our usual hotel was booked out. The hotel looked ”okay” on the website. Not in real life. Despite numerous emails and texts, one that very morning, about my wife arriving ahead of me and occupying the room the front desk staff made her sit in the lobby for 2+ hours because the room was ”Not ready”. The only thing that would have made this room ready was a wrecking ball. This hotel has set a new sub-standard of excellence. If you lowered the bar any further a snake couldn't slither under it. Grime, filth, rust, the bathroom vent fan hanging out of the ceiling, the room ”safe”, a shoebox sized box, didn't work, but no worries, it had been ripped from the wall previously, so you could just carry it with you under one arm. Just getting into the room was an adventure as the entry tile was buckled so that you couldn't open the entry door completely. You couldn't open the adjacent closet door either, but that really didn't matter since this hotel does not provide hangers. Really. No hangers. The pool, viewed from our room, might have been inviting to cool off, if it hadn't been for the lovely ”Frog Pond Green” hue of the water. We asked for extra towels and an extra pillow. Those come at a cost. The next day housekeeping took the clean (extra) towels out of the room, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Then the front desk called and said that we needed to pay the ”daily rental” for the extra pillow. Otherwise they would be sending someone up to collect it. After the 2nd night we'd had enough. Really, we would have shifted sooner but I was jet lagged from 30 hours of transit from the U.S. back home and, really, could it get any worse? Well, yes. Day 2 I awoke to find a construction worker on the access balcony outside our room's window. At 0605 hours. Peering in. Silly me. We were on the 4th floor, why did I need to worry about drawing the drapes. He smiled and waved. This would be a great place to stash your hated mother-in-law, worst enemy or evil boss. The staff seem to be taking their hospitality cues from binge-watching the PURGE movie series. The ONLY redeeming factor is the SM Mall located about 0.3 km away. So, you can always look forward to shopping. Like I said, the WORST hotel experience in memory. We fled. There are a few decent hotels in Bacolod. This is NOT one of them. Stay clear and far awa

The Sugarland Hotel is one of the older hotels in Bacolod. Although its size is relatively small, it is well-maintained overall and it has character. The rooms have traditional motifs and are beautiful even if age shows scratches on the hardwood floors. Quite importantly in a hotel, the bed was very comfortable and unlike so many hotels in the Philippines, the window AC worked very well and was able to keep the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely Filipino breakfast (not Western), but it was delicious. It is worth getting a rate that includes breakfast. On the weekend, the venue was busy with wedding receptions, birthday parties, and other major events--and yet the room was quiet. As for location, it is on a main road but near the edge of town. Still, major malls were generally less than 15 minutes away and taxi fare to them was 100 pesos or less. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and prefer it to L'Fisher.

El hotel es limpio, está conectado al Mall SM con muchas opciones para comida y compras fue excelente - La calidad del sueño fue aceptable - la presión del agua en el duche fue grande El mal desayuno fue especialmente mal. No bacon, no estación de huevos, el único jugo fue calamari’s- ¿cómo ofrece un desayuno buffet en un país tropical sin mango o zumo de manzana??? El café y el té se sirven a sí mismo. El hotel está situado en el centro de Bacolod, donde se encuentra el hotel de Bacolod, y el hotel está situado en el centro de Bacolod, donde se encuentra el hotel de Bacolod. En lugar de eso, es una gran botella que al menos en mi habitación no se marca como filtrada, así que me fui a comprar agua. - En general, la sensación es que están tratando de llegar a la barata. La baja calidad de la silla de escritorio, la falta de individualidad botellada de agua, malas toallas de calidad, etc. todos conducen a esta sensación No es malo, sólo no vale el precio.

El Hotel Red Doz es una cadena, hay varias familias, esta casa marabella que reservamos es especialmente buena. El hall está limpio y la habitación también es muy buena. El transporte es conveniente y la proximidad es una oficina de policía

El hotel está situado en el corazón de la ciudad de Smiles, y en el que la iglesia, los centros comerciales y otras atracciones están a pocos pasos de distancia, es innegable que el GT Hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de valor en el metro. El hotel dispone de habitaciones de servicio y de ventas y marketing muy acomodables, comida y bebida, alojamiento y personal de oficina. Encima de eso, este hotel dispone de un espacioso parking donde puedes decir que valoran la seguridad y la seguridad de sus huéspedes porque tienen guardias en funciones y la zona está cubierta de cámaras CCTV. Las habitaciones son limpias y bien mantenidas y los huéspedes de la habitación son agradables y amables. La entrada a tiempo nunca ha sido un problema porque el personal de la oficina frontal garantiza la disponibilidad de la habitación al llegar y, si no está disponible, ofrece que el huésped puede dejar sus cosas en el concierto y se le informará inmediatamente si la habitación está disponible. Ya disponible. May GT Hotel Bacolod sigue proporcionando un buen servicio al cliente y se dirige más a la excelencia en la industria hotelera y hospitalidad. Este hotel siempre es ”un hogar, lejos de casa”. :)

El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad , donde se encuentran los metros de la ciudad . Como nos preguntamos cuánto fue la habitación -- es sólo 500 pesos por una noche y es realmente más barato que otros lugares que también hemos comprobado en línea .... la habitación es limpia , la zona es tan fría y relajada . El hotel dispone de Wi-Fi. El hotel dispone de Wi-Fi fuerte, la recepción da una contraseña para todo el Wi-Fi desde el lobby hasta el segundo piso (muy útil) del hotel. No es un problema que el ingreso no sea un problema , pero no nos arrepentimos de elegir su Inn para nuestro viaje y nos ayudó mucho .
