El hotel es limpio, está conectado al Mall SM con muchas opciones para comida y compras fue excelente - La calidad del sueño fue aceptable - la presión del agua en el duche fue grande El mal desayuno fue especialmente mal. No bacon, no estación de huevos, el único jugo fue calamari’s- ¿cómo ofrece un desayuno buffet en un país tropical sin mango o zumo de manzana??? El café y el té se sirven a sí mismo. This hotel is not 4 star hotel at all! I dont know what kind of criteria they are looking but this is not a 4 star hotel. The worst stay ever I had in the Philippines. The hotel itself does not have an exhaust! When it is very hot outside, they turned on the air con full blast! in the ground floor and then in the room, other than that it would feel like a sauna. So we stayed here & booked for 4 days, the second night I wanted a refund because the room was firstly cold when the aircon is turned on when its hot it feels like you're in the sauna. This is where I even got more sicker, as I could not sleep due to the loud sound of the airconditioned! It was very unpleasant! We've moved rooms 3 times in this few days when we stayed. The first room was horrible; it was on the 4th floor! It was depressing! The bathroom was not cleaned at all! It was like one of the rooms that were not used for the last 3 years, the shower head was full of rust even the bidet! I would not even try to use it to clean my bum! It was even dirtier than my bum! Disgusting! So I complained about this & they told us to move to another room which was more renovated on the 3rd floor! This time it was ok! So we said we stay here but then all the shower head was also not nice & they had to change it! At night when using the shower, it started to flood, so I had to call the reception & at midnight the technician had to fix it! The restaurant had gone downhill as well. There are many waiters and waitresses just standing there and sometimes they dont have a clue! The food was OK. But I questioned the cleanliness of it! There was once at the restaurant during breakfast when the other table was finished and the customers left, the waitress just took all the plates and glasses and also the paper placemat & replace it with a new one without even cleaning the table! Disgusting! I called the attention of them & told them that they need to clean it as there was still some dirty stuff from the other customers. So they were quick splashed it water and wipe it with cloth. We also went for lunch once and the food served was cold, we complained but they said it was made new & I asked the waiter who served it to try because it was cold, so they had to give a new set of fries! Afterwards we dont eat here anymore as I felt that the food being served or made is not fresh! At one point i felt very sick as i could not sleep very well due to the loudness of the aircon & requested for a refund, they moved us to a matrimonial bed! At first we can try but then the last few days I really became very ill! Anyhow, we spoke to the General Manager and he even apologised and also gave him some suggestions! But he told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic! I also want to add that the business room is nothing like a business room it was like a storage room for luggage and cables were everywhere with 1 computer inside & charging you ridiculous peso for printing or scanning; the

Plus its near in Sm, baywalk downtown church and in port going to manila all in walking distance only..one thing im sure is were going to go back in this hotel again and again... Desde nuestra experiencia de hair-raising en uno de los cuartos donde nos quedamos durante nuestra cobertura de un evento deportivo en la parte inicial de 2000, nunca nos atrevíamos a volver a ingresar a Kundutel. En nuestra última noche durante nuestra estadía, mi colega y yo apenas tuvimos sueño mientras nos mantuvimos despiertos por altos tapones en la pared, junto con el sonido de una mesa lateral que se puso hacia atrás y hacia arriba, que emanó de una habitación vacante junto a nosotros. No estoy seguro de si otros huéspedes tuvieron experiencia similar, pero ciertamente este hotel es insultado y debe ser evitado por aquellos que buscan un buen descanso de noche.

We went to the skybar for dinner with my friends. We ordered salpicao, pesto, spaghetti bolognese, and carbonara. They were well cooked and tasted pretty well for the price. We’ve been here a lot and the experience is still the same. Would highly recommend.

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year, both for work as a healthcare professional traveling around the U.S. and for leisure in Asia, where I live. In recent memory this is the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel that I have stayed in. Saying it is HORRIBLE is not an apt description. Think worse, MUCH WORSE. Staff were rude, insolent, indifferent and were the least representative of ”hospitality” that you could imagine. My wife and I were traveling separately because I was flying back home from the U.S. and she was coming from up island. We normally stay in a much better hotel each time I get back from an overseas contract, but our usual hotel was booked out. The hotel looked ”okay” on the website. Not in real life. Despite numerous emails and texts, one that very morning, about my wife arriving ahead of me and occupying the room the front desk staff made her sit in the lobby for 2+ hours because the room was ”Not ready”. The only thing that would have made this room ready was a wrecking ball. This hotel has set a new sub-standard of excellence. If you lowered the bar any further a snake couldn't slither under it. Grime, filth, rust, the bathroom vent fan hanging out of the ceiling, the room ”safe”, a shoebox sized box, didn't work, but no worries, it had been ripped from the wall previously, so you could just carry it with you under one arm. Just getting into the room was an adventure as the entry tile was buckled so that you couldn't open the entry door completely. You couldn't open the adjacent closet door either, but that really didn't matter since this hotel does not provide hangers. Really. No hangers. The pool, viewed from our room, might have been inviting to cool off, if it hadn't been for the lovely ”Frog Pond Green” hue of the water. We asked for extra towels and an extra pillow. Those come at a cost. The next day housekeeping took the clean (extra) towels out of the room, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Then the front desk called and said that we needed to pay the ”daily rental” for the extra pillow. Otherwise they would be sending someone up to collect it. After the 2nd night we'd had enough. Really, we would have shifted sooner but I was jet lagged from 30 hours of transit from the U.S. back home and, really, could it get any worse? Well, yes. Day 2 I awoke to find a construction worker on the access balcony outside our room's window. At 0605 hours. Peering in. Silly me. We were on the 4th floor, why did I need to worry about drawing the drapes. He smiled and waved. This would be a great place to stash your hated mother-in-law, worst enemy or evil boss. The staff seem to be taking their hospitality cues from binge-watching the PURGE movie series. The ONLY redeeming factor is the SM Mall located about 0.3 km away. So, you can always look forward to shopping. Like I said, the WORST hotel experience in memory. We fled. There are a few decent hotels in Bacolod. This is NOT one of them. Stay clear and far awa

Encima de eso, este hotel dispone de un espacioso parking donde puedes decir que valoran la seguridad y la seguridad de sus huéspedes porque tienen guardias en funciones y la zona está cubierta de cámaras CCTV. La habitación era muy limpia y cómoda. Pero tuve una estancia sorprendente, soy una persona ocupada y prefiero quedarme en la habitación la mayor parte del tiempo. No tengo mucho tiempo en el mundo para salir y buscar un lugar para comer. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no me gusta el hotel. Todos parecen agradables pero aburridos, sugiero que se incluya en su entrenamiento en enseñarles al menos a sonreír, después de todo, usted es de la ciudad de sonreír. Pensé que sólo estaban tratando de ser buenos sólo por hacer sus trabajos. Podrían haber sido más bienvenidos. Gracias por el excelente servicio. :)

We recently stayed 2 nights at the O Hotel in Bacolod. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and the service was top notch!!! The hotel was under going renovation but it didn’t bother us at all. If the staff had not informed us, we wouldn’t have known it. We will absolutely stay here the next time we’re in Bacolod.

Avenue Suites is one of the most accessible accommodations in Bacolod since it's located along Lacson Street, one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Its facilities are okay, with a nice swimming pool, a small fitness center, a lovely restaurant, etc. on the ground floor. The rooms, on the other hand, were minimalist in design, with no decors whatsoever on the walls and very limited furniture, but quite spacious and with a private toilet/shower room. They're very strict with the ”no outside food and drinks to be brought into the room” policy and yet they don't even provide guests with free water. As to the toiletries, they have a shampoo/body wash dispenser fixed on the wall of the shower box and a toothbrush with some tooth paste. Nothing more. The only thing they really have to work on is the noise on the ground floor and of some guests and staff in the corridors. The rooms have very thin walls. I was on the second floor (room 212) near the stairs and the elevators and I could practically hear all the noises outside. Hence, I suggest that you avoid booking a room on the second floor near the stairs and the elevator. By the way, breakfast was okay and hotel staff were very accommodating.

El otro día vinimos al albergue OYO ABN con excitación sabiendo que podemos tener una cómoda estancia/reposo de nuestra 2 noches de viaje de cansancio en Cádiz City, y a nuestra sorpresa ... 😊 Nuestro excitación se volvió decepcionante! Porque: 1. El piso era sucio y tenía algunas huellas aleatorias?? No está ni siquiera totalmente equipada, no hay techos en absoluto desde abajo hasta arriba. 2. No podíamos cerrar las puertas y ventanas debido a la rosca. 3. TV (que estaba frente a la pared cuando llegamos a la habitación 😆)/AC/HEATER en el baño no funcionaban correctamente y parecía como las botas para la pantalla. 😁😁😁 4. Lenguas/lados/toallas huelen muy desagradable y se sentía picante. 5. El agua de la manta huele como la rosca. 7. Los cojines bajo la cama (tal vez debido a la caja que pusieron bajo la cama. 8. Doble cubierta se cortaron a la mitad para hacerla cama sola, 🤣 escalera se colocaba justo bajo la cama. 9. La electricidad se cortó en medio de la noche y estaba caliente debido a la AC no funciona. *Reservamos 2 habitaciones pero podemos utilizar 4 (y supuestamente 5 días pero sólo nos quedamos 8h) amaaaazziingggg!!!! No es así? 😊 Es todo debido a las quejas hehehehe 😊😊😊 Anyweiz, Gracias por los 2 pcs de champú de alegría y 2 pequeñas dimensiones de jabón de seguridad .... Al menos, realmente nos mantuvo seguros de los germes 😜

The Sugarland Hotel is one of the older hotels in Bacolod. Although its size is relatively small, it is well-maintained overall and it has character. The rooms have traditional motifs and are beautiful even if age shows scratches on the hardwood floors. Quite importantly in a hotel, the bed was very comfortable and unlike so many hotels in the Philippines, the window AC worked very well and was able to keep the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely Filipino breakfast (not Western), but it was delicious. It is worth getting a rate that includes breakfast. On the weekend, the venue was busy with wedding receptions, birthday parties, and other major events--and yet the room was quiet. As for location, it is on a main road but near the edge of town. Still, major malls were generally less than 15 minutes away and taxi fare to them was 100 pesos or less. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and prefer it to L'Fisher.

La habitación que me asignaron primero tenía un aire acondicionado que no funcionaba, y podía escuchar la televisión de la gente de al lado sonando a todo volumen a través del tabique de yeso. Sin embargo, me trasladaron sin ningún problema. La segunda habitación olía fuertemente a pintura fresca, pero el aire acondicionado que funcionaba lo solucionó muy pronto. No estaba muy emocionado de encontrar una cucaracha en la ducha, pero me las arreglé para asustarla. Mis calificaciones se basan en mis expectativas frente a la realidad. Este es un lugar económico. Un lugar para pasar la noche. No esperes nada más. Y sí, las imágenes se ven mucho mejor que en la realidad. Aún así, no fue un mal lugar en general.

El epitoma de usted obtiene lo que paga, pero el presupuesto no debe significar baja calidad, las habitaciones están lejos de las fotos que muestran, era muy pequeño para las normas de la habitación familiar, cobwebs, suciedad en los bordes y los rincones de la habitación, esto muestra muy pobre mantenimiento de la casa, Debería haberse apoyado al ver la entrada, pasto incubierto, la fachada sucia, al entrar, se saluda con un olor amargo, también, los baños son tan incalculables como la habitación, también había el sonido de algo que se rodea en la madera, pero para ser justo, AC fue bueno, WIFI rápido y estable, la ubicación es muy buena, pero lamentablemente es, para los propietarios de este hotel, por favor mejora, su ubicación y precio es difícil de vencer, cancelado mi 2o día coz me preocupaba por la salud de mi familia, la tarifa de cancelación de 200 pesos fue muy valiosa

La ubicación es de 1 km al sur del centro de la ciudad y está a pie. El cheque en la ciudad fue suave a pesar de la reserva del mismo día. La dama que se lo hizo fue muy caliente y cortesía. Es como si bien recibiera a su amigo a su casa. La habitación era limpia, limpia y espaciosa. El único abajo es su proximidad a la calle principal, ya que el nombre de este lugar implica. Usted oye el ruido de tráfico intermitentemente a la noche. Earplug ayudará sin embargo. En general, recomiendo muy bien este lugar.

El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad , donde se encuentran los metros de la ciudad . Como nos preguntamos cuánto fue la habitación -- es sólo 500 pesos por una noche y es realmente más barato que otros lugares que también hemos comprobado en línea .... la habitación es limpia , la zona es tan fría y relajada . El hotel dispone de Wi-Fi. El hotel dispone de Wi-Fi fuerte, la recepción da una contraseña para todo el Wi-Fi desde el lobby hasta el segundo piso (muy útil) del hotel. No es un problema que el ingreso no sea un problema , pero no nos arrepentimos de elegir su Inn para nuestro viaje y nos ayudó mucho .

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year, both for work as a healthcare professional traveling around the U.S. and for leisure in Asia, where I live. In recent memory this is the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel that I have stayed in. Saying it is HORRIBLE is not an apt description. Think worse, MUCH WORSE. Staff were rude, insolent, indifferent and were the least representative of ”hospitality” that you could imagine. My wife and I were traveling separately because I was flying back home from the U.S. and she was coming from up island. We normally stay in a much better hotel each time I get back from an overseas contract, but our usual hotel was booked out. The hotel looked ”okay” on the website. Not in real life. Despite numerous emails and texts, one that very morning, about my wife arriving ahead of me and occupying the room the front desk staff made her sit in the lobby for 2+ hours because the room was ”Not ready”. The only thing that would have made this room ready was a wrecking ball. This hotel has set a new sub-standard of excellence. If you lowered the bar any further a snake couldn't slither under it. Grime, filth, rust, the bathroom vent fan hanging out of the ceiling, the room ”safe”, a shoebox sized box, didn't work, but no worries, it had been ripped from the wall previously, so you could just carry it with you under one arm. Just getting into the room was an adventure as the entry tile was buckled so that you couldn't open the entry door completely. You couldn't open the adjacent closet door either, but that really didn't matter since this hotel does not provide hangers. Really. No hangers. The pool, viewed from our room, might have been inviting to cool off, if it hadn't been for the lovely ”Frog Pond Green” hue of the water. We asked for extra towels and an extra pillow. Those come at a cost. The next day housekeeping took the clean (extra) towels out of the room, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Then the front desk called and said that we needed to pay the ”daily rental” for the extra pillow. Otherwise they would be sending someone up to collect it. After the 2nd night we'd had enough. Really, we would have shifted sooner but I was jet lagged from 30 hours of transit from the U.S. back home and, really, could it get any worse? Well, yes. Day 2 I awoke to find a construction worker on the access balcony outside our room's window. At 0605 hours. Peering in. Silly me. We were on the 4th floor, why did I need to worry about drawing the drapes. He smiled and waved. This would be a great place to stash your hated mother-in-law, worst enemy or evil boss. The staff seem to be taking their hospitality cues from binge-watching the PURGE movie series. The ONLY redeeming factor is the SM Mall located about 0.3 km away. So, you can always look forward to shopping. Like I said, the WORST hotel experience in memory. We fled. There are a few decent hotels in Bacolod. This is NOT one of them. Stay clear and far awa

El otro día vinimos al albergue OYO ABN con excitación sabiendo que podemos tener una cómoda estancia/reposo de nuestra 2 noches de viaje de cansancio en Cádiz City, y a nuestra sorpresa ... 😊 Nuestro excitación se volvió decepcionante! Porque: 1. El piso era sucio y tenía algunas huellas aleatorias?? No está ni siquiera totalmente equipada, no hay techos en absoluto desde abajo hasta arriba. 2. No podíamos cerrar las puertas y ventanas debido a la rosca. 3. TV (que estaba frente a la pared cuando llegamos a la habitación 😆)/AC/HEATER en el baño no funcionaban correctamente y parecía como las botas para la pantalla. 😁😁😁 4. Lenguas/lados/toallas huelen muy desagradable y se sentía picante. 5. El agua de la manta huele como la rosca. 7. Los cojines bajo la cama (tal vez debido a la caja que pusieron bajo la cama. 8. Doble cubierta se cortaron a la mitad para hacerla cama sola, 🤣 escalera se colocaba justo bajo la cama. 9. La electricidad se cortó en medio de la noche y estaba caliente debido a la AC no funciona. *Reservamos 2 habitaciones pero podemos utilizar 4 (y supuestamente 5 días pero sólo nos quedamos 8h) amaaaazziingggg!!!! No es así? 😊 Es todo debido a las quejas hehehehe 😊😊😊 Anyweiz, Gracias por los 2 pcs de champú de alegría y 2 pequeñas dimensiones de jabón de seguridad .... Al menos, realmente nos mantuvo seguros de los germes 😜

Avenue Suites is one of the most accessible accommodations in Bacolod since it's located along Lacson Street, one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Its facilities are okay, with a nice swimming pool, a small fitness center, a lovely restaurant, etc. on the ground floor. The rooms, on the other hand, were minimalist in design, with no decors whatsoever on the walls and very limited furniture, but quite spacious and with a private toilet/shower room. They're very strict with the ”no outside food and drinks to be brought into the room” policy and yet they don't even provide guests with free water. As to the toiletries, they have a shampoo/body wash dispenser fixed on the wall of the shower box and a toothbrush with some tooth paste. Nothing more. The only thing they really have to work on is the noise on the ground floor and of some guests and staff in the corridors. The rooms have very thin walls. I was on the second floor (room 212) near the stairs and the elevators and I could practically hear all the noises outside. Hence, I suggest that you avoid booking a room on the second floor near the stairs and the elevator. By the way, breakfast was okay and hotel staff were very accommodating.

The Sugarland Hotel is one of the older hotels in Bacolod. Although its size is relatively small, it is well-maintained overall and it has character. The rooms have traditional motifs and are beautiful even if age shows scratches on the hardwood floors. Quite importantly in a hotel, the bed was very comfortable and unlike so many hotels in the Philippines, the window AC worked very well and was able to keep the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely Filipino breakfast (not Western), but it was delicious. It is worth getting a rate that includes breakfast. On the weekend, the venue was busy with wedding receptions, birthday parties, and other major events--and yet the room was quiet. As for location, it is on a main road but near the edge of town. Still, major malls were generally less than 15 minutes away and taxi fare to them was 100 pesos or less. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and prefer it to L'Fisher.

La habitación era muy limpia y cómoda. Pero tuve una estancia sorprendente, soy una persona ocupada y prefiero quedarme en la habitación la mayor parte del tiempo. No tengo mucho tiempo en el mundo para salir y buscar un lugar para comer. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no me gusta el hotel. Todos parecen agradables pero aburridos, sugiero que se incluya en su entrenamiento en enseñarles al menos a sonreír, después de todo, usted es de la ciudad de sonreír. Pensé que sólo estaban tratando de ser buenos sólo por hacer sus trabajos. Podrían haber sido más bienvenidos. Gracias por el excelente servicio. :)
