UUsuario invitadoFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

The sound proofing can use a little bit of improvement though because we can hear late night laughing in the hallway and outside the door by other guests. Over all it was fun and convenient stay.

UUsuario invitadoEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.
Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

CComping Tan JrEl hotel es un hotel antiguo con una buena ubicación. La habitación es grande con camas cómodas. El único lado debajo es que la habitación está infestada con cocodrilos. Los cocodrilos ataca no sólo los alimentos, sino el interior de la maleta.

SSeaDaddySixSiempre quedamos allí cuando vamos a Bacolod City. Es justo en la autopista y si necesitamos embarcar el barco el pier está justo abajo de la calle. El desayuno está bien. Los guardias siempre son amables y recuerdenos. Super barato y decente lugar. También hay mucho de estacionamiento. Buena AC.

But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR
AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up
When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name
Can you please rectify and not confuse customers
Overall it's just a budget hotel

SSERNA MAINZAIt’s my second time to stay here at Avenue one thing for sure sobrang bait at approachable nang mga staff! No mornings or afternoon na hindi ka nila babatiin once na masalubong ka nila . Sobrang nakaka ganda nang araw!Sobrang linis din nang room , as-in everyday nila pinapalitan lahat! Every punta ko nang Bacolod Avenue Suites na talaga ako!❤️🫡
