I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later. On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great! The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained.

High marks - breakfast (lots of choices, intricate and delicious) - room is spotless, clean, spacious and bed is soooo comfortable - love the shampoo, conditioner and lotions - right beside the hotel there is a food complex for even more food choices - concierge helps on getting taxis Low marks - this could be a one time thing that my room blackout in the middle of the night for awhile and after that tv has no signal til morning and the aircon malfunctioned stating aircon filter need to be cleaned

The hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guests’ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.  On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the pools’ water. 😁

This hotel was ok. No real problems other than the location was not so good in my opinion. 10 to 5 walk to Jolliebee and McDonalds. Close enough to La Salle University. There is a laundry downstairs that seemed to me a bit pricey.

Clean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

The room is large enough for us , I chose double bed yet the front desk officer gave us good for 3 person room .It was twice that the power automatically off and later on after few minutes it will turn on.

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed

Avenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The room amenities felt a bit limited, and certain areas of the hotel appear to need maintenance or upgrades. While it’s not a bad place to stay, it may not fully meet expectations for comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for something simple, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.
