UUsuario invitadoFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

TTracing the TraceysWe enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol.
Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time.
Would love to come again should we visit Bacolod next time.

UUsuario invitadoOur experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

EEmma L.Nice room with good size. Nice restaurant on the second floor with good food. Nothing spectacular but no complaints either. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One big downside--the street noise was excessive. The main thoroughfare had big container trucks passing through round the clock. The noise insulation was non-existent. Huge room windows which would've been nice to let light in also let much street noise. We were sensitive sleepers and it really bothered us even from the 3rd floor. We tried to ask for a transfer to the other side facing away from the street but they were fully booked. Although I wonder if it would've made much difference since the building was narrow and the other side would've been only a few meters farther from the street. Sadly, I won't be booking again if I had other options.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay was nice. The service is good. The locations is good because its near a road leading to The Ruins where we visited. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has four ulam choices and coffee.

But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR
AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up
When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name
Can you please rectify and not confuse customers
Overall it's just a budget hotel
