En muchos frentes, este hotel atrae perfectamente la marca, pero un problema importante con el diseño de la habitación dejó a nuestro grupo sentirse un poco frustrado. Los Positivos El personal: ¡Es un hotel muy agradable, profesional y útil! Valor: En general, los precios son muy razonables para el nivel de servicio y las instalaciones proporcionadas. La cuestión: Tamaño de las salas ”Injustas y desleales” Nos encontramos en una habitación de 8 personas y reservamos 4 habitaciones separadas (2 personas por habitación). Cuando lo trajimos al escritorio delantero, el personal confirmó que no somos los primeros invitados que se quejaron de ello. Es decepcionante saber que la gestión es consciente de la ”tamaño de la lotería” pero no ha tomado medidas para ajustar el precio o clasificar claramente las habitaciones durante el proceso de reserva. Si viaja solo o como pareja y no te importa un poco de juego, este es un lugar hermoso para quedarse. Espero que la gestión aborde esto pronto, ya sea renovando o siendo más transparente sobre las dimensiones de los espacios o ajustando los precios para recortes más pequeños.

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

The suites Calle Vieja = Old (and not so called Nueva = New) is run from a distance in Iloilo. That's why maintance is poor. In every room are shortcomings. Nightly noise of the bar next door. Bathrooms cannot be aired out. Staff is excellent, mangement is lousy. A stinking hot welcome at the reception. The hotel is fiddling with room rates and does not give senior discounts, which are required by Philippine law. The last reservation I canceled. I don't want to stay overnight with ithem anymore. As for Trip.com: we have been tricked again: bookings appear to be going through ******* again. ******* also mess with room rates, just like the other brands they use, and it's impossible to contact them about refunds. They simply don't respond. Hotel and booking site: never again.

Siempre quedamos allí cuando vamos a Bacolod City. Es justo en la autopista y si necesitamos embarcar el barco el pier está justo abajo de la calle. El desayuno está bien. Los guardias siempre son amables y recuerdenos. Super barato y decente lugar. También hay mucho de estacionamiento. Buena AC.

Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.
