1) arrived midnight from KL. 1 staff for check in.
2) to enter and go out from the bedroom, must go thru the toilet 1st. ( for 1 bedroom suite). Weird arrangement.
3) upon entering the bedroom, small cockcroaches were found roaming the wall, and 1 on top of the bed ( only manage to take pic from the wall as the one on the bed run pretty fast)
4) tired, frustrated and asked for another room, but staff can't guarantee next room will be CLEAN. Situation will be otherwise if we were guaranteed one or solution given. Not our job to go scout for rooms one by one in the middle of night.
5) Since no prominent solution given, we decided to leave and hoping to secure another hotel on fri night.
6) The Apple mgment disagree to refund our unused room fee.
7) When you book this place, I hope u won't experience the same horrible experience as mine.

Don’t know need to check in first ,only can get free parking, accidentally park at guest parking and spend another RM2 .

Service is good and friendly staff. More concern on the toilet room facilities and ventilation. I guess the room is a bit unpleasant due to some musty smell upon check-in. Need to improve on that. Hall and room are spacious for 4 persons. Bed are fine but pillow a bit hard. Air conditioning working fine and cool. The poolside at level 23A have superb view. Guards are friendly too. Ask anything they will guide us on how to park our car at level 3. Thank you.

This residence suite apar**ent is new and located at a quiet corner but of walking distance to the main attraction.
There is no housekeeping during the stay but the check in ladies are friendly.
Room is clean but blanket has stains.
Swimming pool is great.
TV has netflix and youtube.

We like the place and shall be arranging more stay here , however , our request to extend to 2-3pm not granted
and we had to pay a penalty fee. No doubt the staff was courteous, but we were pressured with multiple reminders on penalties despite our earlier booking request for extension .
We are having a group of friends which are regular golfers travelling to malacca for golfing and entertainment frequently . Our golfing times are sometimes delayed due to traffic jams, travel time, weather delay etc n we envisage our time check out maybe 2-3 hours delayed which lead to our request but unintentional. Is there any way that the management can check whether this issue can be resolved or recommend us an option . Look forward to your response before our next booking.

Good and spacious 2 bedroom right in the city center. Good location which is accessible to local sites. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Comes with parking and the unit was complete with amenities ( indoor slipers, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, etc)
