El hotel está situado en el río, a pocos pasos, y el mejor lugar para esta propiedad fue que me han mejorado en un gran apartamento. La segunda mejor cosa es el proceso son extremadamente razonable si estás en un precio corporativo. La recepción me llamó para pedir una segunda y me dijo que no era posible. Así que esperé hasta después y hablé con la recepción una segunda vez, explicando una necesaria 2 toallas - otra vez era claro que esto no era algo que ellos hacen. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Sólo después de cerrar el calentamiento y abrir las ventanas (-10C fuera) podía conseguir el tiempo hasta un nivel donde estaba cómodo dormir. Tal vez sea un problema cultural, pero el calentamiento está muy alto. La otra área para la mejora es en el servicio de alimentos. Si ordena una comida no asume que todos los artículos llegarán al mismo tiempo, como esperaría. Lo que me gustaba fue un buen minibar en la zona de recepción y un lindo spa con un servicio de masaje muy caro.

Buen hotel! Muy amable personal! El chef del restaurante es un hombre muy amable. El desayuno era hermoso! Habitaciones limpias. Buen lugar. Hay una sauna y gimnasio. Hay un bar y una tienda de café. Hay un lavadero. Espero volver de nuevo. Muchas gracias!

I had a 2 night stay at Somerset City Center Atyrau (21-23 June, 2023). Arrived at midnight and had a quick check in at the front desk, front desk team was very welcoming and extremely polite. The room was perfectly clean and prepared, it was so relevant, especially after a tiring trip. Welcome set up cheered up my ”do to bed” mood and made me stay up until 02:00 night, as I enjoyed the view from the terrace, which opened a picturesque view of the City. The king size bed was so cozy and comfy, I had a great sleep. In the morning, the breakfast was served in all day dining restaurant and with an excellent service, I was offered a coffee (cappuccino) for a little extra and I accepted it with pleasure. A wide variety of vegetables and fruits and of course hot dishes including omelette, fried and boiled eggs, boiled and fried sausages, garnish, fried fish and cold cuts. Can not list them all, as I only had an omelette with vegetables. By the way, I was greeted by Mr. Zakaria Tamni, a Hotel General Manager during the breakfast and he was checking to make sure that my stay was ok and if there were anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable. It was indeed unexpected and I was taken aback with this five-star attitude. Had a number of business meetings during the day at the Bar and it was indeed a good spot for private and business meetings. During my meetings, I needed a Business Center service, namely, to print out a number of pages for my presentation and had a quick and professional service from Ruslan, who is, I believe, in charge for Front of the House Services. He is a polite, helpful lad, with a professional attitude. For lunch I ordered a Room Service and had a beef medallion, fresh salad and diet coke, it was served quick and the only thing worth mentioning, the room service attendant forgot my diet coke and it was delivered later, but the rest was perfect. The quality of food was great (check out the pics). Bathrooms, toilets and other bathroom amenities were of high quality, hygiene was perfect, air conditioning other in room facilities were up to my expectation. After my last meeting in town, I was in a great hurry to hotel to collect my belongings as I was late for my flight. I asked Front Desk attendants to organize a drop off service to the airport and needed a hand to collect my luggage from my room. To my surprise, Andrey and Maga, hotel operation Managers came to my room to give a hand with my luggage. I had a feeling of care, security, safety and comfort, shortly I felt home away from home. Overall, it was a great stay, a Big thank you to all Hotel Team, highly recommended Hotel, as it is value for money with five-star service.
