La ubicación del hotel está al lado del centro comercial lenox, y la parte inferior puede acceder directamente al interior del centro comercial. Se puede decir que la ubicación es muy buena. Pero las habitaciones son bonitas y las instalaciones no merecen el grado de JW Marriott. La habitación no es grande y puede ser similar a los hoteles de cuatro estrellas en China. Los problemas comunes de los hoteles estadounidenses son la falta de pantuflas, cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes, y solo una bata de baño. Las luces se sienten anticuadas, no tan elegantes como el edificio exterior. Pero lo único que quiero presumir es que la televisión de la casa es realmente grande y de alta definición, y puedes ver youtube. Lo vimos toda la noche ... Excepto por la buena ubicación, la relación precio / rendimiento no suele ser alta y no se recomienda. Se recomienda que vaya al Marriott Suites Hotel en el centro de la ciudad. Los precios por debajo de 1000 son estándar con sala de estar. Pero si desea visitar el centro comercial lenox y Phipps después de vivir, ¡este hotel sigue siendo recomendado!

Desde que entramos en este hotel, mi marido y yo nos hemos saludado con sonrisas cálidas y empleados amables. La chica que nos ha inspeccionado fue excelente. Dijo que me alegro de que estés aquí y esto hizo mi día. No me permitió tener desayuno esta mañana, pero la dama en el bar anoche ”Kat” creo que era muy agradable y hace un mojito fantástico! El valet es un poco precioso $35 por noche, pero los valet son amables y se mueven con un sentido de urgencia. Es un hermoso hotel, mucho más bonito y mayor de lo que esperaba. ¡Nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo!

When I called the hotel and inquired about a room upgrade was told ”people called weeks ago to book them”. Called back to inquire about early check-in and was told ”we don't do those” so I didn't bother to ask about late check-out. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELED MY RESERVATIONS HERE. The Marriott experience is set apart from other hotels by offering these options with confidence of franchise consistency. This hotel is located in an upscale area in Atlanta but fell short of luxury. This hotel missed the opportunity to provide a great stay experience. This started when I arrived prior to checking-in at the parking garage. The garage is dark, dirty, and felt unsafe, but Marriot charge about $40 per day. The hotel lobby has a nice appearance and looks clean, but the rooms were far from it. The room carpet had stains. and the bathtub was old and dirty. The heat didn't work, and rooms were noisy. The light covers were damaged in the hall leading to the rooms, giving you a low-class appearance. This was only the first night. On the second day it was more.......headed down to the restaurant for breakfast that was included with my room (confirmed by front desk at check-in). I wasn't familiar with the hotel so i asked a staff member who was just standing there where the M room was, and she ask if I was a rewards member. I did explain I was, and she asked me to provide a membership card to confirm, I explained I have never been asked to provide a Marriott membership card and that normally I access the M room with my room key us. Instead of answering my question about M club location she responds ”let me escort you to the front desk to confirm your membership”. Now I'm feeling like a criminal being interrogated. We arrive to the front desk, and everything was confirmed but I was happy to just move on. Moments later I arrived at the restaurant and waited to be seated but I felt ignored as other races were immediately accommodated and taken to their seats. The same happened the next morning so I confirm that this happens often. Much more but I will not bore you with additional details and I am tired of typing.

¡Es el hotel más peor que he estado en el hotel! Desgraciadamente, nos quedamos aquí desde que nos encontramos fuera de la ciudad celebrando el cumpleaños de un amigo y todos los demás hoteles fueron reservados en capacidad desde que fue tan último minuto. Nunca he sido más apasionado en mi vida, hablé con el gerente general que hizo que pareciera que la suciedad del hotel era una forma de post normalidad Covid. Todo lo que me dijeron fue que me disculpaban por qué las cosas estaban sucias y por que estaban poco aseguradas y no tienen personal para asegurar la limpieza de todas las habitaciones. Las fotos adjuntas muestran el sofá en un área de salón que me dijeron a los que se rompieron y se dejaron, pero esto puede ser cierto, pero cuando dañas un hotel, sé que se le paga un suplemento. Parece que quieren pagar la tasa en lugar de limpiar y esterilizar las áreas mal pintadas y dañadas. En el piso había un envoltorio de goma de nicotina, un baño sucio y pelo en el baño, así como el tubo que añadí algunas de las fotos. La unidad de aire acondicionado parece hacer un ruido extraño cada vez que desactivamos la unidad y no se detendría hasta que la unidad se volvió. No puedo decir lo terrible que fue esta estadía además de todo lo demás que hemos experimentado, desde alrededor de las 12 a las 4 de la mañana, los adolescentes corrieron y bajaron por la calle jugando y persiguiendo unos a otros sin supervisión. Cuando llamé al lobby delantero para que pudieran corregir esta cuestión, no hizo nada, aunque me dijeron que enviarían a alguien para corregirla.
