Когда я в номере слышу, что в соседнем номере у кого-то проблемы с кишечником - это прям ”огонь” Не нужно звонить в номера с вопросом об уборке номера, когда висит табличка ”не беспокоить” Внимательно считайте доплаты, и не будите в 10 вечера с ”вы нам денег еще должны” Улучшите ”завтраки”. Добавить хотя бы еще один кофейный автомат и разнообразить меню завтраков. Именно, разнообразить, а не увеличить количество. Когда второй завтра подряд видишь жаренные сосиски, жаренный картофель и пр - создается ощущение, что это все вчерашнее Можно даже добавить видеонаблюдение. на этажах я его не увидел. А в наше время - это важно.
