Just got back from a 2 week stay at Eleni Gardens. We found the room we had(Junior Suite) absolutely perfect. Mini fridge in room, and a large walk in shower in the bathroom with a glass screen. The room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard every day. Eleni and Athena couldn't be more welcoming and so helpful. Thank you for everything you did for us. The bar was well stocked and the food on offer was beautifully cooked. Pool and sunbeds were amazing. Always found a sunbed with ease and the pool was a good size. Close to all the amenities and village. Could not have wanted for a better place to spend a wonderful holiday

Reservé el hotel por 2 noches. La ubicación es muy bonita (agua con vistas al mar) y tiene algunos rincones bonitos en la superficie, pero lamentablemente parece haber llegado algo a los años (requisitos en la piscina y también la movilización de los balcones) y no tan bien mantenido. Falta un poco el amor por el detalle. Las habitaciones funcionan muy cerradas por las ventanas pequeñas y la mueble de madera oscura. También el baño era muy pequeño. Porque no me sentí bien en el cuarto, pedí una cancelación. El propietario ha respondido muy comprensible + generoso y me ha permitido cancelar el día de la llegada. Me pareció muy prematuro y loable. Por lo tanto, creo que aquí se responde a los deseos de los huéspedes. Los aparcamientos estaban disponibles gratuitamente y suficientemente en el alojamiento.

El hotel está en la colina. Hay un autobús lanzadera al pueblo y a la playa, pero depende de su tiempo. El hotel tiene un poco de sentido de la edad. Reservamos una suite con piscina privada, pero la piscina estaba un poco sucia y había cadáveres de insectos y no había agua. La habitación estaba bien en general. El hotel está en la cima de la montaña, a más de 700 metros del mar en línea recta. La orilla del mar en la otra dirección es una ciudad, a dos kilómetros de distancia. Tienes que tomar un taxi hasta la ciudad de Zakynthos, quince euros la vez. En resumen, tienes que coger un taxi a todas partes. Esto es algo que no esperábamos de antemano. El hotel no lo entregó al equipo de gestión de la cadena. Solo había una persona en la recepción. Vio a un italiano medio viejo corriendo. Más tarde, lo vi moler café y preparar bebidas. Más tarde, vino al restaurante a pedir platos, y luego vino a ordenar y ayudarte. Lleva el equipaje a la habitación. . . Otros son perezosos, hacen lo que quieran y no toman la iniciativa. Las instalaciones de la habitación no están en buenas condiciones, y el papel en la caja y la tetera solo se nos entregan cuando vamos a la recepción. No es digno de un título de cinco estrellas. Sin estar preparados para viajar con el grupo local, todos fueron a nadar al agua. Estúpidamente nos quedamos en el barco y cancelamos el viaje al Blue Hole al día siguiente. Fui a la playa a nadar solo. Este hotel no tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. ! ! Es mejor elegir Zakynthos para vivir. Los postres de este hotel son muy buenos y el desayuno es muy bueno.
