非常好的體驗，酒店前台人員耐心的幫我解決了，所有我的問題，服務周到房間乾淨，我的到達時間比較晚，和酒店協商了之後，酒店免費聯繫了出租車來機場接我，由於我是兩個訂單預訂的房型不一樣，最後酒店考慮到我的方便給我升級成了一樣的房型，早餐晚餐很好吃，豐富多樣😁

We stayed at Avalon Palace Hotel for 5 nights, transfers to and from the airport were great and well organised. The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a revamp but is very clean and tidy throughout. The grounds of the hotel also in need of some TLC. We did find the beds a little uncomfortable too. Kettle in the room along with tea, coffee and sugar but no cups which we found a little strange. We did have an issue on the first morning at breakfast where there was no water in the hotel meaning there were no drinks on offer, however we did request jugs of juice which were then provided. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice gesture. The regular bus service into Zante town and Tsilivi were really useful and much appreciated, a nice touch to show guests the Bochali view point too, probably an area we would have missed out on otherwise. All staff were polite and helpful, especially when organising taxi’s and car hire.

The hotel is a nice structure with a pool on top of the hill over Zante town surrounded by nature and very quiet. It could use a bit of revamping in the bathroom and the mattress could have been better,also a few pool equipment need to be fixed. Much appreciated is the free transfer service, either to/for the airport or for the City of Zante. Breathtaking view over the island. Excellent reception staff that are willing to help and serve you. Food is ok but could benefit an upgrade.

Nice Hotel four star hotel, there is a toilet and shower by the outside pool but when I went to use it was told it isn’t open at the moment so they told me I had to go downstairs and use the toilet by reception, found the waiting on Staff very pleasant but my only complaint is had a liquor priced at €7 but on check out charged me €10 when I mentioned this to the receptionist her reply was I don’t make the prices

The hotel is really nice located with great views its just the rooms that needs renovation especially the bathrooms, we only had breakfast in and it definitely needs more kind of food variety, overall is ok if you don’t spend your day in the hotel .

The hotel was very good and clean. Problem was with the working staff. The recepsionist was very rude (old lady with glasses) she made a mistake with the reservation and did not accept the mistake. Laso the manager was not worth his job. Also one of the waiters was a bit clumsy.

Worst experience. Rude staff - nice on arrival but then could not care less. Miles away from the town- long walk up an extremely steep hill. My feet actually bled. No beach near the hotel unless you get a taxi. I believe hotel offer a shuttle twice a day. Food repetitive, poor quality and basic. Not 4 staff. Would not stay again. Do not waste your money. Only positive was the beautiful view but that is all there is.
