La habitación era limpia, el baño también es limpio, el personal es muy amable. Estacionamiento en el sótano, pero si está lleno hay otro lado para estacionar. Muy cerca del centro comercial.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Yo era tus invitados de larga duración. Yo permanecí por 8 noches. La dirección debería ver realmente la limpieza de la habitación. Yo entiendo que estamos bajo MCO antes de esto, pero la dirección no debería descuidar la limpieza de la habitación. debido a la limpieza, mi baby tiene infección de gusano anillo. el F&B también tiene que estar entrenando de nuevo. nunca olvide lo que está en su menú y haga que los huéspedes esperen sus pedidos especialmente en el servicio de habitaciones. ordené Nasi Goreng Cakar Rimau set si no me equivoco. el set viene con Beber. Desafortunadamente, cuando lo envían a mi habitación, no hay bebida. Me voy al restaurante y pregunto si hay una bebida para el set, y el personal que dijeron sí. Me di cuenta de que no se siente responsable de lo que pasó. hola .. ! He pedido unos pocos platos de la Panda Alimentaria y he pedido plata del restaurante. Me dan forro de plástico y La recepción también debe ser más alerta. Desde el 3o lugar, el hotel ha permitido la entrega de alimentos. La recepción necesita mostrar un buen servicio al invitar a la habitación a recoger el paquete. Es un buen gesto. No hay daño para hacerlo. Me quedé en el cuarto piso. La chica para el cuarto piso fue muy buena y útil. Me olvidé de preguntar su nombre. Espero que no sea perjudicial. La dirección se toma en serio en su servicio.

3rd time staying here. Location is nearby shops. Walking distance to Aman central mall. The Aircond took a while to cool. No bathtub at this room as my previous stay there is bathtub. Decent breakfast is served.

The floor was sticky. The bathroom wall was clear glass. You can see-through. They provided blinds but it was not properly positioned. Not suitable if you come with family or friends. How ever the room was spacious & the bed was clean & comfortable to sleep in.

To management, I would like to compliment your staff as below 19th July 23, night shift front desk 20tg July 23, Morning shift front desk staff Please extend my sincere appreciated and thanks to their excellent service. Unfortunately we unable to get their name. My mum ( aunty sesak) in alor setar was check in on 19th July mid night and depart next day Morning. Thanks for the great friendly helpful service that hand out my and my 2 small kids which is only 2&3yrs Old. Staff so helpful by loan phone charger and Assist my sister to pick up my mum at the nx day. A little small hand means everything for an elder aunty w 2 grandchildren. Well done for the team

Situación cerca de lugares interesantes.. lugares para comer también son felices.. por el hotel hay un delicioso arroz kandar y un lick en tu dedo.. hotel limpio equipado con calefacción, toallas, jabón y televisión.. hay agua mineral.. Equipado con ventanas para una buena iluminación.. Servicio de entrada y salida fácil .. vale la pena descansar.

La habitación es pequeña y sencilla. Las botellas de agua están disponibles en la habitación. Hay un gabinete y un anclaje en la habitación. El estacionamiento delante del hotel está bien situado.
