To management, I would like to compliment your staff as below 19th July 23, night shift front desk 20tg July 23, Morning shift front desk staff Please extend my sincere appreciated and thanks to their excellent service. Unfortunately we unable to get their name. My mum ( aunty sesak) in alor setar was check in on 19th July mid night and depart next day Morning. Thanks for the great friendly helpful service that hand out my and my 2 small kids which is only 2&3yrs Old. Staff so helpful by loan phone charger and Assist my sister to pick up my mum at the nx day. A little small hand means everything for an elder aunty w 2 grandchildren. Well done for the team

Great value for the perfect location in Alor Setar. 2 minute walk to the tower and the best shopping in the city. Amazing food choices in walking distance. It is a budget hotel but the staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and clean and plenty of parking. It is a great pick for this city.

We asking why some room fully furnish and why some not. He answered is all the room like that..Some have, some not..But you charge me with the same price? Some more I still in front of the lift, he already gossip about my request with his colleague. Very rude. Everything is ok about the hotel accept Customer Service..

This hotel is already renewed and all facility is new and the room view is very good all about is town view,and the location is the best.the location in the centre of the city you can walk to aman central Mall.
