Fue maravilloso. Lo recomiendo altamente. Al principio teníamos una habitación con vista a la ciudad, que no nos gustó. Queríamos ver el mar. Después de consultar con la recepción y un precio más alto, obtuvimos otra habitación con vista al mar. El buffet de desayuno era delicioso. Hay todo lo que *** puede imaginar. *** encuentra algo para todos. El servicio también fue muy bueno. El agua en el baño no quería estar más caliente y un personal llegó muy rápido y tiene todo para nosotros genial y solucionó el problema. El hotel está muy limpio y todo el personal es muy amable. Hay un autobús que sale cada hora de forma gratuita a la playa. El hotel tiene una playa privada que es solo para los visitantes y está muy limpia. También hay una piscina interior. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, el nuevo, los habitaciones están listos, la playa también es buena y la piscina es muy bonita. mis únicos dos céntimos son: 1) Front Desk - super lenta en el check-in y check-out y el servicio al cliente no está al nivel del hotel por todos los medios 2) calidad y variedad de opciones de comida durante la cena, el desayuno es OK sin embargo

The hotel is clean and the area is okay but I was so un lucky to be placed near a room of young teenagers that they kept talking and laughing till 3 am and the isolation of sound in rooms in this hotel is non existent almost . What is sad that this group of people are up at 8 am and the loud voices of people cleaning and the hoover woke me up ! Which made my sleeping and resting experience terrible I slept almost 4 hours ! I stayed in July or last June it was was not that noisy ! Literally people are not considerate or the sound isolation in rooms need to be amended . This stay was the worst I had ever in hotels in terms of ability to rest and sleep because of the outside noises!!

El personal fue muy útil y acomodable. La ubicación es excelente a pie a las tiendas, restaurantes y el corniche y su tráfico :( La cama era muy cómoda y la presión del agua fuerte en la ducha. ¡La noche fue un buen toque y nos presentó a algunos vinos egipcios que compramos después de probarlos :) El entorno y los antigüedades fueron hermosos y el ascensor fue como un paso atrás en el tiempo a otra era ....lo adoraba! El wi fi funcionaba mucho mejor que el resto de Egipto :) Pero, el fumar fue permitido en el hogar y increíblemente en el restaurante ......Nunca sabías cuándo alguien se levantaría al lado de ti cuando estabas comiendo!!!! Vamos, chicos, este es el siglo XXI.....no creí que todavía había lugares en el mundo donde se puede fumar cuando otros están comiendo o tan mal .....todos los que entran o salen del hotel deben pasear por los fumadores ....por qué no colocar un área en el primer piso ¿Eso es sellado para que el humo no pueda ser inhalado por nosotros pobres asma?? ¿Habría sido mejor si no hubiese una política de humo y el desayuno se mejoró ....it era bastante ordinario.

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better

The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.
