Everything was good as always. Reason for 3 stars is because they are in the middle of remodeling all rooms. When i got there i had to wait for a refrigerator to be put in the room and the tub drain was clogged. Everything was fixed. But the tub drain was not fully fixed. Only some draino was put in the drain

Facility is under renovation however the staff were helpful and courteous. The bathroom has a leak at the shower door connection where caulking is incomplete leading to a mildly flooded floor after showers. Outside of that a good stay. Much less noisy than other lodging in town.

The mattress was messed up felt the wires on my back. No hot water the day I was leaving, none! The key needs to be constantly programmed. And last but not least somehow the address link is defective so if you don’t know the area, you will get lost !

Granted they are were definitely in the process of remodeling. The property was kinda of messy but nothing unbearable. But the elevator definitely scared the crap out of me. It sounded like it was going to completely stop and or break when going up.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived about 8:30 pm, we were given a room with 1 king bed. I asked the associate at the front desk about it and she said they were full and it was the only room they had available but that it has a sleeper sofa. We went to the room to find there is no mattress, pillows or sheet for the sofa. In addition it was filthy with trash below it. The king bed seemed clean but not the rest of the room. My husband went back to the associate and she gave him a sheet and mattress cover but no mattress. My son was kind enough to sleep on the sofa cushions. If we weren’t exhausted and would have been able to find a room elsewhere we would not have stayed.
Simply terrible and won’t stay there again.

The room was mostly clean and the staff friendly. But there was a lot of water issues. The toilet took the flushed to actually flush. There was quite a bit of mold and mildew in and around the shower. And the sink in my bathroom was cracked and not attached to the counter and actually falling in.

The security system didn’t work properly entering the building, side door did not require a door card to open.

The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Some areas need to be painted. The bathroom door in room 218 needs to be adjusted and painted. The door sticks making it hard to open or close.
