Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

El hotel es acogedor, limpio con personal amigable. Situado muy central y cerca del Mall Daharan. Las habitaciones son limpias y elegantes. El desayuno fue genial. La más sorprendente es tener Starbucks en el hotel que me sirvió mi café favorito. Recomiendo que sea un destino favorito.
