La presión del agua es demasiado débil, por lo que el agua de baño está bien drenada y el duche está bien fuera. Me quedé en 105, pero el teléfono se rompió y no había limpiador, así que tenía un pelo muy largo en la toalla de ducha, un ataúd de jabón detrás de la puerta de la baño, pinturas de comida en el frigorífico, y algunos en frente de la TV de la sala de estar. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La piscina flotaba y el saco de plástico volaba en el mar.

We booked this resort for an one night stay and that was the worst mistake ever going by the brand name Movenpick. When we entered the resort, there is no sign of Entry and Exit. Just a single security for both gates who asked to use same gate for entry and exit. Once we entered the reception area, no welcome drink (not even water ) or greeting of guest was done. Once we got the keys, the room service / helper wasnt even called to carry the luggage bag to the villa. Imagine you pay 1800sar per night and you are left deserted and the resort calls themself “5star” We carried our own luggage and went inside to notice hot water not functional, rusted appliances, dusty carpets and moldy ac vent and also moldy corners in the washroom, curtains not available on the curtain hooks of the master bedroom bathtub. Stained floors everywhere, completed zero maintained property. Accepting our mistake booking this resort, we still wanted to have a pleasant stay. Went to the beach area but shocked to see a small portion like pond called to be private beach area. And not to mention, super expensive rates for accessing cycles , motorboat and jetski . Outdoor pool was not temperature control so was completely unavailable to access. Finally back to the villa for the night, only to experience that there was no hot water coming in all washroom and kitchen. And all kids experiencing rashes and ichiness playing in sand. Finally kids bathed in cold water after waiting almost like 45mins for hot water. Only to notice that the hotwater main switch was switched off at the main electrical box. Despite the complaint, about hotwater in the kitchen area. The person said wait and he would come back to rectify in 10mins but it was 9pm already and had to call back receptionist asking for room change. They sent another technician to repair the taps for hotwater creating uncomfortable environment with no privacy until 10.00 pm.. for almost an hour technicians were working in the villa. Post dinner and board games , when entered the master bedroom was shocked to find ac not functional at 11.45 pm had to open the doors and switch on the ac from the common area and make the room cooler. Next morning kids got sick due to dust and molds and got nose block and my son left with severe rashes now on tropical ointments to cure his rashes. Overall it was a nightmare. Not even a 1star rated service.

El hotel es acogedor, limpio con personal amigable. Situado muy central y cerca del Mall Daharan. Las habitaciones son limpias y elegantes. El desayuno fue genial. La más sorprendente es tener Starbucks en el hotel que me sirvió mi café favorito. Recomiendo que sea un destino favorito.

Este es un hotel nuevo y pasé una noche aquí. Me encantan hoteles donde el personal no se molesta a los huéspedes. La habitación era muy agradable, con más que suficientes toallas en el baño y mucha agua caliente. La habitación era muy buena, el Wi-Fi gratuito funcionaba muy bien. Estaba muy tranquilo sin niños altos que correban las salas. El estacionamiento parecía limitado.

El hotel es el hotel de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños.
