Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property, the views from the room were incredible, and the staff was superb! Special thanks to Afework, Tilaye, Sileshi, and Sefiw at the lounge for their tremendous service, as well as Beheilu, Befkadu, Aschalew, Legesse for their excellent service elsewhere around the hotel, and Danawit at the reception for a super smooth check-out process! Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

I'd like to give this establishment the highest recommendation and thank reception staff for their friendly and warm-hearted assistance when dealing with my many requests. Reception staff went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were superbly dealt with in a professional manner. The hotel is located in a secure area of Addis and security staff watch your back in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel features an excellent gym and provides 24 hour room service. The highest compliment I can pay is to say I'd definitely like to return.

El personal es fantástico, las terrazas son enormes y lujosas, hay muchos lugares para sentarse y relajarse, y Ghion cuenta con un restaurante increíble. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad de Etiopía, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos de Etiopía. La única queja que tengo es que, como un viejo con una visión desvanecida, las habitaciones están oscuras, incluso con todas las luces encendidas, aún difícil de leer, y se llevaron unos minutos para obtener agua del tubo o la cubierta para empezar a correr caliente. El servicio es bueno porque las instalaciones no satisfactorias me han cambiado tres habitaciones. La economía del país de Ezela no es suficiente, la desestabilización perenea, aunque la vivienda es muy general, ¡se entiende!
