當時選這家酒店的原因在於，新，18年開業的，相比左右的St Regis和Park Hyatt都是2011年開的。Rotana是阿聯酋本土高端酒店品牌，服務水準確實和國際大品牌還是有一定差距的，比如：面對面客人時的表情，整體早餐的擺放，收餐的流程都有待提高。而且這次check in的服務真的很不好，我定的是海景帶lounge服務的房間，而酒店收到的訊息是花園景色的不帶lounge的房間，後現場找攜程兩個小時後才解決，最終也不知道是酒店還是攜程的問題。

Estuvimos estas Navidades pasando Nochevieja y unos días en familia. La calidad del establecimiento es muy buena y las habitaciones son magníficas. El resto de instalaciones también están fantásticas y pudimos disfrutar mucho de sus restaurantes así como de la oferta de ocio que ofrecen, minigolf, gym, piscinas, billar… Quería destacar la amabilidad del personal, concretamente de Raul del departamento de comidas y bebidas y de Mohamed, al que pudimos conocer en el buffet, ambos dos fueron muy amables y profesionales e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera, preocupándose en todo momento por como estábamos y de que disfrutáramos. La playa que tienen sin duda es una maravilla. Un sitio para recomendar.

Todo perfecto, habitaciones grandes y modernas Restaurantes con muy buena comida y presentada con mucho gusto. Todo el hotel está súper limpio. La atención de todo el personal es increíble. La playa es preciosa (lastima que el agua esté tan caliente)

Siempre es un gusto visitar Sim Sim, en le Saadiyat Rotana, sin duda alguna el mejor brunch de Abu Dhabi. Esta tarde nos cuida con todo esmero en la mesa: Wai, quien ha estado pendiente de todos los detalles, todo ha sido perfecto y en su punto, la variedad en Sim Sim es todo un deleite, carnes, sushi, langosta, ceviches, pasta y en general toda la variedad de gastronomía que te imagines, música en vivo. Los postres una delicia!! Gracias al gran Wai por atendernos hoy con toda la amabilidad.

As a regular guest, we like so much Saadiyat Rotana. From the moment we enter in the lobby, Mr. Henry is already waiting for us. Ahmed is a friendly man at the recepcion , he gave us a nice room. Everybody treats you like you are family. The breakfast is very good. You can eat outside. Dinner can be taken in several restaurants, outside also. Thank you chef Mohammed from Marrakech. Also for Leigh, Repali and Gilbert.The swimmingpool is very nice. Our friends Thilina, Pradeep and Keigh were taking care for us. All directors came and gave us good advice. Really you all made that our family went home with tears in the eyes. We will miss you, you all were so kind. We certainly will come back.

A lovely stay with our family at the Rotana. The hotel is situated on a beautiful natural beach with the most amazing colour of the sea ive ever seen! Kids loved the beach - lots of sun shades and chairs however annoying people go down before breakfast and place their items in them to ‘reserve’ the best ones at the front - the hotel staff should remove these as it’s obvious when it happens. The beach however and service was very good with water and beach towels promptly delivered. The pool was great warm and our kids loved it - large with a safe water level for our 6 year old for half of it - lifeguards on duty too which helps you relax. Service at pool was good/great too. Kids club which our 2 and 6 year old used was without a doubt excellent- the staff were welcoming and kind and the place was spotless! A pool and playground round the back, a lazy river and a cool fun indoor area grouped by age was inside. The staff made every effort to make sure the children were happy with regular whatsapp updates for me (relaxing on the beach) and lots of fun outdoor activities aswell as arts and crafts inside. We used the babysitters from the kids club too who were brilliant and came to our room one night to look after them when the kids were tired (extra charge). Couldn't fault them! Housekeeping excellent our rooms were kept spotless and tidy as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was good - tiny gluten free section disappointing! Nice they tried with separate toaster but some unappealing bread and gf packaged pancakes doesn't really cut it especially when the chef next to it is making fresh pancakes, waffles but cant manage to make gf ones. However id taken my own granola and the omelette chef was fab and lots of fresh fruit ! Dinner we ate at turtle bay and the Italian both superb great service and excellent gluten free options pasta, pizza bases etc - one night we ate at the buffet at sim sim and i have to mention the head chef here who asked me what I would like and that he would specifically make me a gluten free meal which he did ( after showing me what was gf on the buffet and offering sushi etc) he then make me some delicious fish and even bought out a gf pudding without me even asking -made my evening absolute 10/10 to him! The rest of my family throughly enjoyed all the meals on offer and the kids section especially on the little red train counter. A couple of brilliant waiters here wish i knew their names to mention them - just went above and beyond! My only gripe would be we went all inclusive and i wouldn't do that again. Its not all inclusive only certain items were included So we paid extra for items on the menu we wanted and got no discount for the money we had already paid towards it - we also paid extra for wine as the wine included was ‘okay’ and i like nice wine! - id rather just pay for the food and drink as we wanted it rather than pay for an all inclusive but its not all included! Finally Hotel is also a great location for Yas isl

There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are great. The rooms are really well appointed. The beach feels like a proper white sand beach and, almost, could be anywhere. They are building a hotel next door but I never noticed any noise and it didn’t impact on our holiday at all. The kids club in particular is excellent and completely free. Amazing really. The kids can go in anytime for the activities they enjoy best, and it’s a great place for them to make friends. We had a 2-bed suite. Very luxurious and perfect for a family of 5. Food experiences were good other than our night at the surf and turf restaurant. For us it was trying a bit too hard and missing. The Spa punches above its weight. One massage I had was exceptional and both were well above average. There was a 30% offer at the time but it would be decent value at full price. We’ll be back, but we’ll probably come closer to spring or autumn as the last week in May was very hot. We expected this but the heat does limit your options for any form of outdoor activity between 10am and 4pm. Tips: half board seemed worthwhile. Suites also worthwhile. Lots to do outside the hotel (mall, indoor/outdoor theme parks, louvre) and taxis are easy, cheap, and reliable. A special thanks to our butler Helen who was lovely, the team at the kids club, and Mahood who checked us in and out. He has a lovely way about him and soothed our entrance and exit, making it feel just a bit more special. Thank you.

Thank you for your great stuff and behavior! I would like to mention a couple of your employees as a great professionals of their work. Firstly, is a Mahmoud, employee of the reception. He is a kind and warm person, who helped us with every query we had so far. Also, would like to mention Dildar, who provided us with every communication and interesting places informations. We enjoyed every minute of our trip!

I had an amazing one night stay at the Resort and I loved it! The staff were very friendly and supportive. I had the chance to engage with some of them who really made my experience even better. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, very good restaurant options to have dinner, the room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Not to mention the hotel landscape and the beach area. Thank you Denisse, Patel, Hana, Imasha, Notok, Gabriel, Stant and Thisal, the lifeguard that interacted with me with a warm smile and gave me the perfect directions around the hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Management I was recently in Rotana Saadiyat Hotel, expecting a pleasant and relaxing day, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most shocking aspect was the appalling attitude Keith Sinnott, the Gym manager. Instead of offering any form of help or attempting to resolve the problem, Keith Sinnott was incredibly dismissive and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and respect for guests. He bluntly stated that he did not wish to argue with us as clients and, astonishingly, invited us to escalate the matter to the general manager if we wished to or write a negative report about him on TripAdvisor if we felt disappointed. This kind of behavior is utterly unacceptable from a hospitality professional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and for any concerns to be addressed promptly and effectively. The manager’s attitude not only ruined our day but also left a lasting negative impression of the Rotana Saadiyat Hotel. I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider their choice and be wary of the poor management and unprofessionalism that may await them at this establishment. A hotel is only as good as its management, and in this case, the Rotana Saadiyat Hotel has failed miserably.
