I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

Un gran bemol sobre la calidad del material en el nivel del MASAJE asiento demasiado duro deshacido cubierto de papel yo pase el personal es muy amable y profesional pero cuando usted pregunta por qué las asientos están en tan mal estado nos dicen de dire cela à la direction qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire mal et les salles tango sont un incroyable sombre déprimante surtout pas y le service est bon, bien dommage... concernant la nourriture rien à dire Service inconvenant personnel simpático y siempre allí para servirle las habitaciones también merecería un pequeño refresco puerta de ventana que no se cierra, etc. Piscina exterior para rehacer cuadrados defectuosos cuadrados de cuadrados en el fondo de la piscina yjets defectuosos y no marchando

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

En la casa que ha llegado a los años, Patina intenta cubrir con estilo con tapices espesos y materiales caros. La renovación no se puede seguir. El personal de Livree trabaja con precisión. En la sala de desayuno ocupada por un quinto, nos pusieron en una mesa en la mesa en el bufete - ¿una sanción por el precio? El desayuno aburrido es variado, pero la mayoría está en paquetes. 5☆ sin trabajo manual? El Cappuccino no es nadie. ¿Puedo recomendar a la casa? Los ojos rojos del cloro en el agua térmica dicen: no para mí. Hay un día de diseño en el quinto piso, ya que parece agradable.

En particular, le aconsejo porque el personal fue muy amable y cuidadoso (fuimos con una niña pequeña y nos diseñaron la habitación más cerca del ascensor, con la bañera en lugar de la ducha y con una cubierta perfecta - atención ¡gratuitos, no descontados y que hacen la diferencia!!).

Hemos estado por 2 noches. El hotel está parcialmente reconstruido, las habitaciones son hospitalarias. La limpieza de la habitación era bastante buena. Hemos encontrado cabello en el baño. La cama es muy pequeña. El desayuno es bueno. El personal muy amable. Las piscinas son grandes y agradables. El primer día en la piscina había mucho cloro. Probablemente habían equivocado la dosis. En los días siguientes estaba mucho mejor. El toallas y los techos se suministran a cambio de pago. 10 euros por el calzado. Caro, pero se trata de tejidos de excelente calidad. De otra manera, puedes usar tu propio calzado. El hotel se muestra como Adults Only, lo que hace más tranquilo utilizar las piscinas. En las piscinas, las hidromasajes están abiertas a diferentes horas, y todas funcionan en algunos momentos. Las piscinas se cierran a las 20 en los primeros días de la semana y a las 23 en el fin de semana.

Estructura un poco envejecida pero todavía eficiente, ubicada en una excelente posición en pie en la zona piel del centro de Abano Terme, ideal para pasar unos días en la amplia piscina térmica, Personal amable y apresurado cocina simple de excelentes ingredientes, hemos pasado unos días en un hermoso descanso.
