Amigable personal no tonto , todo estaba bien organizado. También alquiló una bicicleta electrónica un día (preservado previamente: ¡me alegro! ) Uno de los desventajas puede ser la ubicación en la ocupada calle Birk (camino continuo entre Soest y Amersfoort) para mí fue aconsejable: vivió siglos junto a la salida de A16.

We were on a coach trip from 17th - 21st April. Unfortunately my husband fell ill the day before we were to leave & had to go to hospital near by, they operated on him on Friday. I would just like to say that all the Berghotel staff went beyond making my extended stay very comfortable and they helped me by sending emails & printing documents out, nothing was too much trouble. I thanked them all.

Tanto el desayuno, el almuerzo como la cena fueron realmente excelentes! El servicio era atento, tranquilo (y a una distancia apropiada) pero también tenía atención al huésped. La habitación era perfecta en cuanto a ubicación y super limpia. El cocinero de agua con café, té es muy apreciado. Alquilamos una bicicleta electrónica el día t****. Fuimos en el entorno. Muchas posibilidades. Rutas de bicicleta estaban disponibles en el hotel. Consejo para el hotel: Puede que sea deseable indicar más (más que la llave de bicicleta, la batería y la llave de la caja por recepción). Especialmente si utilizas una bicicleta electrónica por primera vez.

After a small fight with the revolving door on arrival (very embarrassed) the staff were so caring in making sure I was ok. Prosecco brought to the room, as a complimentary gesture from the Hotel, such a wonderful surprise. An exceptional meal in the restaurant, such as shame it was so quiet, if you stay go to the restaurant, support the hotel. Room was great. The whole experience was wonderful cannot wait to return. Love the NH range.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. Grand Hilton cerca de Amersfoort. Las habitaciones son grandes y con algunas excelentes vistas al Golf Course (de su balcón 😎) Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen una decoración moderna. Las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno es bueno (aparte del huevo descascarillado, que es un poco duro/descascarillado 😕) y el restaurante tiene un buen sentimiento de frío, así que una gran manera de comenzar la mañana. El hotel está un poco fuera del camino, así que realmente necesitas un coche, pero es la seclusion es lo que lo hace tan bueno 👍

En el sitio fácilmente reservado, usted tuvo que pagar 100% de anticipo. (En lugar de dar su tarjeta de crédito como garantía) (Más tarde vi que algunos simplemente podrían pagar a posteriori) El balcón fue manejado por una joven. No es una buena amistad, pero luego le pregunté si podía cambiar el euro en moneda porque su hotel automático sólo acepta dinero en moneda. En lugar de ofrecerme, pregunté si me permitía salir del bar. Esto podría ser, pff. El hotel se abrió recientemente. La habitación 239 mira nueva. El baño no era 100% limpio. Restaurante, los chicos que estaban ahí no tienen experiencia de horeca, o deberían ser KFC. Si hubiera una sopa goulash antes, no habría estado lo suficiente en el microondas. Después tenían costillas esparcidas, que deberían haber sido predestinadas un poco más, no recibían servidores ni toallas de limones, si usas tus manos para comer, ni tampoco un baúl ni una placa adicional para los huesos. Y el ritmo no es muy alto, pero estás en la ciudad, y las camas están bien. En todo el hotel pendientes viejas fotos de Amersfoort, muy agradable Wifi es en mi habitación muy inestable, la sala de laboratorio ni siquiera lo hizo. TV de 3 y sbs6 se están cracking en la televisión. Aún se preguntan pero no sabían por qué. Desayuno bien completo, incluso con una estación de huevos. Pero en este tiempo es que el desayuno es ”pero” hasta las 9:00. Ipv ahora se ve mucho en hoteles a las 10 o 11:00.
