La cocina estaba organizada, lo hizo una brisa para cocinar. A pocos minutos de la playa de Airlie, todo es fácil de conseguir también, y con Cannonvale sólo 5 minutos en la dirección opuesta para las grandes tiendas la posición era perfecta. La gestión aquí fue sensacional. Fran y Paul son las personas más hermosas y acomodantes. Hacen todo lo que puedan para ayudar y son muy conscientes! ¡Seremos definitivamente de vuelta!

Este es el hotel más largo que ha vivido en Australia esta vez. El hotel es muy popular, hay muchas habitaciones y todas las instalaciones. Después de dos días de checkin, la abuela del hotel no dijo nada, y nos dijeron que jugaríamos felizes. El hotel tiene su propia pequeña piscina sin bordes, que acaba de resolver el problema del lago de la playa de Elley y la reparación de la piscina. Nota: hay dos subidas al hotel, debe ser un joven con buena fuerza física para ir. Si hay personas mayores, se recomienda alquilar o hacer un coche. El hotel es muy barato en Elli Beach, en la colina, la vista es excelente. A diez minutos a pie del supermercado Woolworth abajo, comprar cosas para cocinar es muy apropiado, especialmente recomendado para un coche.

There are 2 girls in reception that are absolutely arrogant and with a terrible attitude. If you have any problem (even caused by themselves), they will never try to help you, and for any question, they give you just fast answers to get rid of you. A girl, in particular, a blonde one with curly hair, left me impressed thinking of how a person can be so mad while working in a tourism facility. If you hate to work with people, why don't you find another job? there are plenty of jobs in Australia. I have been extending my stay different times and every time they charged me with more than the correct percentage for the card payment and I had to push them to correct the mistake. The place is not bad, the location very good, but the girls at the reception ruined my stay and since the beginning made me feel uncomfortable. I stayed in a camping site. The price in a beautiful town like that it's ok, just the site was too small.

I stayed at the Boathouse Apartments with my husband and 15 month old son after my son was quite sick on Hamilton island and unable to fly home. As there was no accommodation on Hamilton island I called up a few different places and settled on the Boathouse Apartments. I called ahead of time to see if we could check in early so my son could nap after the journey across. The reception staff were quite friendly and did try to get us in quickly however when we got to the room there was a rollaway bed instead of a cot. We left the room and came back to a cot being dumped in the apartment and not set up at all (not a big issue but also not what I’d expect paying the price for premium accommodation). The following morning I received a text that they had to do maintenance in our apartment for roughly 2 hours (I was never advised of this even though I called twice, told them I had a sick child and booked over the phone). We had staff knock on the door twice throughout the day to see when they could do it. First when we had a screaming child we were trying to give antibiotics too and secondly when we were trying to get him down for a nap (again when he was very distressed). We ended up having to leave and sit in a room after an unsuccessful nap with a toddler who had a high fever, ear infection and a rash. I’d also been trying to book a Telehealth appointment to have my son assessed but this was made difficult due to the fact we had to leave the room. One of the reasons I booked was due to the washer/dryer, we had no clothes left so I did a wash upon arrival. I ran the dryer multiple times that evening and kept finding sopping wet clothes at the end of every cycle which was really frustrating. On the following day we asked about the dryer and were advised that they don’t work very well and that the only apartments that had dryers were occupied. Because of this we were forced to wear the same clothes for 3 days straight. Not great for a messy/sick toddler.. We eventually were able to get our clothes dried and received them around 5pm the night before checking out. While I do appreciate the staff for doing so, it wasn’t very helpful at that point. The whole experience was really awful. Travelling with a sick child is hard enough let alone having that added stress. I am pretty annoyed that no one advised us of the works needing to occur during our stay and the fact that a dryer is falsely advertised. I never would have booked if I had known either of these things ahead of time and I feel fairly ripped off for the money we paid given it wasn’t exactly for a holiday..

La planta baja está el supermercado, puedes comprar lo que necesites, comer, vistas al mar invencibles, y muy cerca del mercado, hay varios restaurantes en Internet, la distancia del muelle es aceptable, el desayuno es simple, porque el tiempo de viaje es temprano, así que comí en el hotel el último día. La habitación era grande, pero las instalaciones eran viejas, pero era aceptable. La cama era demasiado pequeña.

I really enjoyed my 9 night stay here recently. The balcony provided beautiful views, the self-contained apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to restaurants, the beach and shops. The bus is very close if you prefer not to walk. There is a steep hill to get up the driveway if you are without transport, but it was just part of my daily exercise routine. Not at all an issue for me but some may struggle if they don't have a car.

El personal también fue muy amable. La única “cuadro” que teníamos fue el tapón de agua fría no se congeló. Hay habitaciones familiares, piscinas, Es conveniente tener una lavadora por AUD4 y una secadora por AUD3. Fuimos a Hamilton Island por una noche, estacionamos el auto en el hotel y regresamos por otra noche. En general bien, la playa de Airlie es hermosa. El personal fue muy bueno, también esperaron con anticipación para comunicarse, e introdujeron las instalaciones. Es decir, hay muchos mosquitos, así que protégete bien.

If you’re arriving in the dark, DON’T if you’re in a small car be prepared to feel like you’re about to tip nose over boot! We arrived at 7.30pm and missed the entrance to this hotel. It’s so dark that you don’t see the signage until you’re half way up the hill then it’s not blatantly obvious that you have to take a sharpish right up another hill to reception. Be prepared for your car engine to struggle and sound like it’s about to explode with the effort! Checking in was a fairly easy affair they give you nifty eco friendly key cards made of bamboo! Finding your room might be another matter depending on where you are! The room itself is as fairly large, a super king bed, a sitting room/kitchen area and hidden away in a cupboard near the front door is a washing machine and upside down dryer! The spa bath was welcome after a long drive, the shower water leaked onto the tiled floor. The kitchen area has all the necessary equipment you’ll need and there is even 3 little sachets of laundry detergent to do washing. Pool towels are also provided. My biggest issue is the hill. It sits atop a very, very steep hill and whilst the hotel offers you a courtesy bus into the main shopping street if you want to go for a wander it’s nigh on impossible. So this hotel is NOT for the faint hearted or mobility impaired. The upside is you do get superb views across the bay. There are plenty of shops and bars in the main tourist ***** it is a tad busy and quite loud at night so we just avoided it. There are notices on the beach about not swimming in the water due to jellyfish. The weather is pretty hot but muggy just now but nothing that we didn’t expect. All in all the hotel was ok I’d advise staying at the Airlie Beach Hotel if you have any disabled travellers with you who we e just found out have really good facilities for disabled people! Drinks at Happy Hour are $15 per cocktail and $8 for a beer there are booze shops in town if you decide to buy your own. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was pretty standard but if you want a decent coffee you have to pay for it. You’re asked to take your own trash out with you when you leave which is a new one on me. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility Airlie Beach is not it, if you just need a base to slump into this will do you although there are cheaper places out there. It wasn’t awful but I wouldn’t return.

Sarah me acogió muy bien y me hizo fácil el check-in, especialmente con una botella complementaria de vino bueno. Tina me aseguró que estaba bien y tenía lo que necesito de leche a toallas frescas todos los días. Sólo a un paseo a la ciudad para disfrutar de una gran comida y un buen café con maravilloso ambiente. Todos fueron amables y me sentí en casa durante la semana de mi estancia. Le diré a todos mis buenos amigos que vengan y quedarse y experimenten la belleza escena del litoral, gente de las ciudades amistosas y una maravillosa experiencia de vacaciones. He viajado por el mundo y he estado en los siete continentes y mi estancia tranquila en Waterfront Whitsunday Retreat está en la parte superior de mi lista favorita de lugares para visitar.

My husband and I booked a Deluxe King Spa Room for 5 nights, 6 days including continental breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean, the pool area was lovely. Only small complaints are that the pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom needs updating, the water pressure in the shower was very bad. The restaurant in the resort was lovely for our daily breakfasts but very expensive. If you wanted hot food for breakfast you had to pay for it and the price of $5 for a hash brown, $5 for bacon and $3 for a poached egg was exuberant. We realised that the inclusive continental breakfast did not include hot breakfast foods. The choice of other breakfast foods was ok. I, personally would like to give a shout out to Christina at reception for looking after me when I needed a special favour 😊.

Muy pocos chinos viven, tal vez los chinos sean más ricos. Es muy característico un pequeño edificio en el patio, y las tres habitaciones comparten el mismo baño. Como era septiembre, el baño estaba un poco frío. La cama de la litera es un poco pequeña y el largo y el ancho no son suficientes, aunque ya soy muy delgada. Es fácil bajar la cabeza. Hay una cocina común y es muy divertido cocinar en una cocina todos los días con personas de todo el mundo. Ubicado en la calle principal, al lado del gran supermercado. Es conveniente realizar una excursión de un día.

No está lejos de la calle principal, salir del hotel es un parada de autobús, el transporte y la bebida son muy convenientes. La noche después de comer, el viento y el almuerzo se vuelven cómodos y se desplazan lentamente. Las condiciones de higiene son todavía cómodas. Estado aquí con una familia de cuatro. Fantastico vista al agua y la ubicación perfecta. camas cómodas. cocina relativamente bien equipada. Aircone funciona bien. Las instalaciones son muy sucias en el exterior, como son los tapices en la unidad. La vista desde las ventanas sería espectacular si las ventanas se limpiaran.
