Podría escribir un libro de nuestra estadía aquí. Fue maravilloso y muy recomendable!! Resumen: -El propietario = muy útil y muy acogedor - los habitaciones tip top!! --atmósfera familiar/amistad -pudiste dejar sus cosas antes y después, para luego ”entrar/salir” -muy central.. central no se puede -baño era excelente! ¡Reservar con desayuno -consejos útiles para restaurantes /sights/real estacionamiento de vehículos -todo fue positivo -hasta se ha conseguido una factura en el refrigerador para mantener su propio alimento/ agua fría -agua/tea/cafe se puede tomar -una experiencia muy bonita -sería ¡Reserva ciego otra vez!

En general el hotel esta bien, las camas algo dutas, lo peor es que el aire acondicionado es centralizado y no se puede apagar, estaba bastante fuerte y nos pegaba directo en la cama, tendrían que tener la posibilidad de poder cerrar la compuerta del a/c. El personal fue amable en todo momento.

La ubicación es grande para explorar Sardegna. La estación de trenes está muy cerca como el puerto. Los trenes son eléctricos, por lo que no hay ruido. Diseñada para viajeros de negocios con mesas de trabajo y iluminación, funcionó bien para nosotros. Estaba en una noche mientras tuvimos que cambiar de vuelo de alghero a Cagliari. La parte exterior del edificio parece fechada y brillante. La parte interior es mucho mejor. Las habitaciones son básicas pero cómodas. La pantalla de ducha de plástico se rompe, así que después de duchar el piso de la baño era muy húmeda, pero valor por dinero supongo.

El mejor de todos es su personal desde el escritorio delantero hasta la sala de comedor, tenemos la mejor recepción. Nuestro cuarto estaba muy cómodo con todas las comodidades. El desayuno buffet tenía una amplia variedad para satisfacer cualquier comida picante. Había cenado 2 de las 3 noches que estuvimos en Cagliari y disfrutamos completamente de los platos preparados para nosotros. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel para una estancia memorable.

El B&B tiene una excelente ubicación central con aparcamiento gratuito en la carretera paralela, hemos alojado en una gran habitación con cuatro camas y dos sofás, excelente solución cuando viaja con tres niños. Limpieza y ordenado. La desayuno preconfecionado es variada y suficiente, con posibilidad de tomar café o té (no leche, que por suerte había traído con mí en pantalones de pan a confecciones individuales), pero hay una cocina en la parte común. El responsable fue muy amable y disponible.

Buscamos un hotel para dormir prácticamente pues ibamos a estar todos los dias fuera de visita, decir que la situación es excelente, cerca de toda la zona de bares, plazas principales, estación tren y autobuses. La recepción es de 24 horas y atendida por personal serio, educado y muy responsable. La habitación es algo pequeña, sobre todo el plato de ducha, pero es muy tranquilo y acogedor, la limpieza ha sido excelente, diaria con cambio de toallas. Wifi gratis. Tipico hotel de ciudad de toda la vida, clásico. Volvería.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. We really liked the location as it was central and close to everything, including the bus station. The bathroom was well equipped and even had a bidet. The staff was very helpful and they always tried their best to answer any questions we had. They even helped find contact numbers for parks we wanted to visit, and explained where to go. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice selection of different foods and desserts every morning. The room seemed to always be warm, sometimes a little too warm. The only way to cool it down was through a window, though cooking smells from the restaurant next door would waft in. We would have liked it better if we had control over the air-conditioning in the room. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, but it wasn't a big issue since the hotel is surrounded by great cafés. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and though the food was delicious, it was a little pricey compared to the many restaurants in the vicinity. You might want to explore the area for more selection and possibly better prices for food. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to visiting again. It was great value for our money, and it's a good place to stay if you want quick access to most of the interesting sites in the area.

The building is historic and very well kept. It’s very well placed for shopping in a car free zone. We slept very well with no noise. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a very nice shower. Sitting for breakfast at the “Antico Caffè” overlooking the Bastione San Remy on a very sunny morning was awesome. Expect a selection of breads, butter, jam, croissant, juice, coffee. We will return.

Wow! Villa hotel fanny must be one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in lots over the years including many 5 stars. On arrival our room was not ready but the staff did all they could to accommodate us, our room exceeded expectations and the breakfast were superb - such a relaxing setting to sit and enjoy before heading out for the day. The Staff really make this place, they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is up there amongst the best. They made several recommendations for dinner, all of which were within a 5 minute walk - you always know its a good one when it is frequented by the locals. The location, the venue, the Staff, Cagliari itself you were superb and we have already booked our return stay!

Excelente estructura única de 5 Estrellas de Cagliari. Hotel nuevo con grandes habitaciones y bien decoradas. Excelente cama y limpieza. El hotel es sin duda el mejor de la ciudad y cuenta con un excelente restaurante. En la plaza también hay una excelente pizzeria. Completa el desayuno y el servicio en general bueno y en parte realizado por niños muy jóvenes con tanta voluntad de hacer. Sin duda, cuando regreso a Cagliari repitaría la experiencia. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Lovely central hotel within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, as well as bus stop and train station to airport. Right on the marina. Could not have asked for a better location. Martina and Carla were so kind and helpful both before and during our stay, always available through WhatsApp to answer questions we had about the area (eg number for local taxi). Our rooms were cleaned well every day we stayed there and we were provided fresh towels. The Wifi worked well as did the air conditioning. Coffee and water offered free of charge in reception. Our only regret was that we did not book a superior room so that we could have a balcony / access to fresh air from outside. Our window opened out into reception, but it is our error for not booking a superior room. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again / recommend it to anybody visiting Cagliari. 🥰

El hotel es muy limpio, el área está tranquila y no hay molestias durante nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba equipada con AC, que fue muy agradable después de entrar del calor. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 30 minutos en autobús y a unos 20 minutos a pie de las tiendas más cercanas. Si no tienes un coche no vale la pena quedarse a menos que puedas organizar viajes.

Dit kleine guesthouse heeft 3 kamers. Wij hadden de kleinste maar voor ons was deze ruim genoeg. Kamer is geheel wit met antiek bed. Mooie, niet al te grote, badkamer. Verblijf inclusief koffie thee water en sapjes. Ligging is perfect doordat vlakbij haven ligt en veel restaurants in directe omgeving. Beneden woonkamer/keuken waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Heerlijke toiletartikelen van Aqua di Parma. Iedere ochtend was Fabrizio aanwezig voor eventuele vragen. Krijgt code om guesthouse binnen te gaan. Wij zouden het zo weer boeken.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

El hotel es un hotel de boutique único y es un gran hotel para amantes de artistas y para aquellos que necesitan algo distintivo mientras cruzan el puerto de Cagliari. Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no en el hotel. Somos pequeñas personas estatuadas y todavía era una lucha. El hotel es consciente de verde. Tenía gran comida, y el mejor café en la isla. Si necesitas WiFi y internet fiables, NO ESTÁ AQUI. La conexión se desconectó durante nuestra estancia de 5 días y en nuestra última noche, la energía salió por toda la noche, durante un período de 12 horas. Nunca se nos dio una explicación, sólo que nuestro lado del edificio estaba afectado y que estaban mirando la situación. A las 12:00 p.m., yo pidió una explicación, y el personal básicamente dijo que se les dijo que la cuestión sería fijada por el centro de la ciudad por 9PM Pero a media noche no había nada que se podía hacer según el personal. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En general el hotel esta bien, las camas algo dutas, lo peor es que el aire acondicionado es centralizado y no se puede apagar, estaba bastante fuerte y nos pegaba directo en la cama, tendrían que tener la posibilidad de poder cerrar la compuerta del a/c. El personal fue amable en todo momento.

El único lado positivo de esta estructura es que se encuentra a dos pasos del centro. Para el resto de experiencia que debe olvidarse! La estructura tiene un olor desagradable de astuto que se siente incluso por la calle y que en la habitación es realmente molesto, además en los corredores siempre alienta un fuerte olor a fumar cigarrillos. Para llegar a las habitaciones es necesario inerpicarse en una (o dos!) larga y rápida escalada que, teniendo un par de equipajes no muy ligeros a continuación, también puede ser bastante peligroso. Reservamos la habitación con desayuno, salvo que luego descubramos que el ” desayuno” consistía en un ”kit” que se dejaba directamente en la habitación (cosquito y cocina + una bolsa de té). Si se hubiera informado que el desayuno era de tal manera no habríamos pagado el suplemento! Nos pasó a pedir un papel higiénico adicional y no estaba disponible. La ducha tenía más o menos el tamaño de una caja! Es bastante fácil de colocar en la zona, pero casi exclusivamente a pago y sólo en la calle. El camino en el que se encuentra la estructura es bastante ruidoso hasta tarde la noche y de la mañana temprano.
