Hoteles en Haram: Este hotel está situado a 20 minutos en autobús. Está instalado un sistema de navegación con un autobús que le deja y vuelve a cada oración. Los horarios no siempre se respetan y el autobús es muy a menudo sobrecargado, lo que hace la experiencia bastante comprobable. Por otra parte, lamento la falta de comunicación del hotel sobre el funcionamiento de la navegación. Aparte de una carta en la cuenta de acogida, no se hizo ninguna mención ni explicación al ingresar al empleado, y tuve que hacerlo solo para entender cómo funcionaba, el lugar de depósito ...etc Me pareció muy desagradable. La habitación era limpia, pero no tenía equipos, no había herramientas de cocina, sólo una simple cocina. La leche es muy firme, no será para todos. Durante mi estancia, el agua caliente casi nunca funcionó lo que es muy dañino. El hotel está cerca de un gran eje de carretera muy ruidoso, mi habitación estaba al lado de la carretera y el ruido estaba bastante molesto, especialmente la noche con los claxons incesantes de los coches, el aislamiento acústico es bastante bajo. En resumen, la relación calidad-precio es correcta, lo que se hará necesariamente a precio de algunas concesiones.

He venido a este lugar varias veces y es un buen lugar y precio también edp.through trip.com Mi aviso fue en 2 puntos 1 es la primera vez que tengo muchos años para reservar sin desayuno porque el desayuno en la última vez no fue tan bueno como el pasado tiempos de aceptación y en general bueno 2.is El más importante a través de más de 11 años en los hoteles de makka es la primera vez que me dicovet que la cuenca de agua en el baño está completamente conectada y no lo alivia y lo descubro tarde después de 1 am b porque me ingresé a las 7:00 p.m. y goto dormir hasta que mi esposa y mis hijos llegaron después de la medianoche de Alharam y fue difícil para mí llamar para reparar en esta hora tarda y mi familia en la habitación intenté decirles el día siguiente porque me encanta este hotel pero la empleada no me preguntó como usual about any complaint ... También quisiera mencionar dos puntos positivos. 1.the El empleado del hombre en el inicio de la inspección fue muy útil y rápido 2.the Parque para coches fue mi primera experiencia porque fuera del hospital es muy lleno ahora y aunque no tan amplio y crowed también logro encontrar un lugar para mi coche y fue una experiencia goofd En general, es bueno hotel esp.por precio ...y tiene un pequeño autobús cada hora para alaram y amplias habitaciones limpias y merece ser repetido

I usually stay a lot closer to the haram during my visit to Makkah, but during Ramadhan the prices rocket so I've had no other option but to find a clean tidy hotel at a reasonable price. I stayed here many times before (all during Ramadhan). The hotel is around 10 mins from the Haram by car. You cannot walk it from the hotel to the haram (not walkable distance, plus it goes through the mountain tunnels). You can get a taxi for around 10 rials to the haram, but on the way back it can be slightly more - around 15-20 rials (just keep haggling). From the drop off point, it's around 10 mins walk. The hotel does run a shuttle bus for free, but I've never used it simply because of the timing. The shuttle bus drops you at the coach station area which leads the footpath to Mount Marwa side of the haram. Don't bother looking for the shuttle bus from the haram to the hotel, it's a total nightmare and chaos during salah times so better off just taking a taxi. The rooms are clean, tidy and quite. The room service is horrible, they never clean your room despite several requests. The AC is good and blows cold air. A number of lifts, so you don't get stuck waiting around for ages. Due to it's location, it's not busy like the hotels right next to the haram. There are number of restaurants nearby and also a bin Dawood at walking distance. When you want to get a taxi from the haram and don't speak arabic, just tell the driver ”Makaram al bait, khareeb Bin Dawood”, this has worked for me each time - they will know exactly where you want to go. Like i said, don't pay more than 15 rials.. There is also a masjid very close to the hotel if you end up missing the prayer at the haram.

Very good location like 5 minutes walk from Haram and just behind clock tower building and my room was partial Haram View so I could see people going and coming from entrance of Haram.Many food outlets and grocery shops were just next to hotel.Only issue was horn sounds from busses and cars as it’s just opposite bus and taxi station.Room size and facilities were good but only bathroom needs some renovation as it doesn’t smell good.Staff was very friendly.

This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

Muy cerca de Haram y todas las instalaciones. Las habitaciones se limpian regularmente o a petición. Servicios de restaurante buenos, pero con una selección limitada. Sólo el problema era el tamaño de las habitaciones. Aunque sabíamos que será más pequeño, pero no esperaba que fuera más pequeño. No había mesa para mantener al menos 1 equipaje y tuve que arrastrar a mi cama, ya que sólo estaba abierto un lado. A petición, cambiaron la habitación a una habitación ligeramente más grande. Por el precio que podría usarlo de nuevo.

I had actually booked Makarem Al Bait but they contacted me to inform that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment so my reservation was moved to um Al Qura. Would have been nice to get a similar email from Umm Al Qura branch confirming my reservation there. The hotel is very nice. Room service is every day and they also leave you with bottled water each day. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. If you can get B&B, half board or even Full board at decent value then consider it and here's why... There is only one place outside the hotel to get food and it's a dinky little shawarma fast food place. The Hotel is located somehwre you would not want to walk to/from Haram, both due to distance but also a steep hill it involves (coming and going). To counter this, the hotel have a shuttle service made of 2 coaches running alternately. The coach runs every 30 mins from the hotel and back. They AC is always on in the coach, even whilst waiting for it to depart. Well worth tipping the driver(s) on your first day so that they recognise you. The shuttle takes 5 mins drive to drop you off at Ajyad bus station which is then a 7-10 min walk into Masjid Al HAram. So far so good... Now when making your return journey back to hotel you're faced with manic at Ajyad bus station. The number of shuttles services far exceed the capacity the station can cope with but then the people walking across the yard don't help make it easier to find your coach. It's a catch 22 situation. The busses don't stop at a dedicated service stop in the station, it's first come first serve as the busses arrive and find parking. often double, triple or quadruple parking. You then have to hunt around trying to find your bus, especially as they all look the same. You need to remember your bus number and/or look out for the hotel poster on the windscreen. The busses exert a lot of heat from their engines, added to teh stress of finding your bus. it's not so bad after say Asr, maghreb or maybe zuhr. But as everybody is trying to get back to hotel after ISha it is organised chaos. The above is in no way unique to makarem. Other hotels using same station will have same problem. This is a Makkah Transport Authority issue. Whilst the hotel is great, for the above reason i would not consider using this hotel again until transport issues were resolved by city authorities.

A las 10:00, llegó al hotel y la señora en la recepción nos dijo que iba a hacer el Omra y regresara a buscar las habitaciones, soy un miembro de la Fairmont de oro que fue mal tratado. Regresamos a las 2:30 y notamos que las habitaciones no están listas y se les dijo que el cheque en el tiempo es 4PM, sin embargo, antes de un día de llegada me llamaron a preguntarme cuándo quiero que la habitación esté lista. Cada cliente me dirigía a otro donde esto no era práctica en absoluto, la imagen que estaba despertado más de 12 horas y al final del día cada uno sólo me tira. Después de una pelea, finalmente hemos llegado a las habitaciones, me da cuenta de que una de ellas está llena de insectos y la otra está ruidosa de los vecinos. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El único punto positivo fue que es pocos pasos hacia el Haram, más que que nada vale la pena, incluso cuando hablas con alguien del receptor que no responden como si no escuchas y en mi caso soy un miembro de oro más el nivel de consultor de viaje 6, ¿cómo si yo fuera un invitado normal lo que sucedería?

Buena estadía en Makkah mientras visitamos como familia. En el hotel, el hotel está cerca de los sitios de Hajj ziyārah y sólo 5 minutos en coche hasta Masjid al Haram (cuando está tranquilo. ¡Fuimos a las 2 habitaciones interconectadas, pero el hotel había perdido la llave a la puerta interconectada!! ¡Llevó toda la noche y hasta el amanecer antes de que nos trasladáramos a otra habitación con una puerta que permitió el acceso a la habitación de los demás ... muy importante cuando tienes 3 hijos. ¡Hasta entonces, todos los 5 de nosotros dormimos en una habitación para la primera noche de las 2 noches reservadas!! Nuestro nuevo cuarto tenía problemas con el sensor de bloqueo de puertas ...., así que un problema de mantenimiento todo el round. Una vez que los problemas se ordenaron, sin embargo, todo lo demás era suave. Decente desayuno suficiente para sabores europeos y árabes. Habitaciones espaciosas, bien decoradas. Una cosa que destacar ... El personal de recepción son excelentes - amable, bien manejado y quieren que las cosas se ordenen para usted. En particular, los miembros del personal, Sr. Salim y Sr. Ayman, de la familia de la familia, me pidieron que cancelase mi reserva de booking.com y que les transferiera el dinero directamente. No lo hice así. Las fechas no se mostraron para una habitación cuadrada, así que dijeron que sólo la reservamos y nos ajustaremos nuestro fin. La reserva no fue reembolsable y ahora no están reembolsando la noche extra que no me quedé allí porque el Sr. Salim ahora lo nega. Segunda pregunta habíamos reservado una habitación cuadrada y necesitamos 4 toallas, el Sr. Ayman de la casa de la 11ª planta gritó y gritó diciendo que sólo tiene dos camas en su habitación, sólo tiene 2 toallas. Debí subir y discutir con él y tener a su personal que bajara para probarle que habíamos reservado una habitación cuadrada. Absolutamente broma y hotel no han hecho ninguna disculpa. Vine por Umrah y literalmente el peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida. No me gustan los servicios de la casa, pero no me gustan los servicios de la casa.

El hotel es muy agradable y se encuentra a 79 (10 minutos) y se encuentra en la calle Kaaba. Hay dos torres, 1 y 2, ambos tienen un gran desayuno. Hay dos restaurantes en la torre 2. Hay un café que puede hacer un pastel de cumpleaños si así lo desea. El hotel dispone de una agradable sala de oración. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Grand hotel con grandes habitaciones y instalaciones. 24 h servicio de transbordador a Haram Sharif. Los autobuses se dejan regularmente. Cada vez que queríamos ir a Haram, un autobús estaba esperando. Personal amigable, gran desayuno, definitivamente vale la pena optar por cuando se elige una habitación. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil de encontrar. Las habitaciones son muy buenas. Teníamos habitaciones con dos camas dobles y tres camas solteras. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Cuenta con baños limpios con todas las comodidades. El hotel es realmente increíble. Las instalaciones son abundantes y el desayuno buffet no es rival. Las habitaciones son muy bien equipadas, aunque un poco pequeñas y a veces concavadas, pero las camas son muy cómodas. La verdadera estrella del espectáculo es el servicio. El guardián de la casa, Mohamad Rifky, gritó para asegurarse de que todo el servicio se realizó a tiempo y de forma profesional. ¡Hace un trabajo maravilloso y todos deberían dejar de hacerlo por Shaza Makkah y ver por sí mismo!

This has been the worst experience and hotel I have ever been to. Me and my husband came to stay here as part of our umrah package deal. We arrived at the hotel and were sat waiting for over 3 hours due to complications with our booking which was primarily due to the fault of our travel agents. However, members of staff at the hotel were not willing to help the situation considering we had landed from a flight and it was now late evening. Whilst we were dealing with the situation of sorting out our booking a member of the booking office advised that we pay for a night ourselves on top of what we had already paid and that by the following day the situation would be sorted. The following morning we met with the service manager who we went to ask for a refund as the extra night we had paid for was not needed due to our booking being fixed the previous night by almost midnight. We tried explaining that we didn’t want to pay for the extra night however that is what was advised to us by the booking staff the night before who stood there quietly as if he wasn’t the one who told us to do so. The service manager was the most disrespectful individual I have come across telling us that he wouldn’t issue a refund as it wasn’t the fault of the hotel. There had been extra complications arising as there had now been 3 bookings under our name by the following morning no fault of our own but now miscommunication between travel agents and the hotel. Whilst I was trying to explain the situation the service manager asked that I be quiet and that he wasn’t going to listen to me. I felt berated by this person and as a result went to speak to the manager of the hotel. The manager of the hotel was just as rude and was not empathetic with the situation at all. I explained that our first time experience of umrah had been ruined by the lack of understanding and disrespect from the staff at the hotel. The manager himself was just as rude and not wanting to listen. After going to our bedroom we found that the water from the sink was brown, plug sockets were broken, tv was broken, phones were broken and shower wasn’t working properly. During our time here we had housekeeping visit us once and we had asked SEVERAL times for two days straight for extra towels, toilet roll and an iron which we got half through the trip. The breakfast was probably the only decent thing about this hotel. I wouldn’t dare to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Muy, muy distinto gestión. Todos los servicios y personal están de alto nivel. El título de Bravo es la transferencia de Dubai a Meca, gracias a todo el personal por este proyecto de alto nivel, y especialmente al director del profesor.

Excelente estancia. He reservado a través de la aplicación Hilton - dos habitaciones parciales haram. Iniciar sesión en el momento de la llegada fue puntual y suave - he reservado con desayuno incluido. Se nos dijo el horario de la mañana y la ubicación en el momento de la llegada. También puedes conseguir hierro/tabla con frigorífico en la habitación. También puedes oír azana del Haram. El barco era muy bueno - cada vez que nos fuimos a un autobús estaba allí y siempre se dejó sin esperar demasiado. Un par de minutos a la Haram y luego unos dos o tres minutos a pie en la mezquita. Puedes caminar a Haram del hotel si quieres - unos 10 minutos. Un poco más difícil de caminar de regreso de Haram como es la montaña. Los hoteles del Centro de Convenciones Marriott y Hilton están a una distancia de paseo y todos los transbordadores de estos tres hoteles se detenen en el mismo lugar tan fácil de capturar cualquiera de ellos en el camino hacia atrás y cruzar una calle tranquila a su hotel - no hay necesidad de esperar doble La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable.
