Very pleasant and clean. Confusing lift numbers. Expensive for what it is, but that is to be expected as it is literally right next to Heathrow terminal 2. Super comfortable bed and very quiet room. Room service food reasonably priced and decent quality. Would stay again for the convenience and comfort. Thank you.

Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

La habitación es bastante grande, equipada con utensilios de cocina y la decoración es moderna. El hotel dispone de gimnasio y el desayuno es muy completo. En cuanto a la restauración, tanto el desayuno como la cena y los aperitivos nocturnos son de buena calidad, y el servicio en general también es bastante bueno. Respecto al personal de recepción, hay experiencias de todo tipo: algunos empleados son muy amables, mientras que otros resultan un poco poco amables o bruscos, lo que achaco a diferencias individuales. El hotel está bastante cerca de las Terminales 2 y 3 de Heathrow. Ofrecen un servicio de traslado (autobús) a las T2, T3 y T5, aunque no estoy seguro si es gratuito o de pago. Un taxi desde la T5 cuesta alrededor de 17.5 y desde las T2/T3, unos 13.5. Justo a la salida hay una parada de autobús. Para llegar al metro, es necesario coger un autobús. Aunque hay restaurantes a unos cientos de metros a pie, la comida del propio restaurante del hotel es muy sabrosa y ofrecen servicio de habitaciones. Es ideal para estancias de tránsito y dispone de lavandería de autoservicio.
