Cuando llegamos al hotel a primera hora de la mañana la impresión del hotel no fue muy buena pero consiguieron que cambiásemos de opinión. Cuando llegamos a primera hora de la mañana, la chica de recepción fue muy antipática y además no sé porque motivo no me miraba a mi y miraba a mi pareja cuando era yo la que hablaba… nos dijo que el check in era a partir de las dos y que el parking era de pago (15 euros el día). Yo había reservado este hotel precisamente porque en todas las opiniones aparecía que el hotel tenía parking gratuito pero la recepcionista me informó que ese detalle lo habían cambiado desde Julio de 2020, intentamos aparcar en los alrededores del hotel pero fue imposible porque el estacionamiento en la calle era mucho mas caro que el parking del hotel así que finalmente decidimos meterlo en el parking del hotel. Además, se nos informó que la habitación no era en el edificio que aparece en todas las fotos sino en otro anexo. Esto lo explico porque cuando haces la reserva si que es cierto que aparece reserva habitación doble y al lado pone anexo. Creo que tendrían que explicarlo mejor porque nosotros al hacer la reserva no sabemos que significa “anexo”. A la noche cuando terminamos de visitar la ciudad fuimos al hotel a hacer el check in y una chica super simpática y educada en recepción nos dijo que nos habían hecho un upgrade y no habían puesto una habitación en la habitación principal y el servicio del parking era gratuito. La habitación era preciosa, amplia y con todos los detalles necesarios. La habitación estaba en una esquina por lo que tuvimos la suerte de tener unas vistas preciosas al río. La ubicación del hotel es buena, está a unos minutos del centro andando si consigues que los puentes estén abiertos… Hay dos puentes que se abren para que puedan pasar los barcos y los mantienen abierto durante mucho tiempo por lo que, lo tienes que tener en cuenta. Nosotros no conseguimos en todos el día pasar por ellos y tuvimos que dar mucha más vuelta para llegar. Uno de esos puentes está a un minuto andando del hotel y si lo coges abierto llegarás enseguida al centro. Conclusión, el hotel es maravilloso si te toca en el edificio principal y si te dan vistas al rio. Y no sé deciros con certeza si el parking es de pago o no… os aconsejo que les escribáis antes para confirmarlo. Mi experiencia finalmente fue muy buena pero no me gusta que al principio te digan una cosa y luego sea otra… El precio del hotel fue 55 euros noche en época de coronavirus y Octubre, creo que fue mas caro porque coincidió sábado pero creo que es caro para Polonia

I found this to be an excellent hotel. Clean modern and spacious with pleasant and helpful staff. Nice size of room with balcony and excellent choices at buffet breakfast. I also ate evening meal twice and certainly no complaints about the food or service. Another plus was only approx. 7 minute walk to the old town and also Bus and Tram travel withing 5 minutes from the hotel. Would certainly book again if ever back in Gdansk

El personal era muy útil y amigable. El desayuno era grande, incluyendo opciones calientes y frías. No se puede hacer nada por la movilidad y el equilibrio, especialmente en un caso pesado. A pesar de que era un verano muy caliente, mi sala de estar en el nivel de la sala de estar estaba muy cómoda con las ventanas abiertas. Pero un amigo en la parte superior me dijo que estaba caliente allí. Intenta conseguir una habitación que se enfrenta a la calle para evitar el ruido.

Stayed here couple nights on recent trip to Gdansk and really satisfied with my choice Hotel is in great location on the pedestrian only road so you’ll have a very short walk from where your taxi drops you off Check in was very prompt …and room on the 4th floor very warm and comfortable Bed was decent….a tad low and not as comfortable as others I’ve had but in truth didn’t keep me awake Bathroom was nice and shower was a little tight….the water flow in the shower could be improved but these are minor things that would need to be improved Had the breakfast which was nice …service a little slow even though I was the only person there …had the scrambled eggs on both days which were excellent Really enjoyed my short trip to Gdansk and I’d certainly use the hotel again on my next visit

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

The experience with Grano Nowa Motlawa Apartments was neither very exiting, nor very disappointing. These apartments are in a residential building. I think all apartments are owned by different owners who simply give their apartments for rent and administration to Grano hotel nearby. Thus there is no unified standard for all apartments and your stay will depend of which apartment you get. Our apartment didn't look like anything in photos. It was relatively small, modestly furnished, beds not the most comfy ones, since made of cheep materials some furniture already worn. On the positive side, apartment was clean and had all basics you would expect for a short stay. Breakfast, served in a hotel nearby, offered a fair choice and variety. Guests can also use pool and sauna in SPA next door to apartments free of charge. Although water in the showers of SPA was lukewarm at the best and pool are was a bit crowdy, we still enjoyed the opportunity to relax during our stay. Old town and marina are within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. Walking pedestrian path near the river in the dark time was not the most exciting experience (maybe because we stayed in the weekend and apart form several groups young men drinking alcohol on the bank of the river we met no other pedestrians), but otherwise the neighbourhood looked quite safe. Overall, if you don't look for a stay with served breakfast and don't intend to use pool and sauna, you may want to consider choosing other apartments around. However, if you want to add those options to your stay, it is a good choice for a fair price.

Hotel is located near fast city tram, called SKM. Without driving the car you can really fast and cheap sightseeing the city of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia. Food in hotel is really good, the lunch menu is not big, but everyone will find something attractive. I ate delicious fish with rice and vegetables, also menu for children is very tasty. Breakfast is really huge it is served by the waitress, so you should ask for small portion. In the whole hotel everyone has to wear a mask, even during breakfast. You can feel safety and protected. To sum up very good food, great location with free Wi-Fi, parking, dogs friendly. I really recommend this hotel for family weekend.

Atmosphere 3/5: Hotel is quite modern, lacks that old ambiance that many hotels in old town might have. Rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed at seventh floor and got a nice view over the city and the river. Small plus was that hotel room had a good sized fridge with freezer compartment. Location 4/5 Located at the outskirts of the old town by the river. We liked the location. If you want to get to the main street Dluga its a five to ten minute walk but old town starts basically straight away. You can find good restaurants with just a few minute walk. Service 3,5/5: Everyone was nice and friendly especially at the reception! In restaurants waiters were a bit shy and english wasn't so great. However we didn't get any rude service by anymeans!! Food (breakfast) 2/5: Hotel has a restaurant called Zorba, we didn't eat there as we only had breakfast. Breakfast was okay. Quite small and basic setting. They had bread, yogurt, müsli, juices, coffee etc. You could also order bacon, scrambled eggs, crepes etc from the kitchen without extra fee. We ordered bacon and crepes which were quite basic. Drinks -/-: Hotel had a rooftop bar open at weekends. We stopped by there but didn't have anything to drink. Price 5/5: Very reasonably priced hotel! We paid 50-60 euros per night and were satisfied with the hotel! Overall 3,5/5: If you are looking for a reasonably priced, basic hotel I would recommend. If you want to stay in the heart of the old town in an old building maybe go somewhere else. Tip: I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast, but rather spend that money in some nice breakfast place found in the old town.

La habitación era muy limpia, el servicio general era grande en el escritorio y en el restaurante. No soy una persona de desayuno (café SÍ!!) pero el desayuno era abundante con todo de carne, queso, pescado, buffet caliente, waffles, cereales, etc. Uno de los días que comí algo y la comida era fresca, caliente y buena. Situación sensata este hotel no puede ser golpeado, usted está a 5 minutos a pie del frente del agua, a 5 minutos a pie del puerto dorado y yo caminé a / desde la estación central en 10-15 minutos. Do hotelu Platant wybraliśmy się 4 osobową rodziną na 6 dniowy pobyt. Ze względu na swoje położenie oraz brak udogodnień typowych dla rodziny (basen/ plac zabaw , miejsce do wypoczynku na zewnątrz) jest to hotel raczej typowo biznesowy- choć podczas naszego pobytu spotkaliśmy parę rodzin. Hotel nowy, bardzo czysty, całkiem duży parking oraz fajna restauracja z dużym ogrodem (choć podczas weekendu zazwyczaj odbywają się tam imprezy zorganizowane). My potraktowaliśmy ten hotel jako bazę wypadową i był to strzał w 10tkę! Do centrum miasta czy plaży jedzie się ok 20-30min w zależności od natężenia ruchu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone Plusy: -bardzo dobra cena -czysto w hotelu oraz w pokoju (przy zamledunku) - strefa SPA - sprawna klimatyzacja - zapach nowości:-) Minusy: - podczas całego naszego pobytu ani razu nie posprzątano w Naszym pokoju ( wymiana ręczników czy wyniesienie śmieci) Największym plusem tego hotelu jest świetna i zaangażowna obsługa szczególnie recepcja oraz obsługa kelnerska. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni a to naprawdę rzadko się zdarza:) Szczególne podziękowania należą się Pani Oli z recepcji, która fantastycznie wykonywała swoje obowiązki. Podsumowując - POLECAM! :-)

Este hotel es agradable! Simple pero elegante. He tenido la oportunidad de quedarme aquí en mi camino a Bydgoszcz. El personal es muy amable, alojamiento y amable. Recientemente se quedó aquí un par de veces y tiene algunas cosas realmente buenas que va a hacerlo, pero también algunas cosas que debemos saber. Muy bien situado 10/15 minutos a pie de dos estaciones ferroviarias diferentes y en 5 minutos a pie de un número 9 parada de tranvía, así que muchas opciones para llegar desde el aeropuerto al hotel a través de autobús, tren y tranvía. Usé un combo de 110 autobuses y luego cambié a tranvía El hotel es muy moderno y cuenta con dos edificios separados. Uno tiene recepción y restaurante / bar y el otro es sólo habitaciones y un techo barra del cielo que ofrece buenas vistas y algo diferente si es una agradable noche Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien equipadas, grandes camas y potencial para dormir buenas noches, La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero sólo tenía un desayuno que era una gran selección y muy sabroso y recomendaría. Ahora los pedazos malos, en mi estancia más reciente estaba en el segundo edificio en el tercer piso y fue mantenido despierto hasta las 4am por una fiesta privada en el cielo barra de techo, si me mantuvo despierto me pregunto cuán mal fue para las personas en los pisos 4, 5 y 6. We've really enjoyed this stay. Everything was perfect, starting from the Staff members, though the food, to the room. The distance to the beach is like 2 minutes of walk which we loved. If no weather there is a swimming pool and fitness centre as well.

Good value hotel that is a short walk to the old town and river areas with all the key atttactions and restaurants. The hotel is located in a large site with a big car park and music college. The hotel has an older feel overall but is very clean and tidy and has good facilities. The room I had was a single on the top floor so had sky lights and a small window. The long room had a comfy single bed. The bathroom was modern and was a good size. Nice window view to the main road and bridge. Powerful shower was nice. My room had no air con but other rooms did. Seemed ok with the big fan it had. No room safe but these are available in the reception area for a daily charge. Worked ok. Breakfast room was a good size and pleasant area to sit. Good continental options plus omelettes or scrambled eggs made to order. Nice yoghurts. Orange juice very weak though. Outside is an area to have a drink and sit in deck chairs during the day. Staff excellent and very helpful. Very good English spoken.
