We stayed for a week in Feb/March. Staff - excellent service . They are helpful. We liked that they asked for feedback and fixed any issues we were having. Anna the customer advisor listened and acted if you spoke to her. Staff were first class😊 Food - we enjoyed the food there is a range of salads and variety of dishes everyday. We really enjoyed it. The little cakes are nice. If you are looking for English Wetherspoon food then this won’t met your expectations. Instead it was healthy and enjoyable lots of fresh salads.Only improvement that could be made is better coffee at breakfast. Pool- we used the 2 roof top pools. The activity one is heated, the adult one not- so was abit cold but we were here in February. There are poolside activities which included darts , stretches, water polo and aqua fit. We found these fun. It can be busy at the pool. Ambiance- the hotel is being refurbished and you can see how they are improving. Many of the other guests were Russian and hotel staff spoke English, Russian and possibly other languages. The entertainment was good although we don’t normally stay in hotels with entertainment, so haven’t a lot to compare it to. Library - exchange of books Outside the hotel - there is a supermarket 5 minute walk and 20 minutes to beach. You are close to old town , markets etc.. the hotel does a shuttle bus to 2 beaches. They weren’t fancy but it does enable you to swim in the Red Sea. This hotel maybe doesn’t have the huge grounds than some others do but it does have great staff. Tip - if getting food at the airport on way home it’s really expensive paid $32 American dollars for 2 Burger King meals. We would go back.

6-16.12.23 Hotel 4: En todas partes muebles antiguos, pintura fresca, pequeña zona personalizada, 2 piscinas. Se limpian bien. Excelente ubicación para caminar amantes, muchas tiendas, mango 😋. Para la playa 2km y para la antigua ciudad 3km, puedes caminar. No hay animaciones! El hotel no es grande y la gente es pequeña, así que no había presión y no había cola en la sala de cenas, un montón de mesas gratis. Alimento 4: no muy variados, al menos ”carne” o pescado, pero todo es muy delicioso, los frutos son cacahuetes verdes y muy deliciosos naranjas. Hay muchas cosas interesantes que ver, nadar y nadar. Playa 2: Es la única cosa que decepciona, pocos o ningún lugar y tienes que pedir un lugar de cama, ubicando como una silla en un avión, piedras estrechas, eslizantes, ¡Es deseable en los corales, la ducha y el baño no es! Sobrevestimiento - la anchura ... Estimado total 4 puntos de 5, para 3* es muy decente, con una buena playa pondría 5.

We were at this place from 9.11-17.11.23. The hotel is located on a large area with beautiful seaview. There are plenty of green areas with beautiful, well-kept shrubs and flowers on the hotel grounds. Although the building is large everywhere is very clean. If you like snorkeling, you can watch the great reef at the end of the pier by the hotel. The beach is rocky so I recommend bringing water shoes. The reception Staff were very nice and helpful. If we had any problems or doubts they always helped. The rooms are not very luxurious but renovated and, above all, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels were changed every day and the cleaner always left for us some kind of figure made of the towels. The food was very tasty. Every day dinner were served on two restaurants and one of them served typical local dishes which I liked very much. The restaurants Staff was very helpful. They always asked guests how they were feeling and brought drinks to the table. Bar service was also great. The bartenders were always smiling. A special thanks to the bartender in the lobby who made delicious, creamy iced coffees in large goblet. It is impossible not to mention the people who made our vacation very active and fun. A great and crazy animation team which encouraged to participation in various games: darts, pool exercises, zumba or belly dancing. I also have fond memories of the evening performances and animations, especially the day when ”Mr. Panda” was a guest at the hotel 😃. Antonio, Irina (and 2 new girls) and the soul of the team - Matrix, and of course - the Boss of animators, thank you for the great atmosphere that you create in this hotel ♥️. Thank you and I hope to see you soon 🙂

We had the best time at Jaz Sharm Dreams, the room was comfy, the resort is large with different pools, all attended by life guards, and the atmosphere was super friendly with staff who were the best I've ever encountered on holiday. The main restaurant gets really busy, especially at dinner, but the servers work so hard to make it a nice experience. There's a programme for kids, which is more aimed at the younger ones, but my 7yo had a great time. We will definitely come back, and highly recommend it for families and people looking for a friendly holiday experience.

we found the hotel great, large selection of food up to 20 dishes to choose from, sometimes a bit cold due to people leaving the lids open, Some reviews complained about the staff and reception, We found them very polite and helpful the reception changed our room polite and professional, the restaurant staff and managers are helpful and always smiling, yes the hotel tends to use plastic cups for safety ,but if you ask the waiter for a proper cup they will get you one, big thankyou to Abdulqziz, Ibvhum,Peter for great service, not forgetting Gzzqt restaurant manager and Moqtqz sorry if i have spelt your names wrong, The hotel has a very large pool plenty of sun beds even at 11am, most people head for the beach again you will always find a sunbed a shuttle runs there and back every few minutes. Rooms are large and clean. Now the bad bits if you want to catch up on news TV in the room very small, unable to watch any football as the only tv is on a outside balcony daft place for it. Entertainment forget it done by a animation team who just like to play BOOM BOOM music same on a night time, Management you could make this Hotel a lot better in the lobby where the cash machine is you have a large open space where a large tv could be mounted with table and chairs so we can watch our beloved football , also down by the bar have some soft music so people can have a smooch and not going to bed at 9pm Rod & Pat room 1208 good

Buen hotel, visitado en enero 2023, 11 días, amigos y parejas. Hotel servicio un 10, limpieza de habitaciones diaria, cambio de toallas, día si día no. La ubicación, todo muy cerca, a un minuto del SOHO. De la playa hay transporte gratuito, cada 10 minutos, sale un autobús, igualmente se puede ir andando, por el SOHO. Hay autobús gratuito, al mercado antiguo, hay que reservar. Hotel con ocho piscinas, tres de ellas climatizadas, la mejor para nosotros fue, la de adultos, la más tranquila, y el agua más caliente, y el camarero del bar, muy amable. El personal, insuperable, serviciales, muy profesionales, especialmente, los que trabajan en las piscinas. La comida, servicio buffet, variado, hay un día, me parece el jueves, hay marisco. Los postres ya no digo nada, impresionante. Muy recomendable. Intentaremos repetir en enero 2024.

1. Alquile un chaleco salvavidas por 100 libras egipcias al día, y puede alquilar una cabaña privada por 10 o 15 dólares al día. 2. El hotel puede hacer snorkel directamente, la calidad del agua del mar no quiere decir, y hay muchos peces. 3. La decoración general del hotel no es lo suficientemente avanzada y el estilo árabe no es lo suficientemente moderno. La música y las actuaciones nocturnas también son de estilo árabe. 4. Hay un código de vestimenta para comer, lo cual es extremadamente inconveniente. No se puede almorzar ni cenar en traje de baño y chaleco. Solo hay un restaurante. 5. Las bebidas de playa con todo incluido son solo en vasos de plástico, no en lata si no hay vaso.

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners.The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.

Español: Hemos ido al Hotel Concorde, porque queríamos un sitio cerca de todo y también del Soho. Llega os y tienen un shuttle que te va a buscar desde el aeropuerto. El personal es muy atento y amable, los 3 restaurantes tienen muy buena cocina, cosa rara en un All Inclusive. La limpieza de la habitaciones era un 10, fantásticas vistas al mar y piscinas espléndidas. Podías comer al mediodía en la piscina o en cualquiera de los 3 restaurantes. En el Italiano está una artista de la pasta que se llama Elisabetta, muy amable, italiana que vive en Sharm el Sheikh, sus pastas eran nuestra debilidad del mediodía, el staff era muy amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites. La playa fabtastica, y las tumbonas eras muy comodas. Este hotel ha hecho que me enamore de este lugar privilegiado. Volveremos pero también os lo recomiendo por todo su servicio 5 estrellas y por las personas que nunca les faltaba ni la sonrisa ni el buen servicio. Gracias Concorde el Salam por habernos hecho pasar unas vacaciones inolvidable y magníficas. English: We have gone to the Concorde Hotel, because we wanted a place close to everything and also to Soho. You arrive and they have a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the 3 restaurants have very good cuisine, which is rare in an All Inclusive. The cleanliness of the rooms was a 10, fantastic views of the sea and splendid pools. You could eat at noon by the pool or in any of the 3 restaurants. In the Italian there is a pasta artist called Elisabetta, very friendly, Italian who lives in Sharm el Sheikh, her pastas were our weakness at noon, the staff was very friendly and attentive to anything you need. Fabtastic beach, and the loungers were very comfortable. This hotel has made me fall in love with this privileged place. We will return but I also recommend it for all its 5-star service and for the people who never lacked a smile or good service. Thank you Concorde el Salam for having made us spend an unforgettable and magnificent vacation

Cadena de hoteles en Sharm el Sheik. Están bien pero no dejan de ser un resort todo incluido, con todo lo bueno y malo que eso conlleva. Algunas veces la calidad del servicio es cuestionable, el wifi funciona muy mal en algunas habitaciones, pero lo compensan con amabilidad y buen trato. La comida sin ser excelente está bastante buena, aunque al cabo de unos días se hace un poco repetitiva. Eso si, el buffet es muy grande y hay mucha variedad. Las piscinas son bonitas y tiene acceso privado a la playa. Sin duda el mejor hotel de la cadena es el Arabian Beach, mucho más bonito que los otros.

Un sitio encantador!!! Uno de los mejores hoteles con sevicio ”todo incluido” en el que haya estado en los ultimos años. Todo fue increible, desde la llegada a la recepcion, pasando por el servicio de habitaciones y todos los demas servicios que ofrece el hotel. Tengo que resaltar el trato excepcional, servicial, amable y muy respetuoso de parte de todos los trabajadore, todos encantadores. Y la comid, esta buenísima con restaurantes variados y para todos los gustos. Y playa muy bien organizada y con buenisimo servicio de beach bar. Hay varias piscinas y parque de aqua con comodidades de transporte atraves del pequeño coche que te lleva a todas partes dentro del mismo complejo... y mucho mas...con diversidad de actividades acuaticas, safari... Cinco estrellas, hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos, es un hotel para descansar y desconectar totalmente, por el día puedes disfrutar de la playa y del buen servicio que te ofrecen los camareros en ella, comer en cualquiera de los muchos restaurantes que hay y al caer la noche disfrutar del soho (situado en frente del hotel), donde hay muy buen ambiente para d**** una vuelta antes o después de cenar. En cuanto al servicio de recepción, limpieza y desayuno solo tengo buenos comentarios, tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos lo solucionaron enseguida, la atención que prestan a sus clientes es de 10. Sin duda compensa optar por la opción royale si vas a ospedarte en el Savoy.

LLegamos muy tarde por un retraso en el vuelo ( todos los vuelos de Egyptair tienen siempre retraso...un horror) y pensábamos que no podríamos cenar nada pero tienen late dinner y un camarero súperamable nos atendió en el buffet ( Michael), así que empezamos muy bien, aunque nos habían puesto una habitación con 2 camas a pesar de ser luna de miel... pero cuando al día siguiente vieron que las habíamos juntado nosotros mismos las hicieron de tal manera que pareciera una cama extragrande jaja y otro día nos dejaron una tarta y una decoración especial. Todo el personal es increíblemente amable!!!! Mosad nos atendió en el buffet, Ahmed que nos traía las bebidas en la playa, el personal de la piscina ( te refrescan y te limpian las gafas de sol) y del bar de la misma, que es un puntazo y se está súper agusto ( aunque ojo, el agua cuando da el sol es como de spa, son 39 grados como si estuvieras en Madrid aunque es al lado del Mar y cierra a las 6 porque anochece muy pronto, hay que madrugar para aprovechar el día). La comida muy bien y muy variada, las bebidas también ( la cerveza siempre helada) aunque estaría bien que hubiera algún restaurante alternativo mejor, fuimos al Coralo Rosso pero no merecía la pena... . Lo mejor el bar de la piscina y el servicio de camarero en la playa. La habitación sencilla pero todos los muebles estaban perfectos, se nota el buen mantenimiento. Teníamos vistas a la piscina del spa y al mar y muy bonitas. La playa privada como tal típica no hay, pero han construido un muelle para poder tir**** al mar y es genial. Alquilamos el equipo para snorkel y el fondo marino que tienen es una maravilla!!! También destacar que tengan separada la piscina para adultos y para familias, es una maravilla porque puedes estar tranquilo aunque luego estés en el resto de espacios mezclados. Eso si, si buscas un hotel con animación para adultos.... ahí falla un poco... es muy justita y la gente no se anima a participar mucho. En definitiva un broche genial para nuestra luna de miel después del crucero del Nilo y estamos deseando volver para hacer buceo con Alexandros :)

Firstly, other guests are absolutely right in that the staff are super friendly, helpful and make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Secondly, rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and tipping a couple of dollars to your cleaners ensures a regular supply of more and more elaborate towel art! The food is okay for an AI, varied most of the time and some good specials on the barbecue. The falafels at breakfast are an absolute must try - utterly delicious. The hotel puts on transfers to the beaches and to both Naama Bay and the old town. All of these have to be booked so there’s no spontaneous decisions about where to go and what to do unfortunately. If you’re just after a week in the sun then this is absolutely fine and you don’t need me to tell you that there are better hotels in sharm but it’s a good value option with great staff

Excelente resort, cerca del aeropuerto de Sharm El Sheik está a unos 30 minutos de la antigua ciudad, Safari y el porche donde se van las excursiones a Ras Mohammad. El hotel se encuentra en el interior de Soho Square, un barrio seguro y extraño de las incursiones típicas de vendedores egipcios que se encuentran en el resto del país. Durante las diversas visitas hemos podido comparar con otros turistas sobre la calidad del hotel, la magnitud y la naturaleza de las playas, la RISTORACIÓN (tasta dolorosa en Egipto) y debo decir que el hotel Savoy ha salido victorioso. La comparación con los demás resorts fue comparada también por nosotros en el transbordo y cena. El resort está equipado con todo el confort: 3 piscinas, 3 restaurantes (Rosmarino tiene realmente una excelente relación calidad precio, super recomendado), una playa amplia y arena con una barrera rica de especies típicas de la barrera coral. En el hotel encontrará varios operadores que le ofrecerán viajes y excursiones (hemos optado por GetYourGuide por separado para el parasailing que hemos hecho con ellos). El servicio de limpieza ha sido excelente toda la semana.

Habitación: La habitación es una habitación de paisaje marino, muy bonita, sólo puedo ver el sol, por eso escogí vivir aquí. Ambiente: No hay negocios fuera de aquí, y si no hay tres comidas, el chico puede ir a un restaurante por su propia ayuda. Viaje: Si necesitas viajar, puedes reservar un coche de alquiler o hotel, pero el precio es muy caro, todo el Sharm Shaikh no tiene preferencias y el costo de viaje es muy caro. Playa: hay menos gente en la playa, es menos bonito que el grupo de caballos en lugares donde hay tiendas de immersiones. Fuimos a la tienda de immersiones para experimentar. Hay muchas personas allí, muy entusiasta, el restaurante fuera también es muy conveniente y el precio es barato. Higiene: El día siguiente, el camarero nos hizo un gran pastel. Pero hay un pañuelo debajo de la cama, no me siento muy cómodo, me siento más provocador, además de que el pañuelo es un pequeño toallas en el medio, no está montado en el interior, sino que los dos están acostumbrados, dormidos en el medio, corriendo, me dejé vacío, dormir muy frío. La higiene está en el lugar.

Adoro este hotel. Haciendo planes para volver 20 días en mayo. El desayuno es impecable. El servicio es impecable. Las habitaciones están impecables, impecables y hermosas. El personal hace todo lo posible por ayudar a todos sus clientes. La comida, por otro lado, es un poco cara. Hay un lugar donde se puede caminar a unos 350 m del hotel que tiene como un patio de comidas con restaurantes de lujo. Así que te aconsejo que vayas a almorzar y cenar si tu desayuno no está incluido. El único problema que diría con este hotel es que el arrecife no es la perfección. El agua estaba fría, por supuesto que estuve allí en el mes de diciembre. No encuentro fallas en este hotel. Tienen un perro guardián para olfatear bombas e incluso tratan bien a los perros. Adoro este hotel, es uno de los hoteles más hermosos en los que me he alojado en toda mi vida.

Brilliant hotel, amazing staff that can't do enough, we were a party of 9, 5 adults and 4 children who had the time of their lives. Lovely clean hotel, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Plenty of food options even for our picky eaters. Free shuttle bus to beaches and private taxis arranged if and when needed. All in all a brilliant family holiday and would recommend.

El hotel Naama Blue está situado a 7 minutos caminando de la playa de Naama bay. Es un complejo parecido a un resort. El personal es amable y te ayuda en tus consultas. Tienen servicio de toallas para ir a la piscina y a la playa. La habitación está correcta, pero el mantenimiento de la misma no es muy deseable. La comida del desayuno y la cena es correcta y está buena. Aunque la limpieza en todo el resort, las habitaciones, los manteles de las mesas y el suelo... lo podrían mejorar muchísimo. Relación calidad-precio medio correcta.

Our second stay in Iberotel Palace was absolutely amazing. In Iberotel we feel like we are in our second home. The hotel's strongest point is its employees. Reception - very helpful and kind. Thank to Farouk we felt totally comfortable. We got the best room we liked and we had everything we needed to. Lobby bar - lobby bar is always a good idea to get some drinks and also fun. The whole team working there is always fabulous. A big big thank comes to Ahmed Ashour - Habibi if you read this we love you so much, you make our life better everyday on our vacay 🙂 Ahmed does the best drink and always trying to do his best and to exceed expectation. Beach - sandy, very nice, a lot of space and beds Pool and the bar - the most hardworking man Mohammed Ali did our days better everyday with best drinks and his perfect smile. I chose this resort as a bit of a last minute thing, as I wasn't sure that I would go abroad, giving the current political climate. There were absolutely no worries at all. Sharm el Sheik has unobtrusive security and I never felt in any danger during my stay. The Egyptian people appear to be very warm and friendly and most have fabulous smiles!!! What a beautiful hotel! I received the warmest most genuine welcome and my room was fantastic, with terrace, sea view, palm trees et al. My bed was kingsize and firm which really was the most comfortable for me. I loved the beach which catered for all tastes; lying on sun lounger, playing volleyball, learning dance routines for zumba, beachside cafe, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddling, football and so on. The sea is a beautiful blue/turquoise colour and is clear as glass. Snorkelling is a must. I learned to snorkel (am OAP) and cannot thank Abdu Mando Ezal enough, who is as handsome, fit, strong and patient as he is proficient at recognising safety issues and calming petrified old ladies down. What a star he is and a true asset to the hotel. Pay him more!!!! As a fully inclusive guest, my first two days consisted of eating like a starving hog; the food was beyond delicious and my greed got the best of me. The desserts are so sublime, you can just help yourself at the buffet. By the third day, I recognised that Slimming World were not going to be impressed, and I managed to manage myself a little better, by eating the beautifully prepared fresh fruit in the morning, a totally mixed salad at lunch and a proper meal in the evening. This diet suited me very well and I lost 6lbs in weight which pleased me immensely. The food was so varied and delicious that all tastes are catered for within the religious boundaries. The restaurant is very clean, hygienic and the staff are most friendly and helpful. I must give a shout out to the most excellent manager, Mr Sayed Khairy, who oversees Food and Beverages. Delightfully handsome, humorous and personable, he is very quick to attend to any enquiries or requests. His under manager Mohammed, works non stop ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently and well. The grounds are fabulous. The gardens are continuously maintained and the hibiscus were just starting to flower before I left. Manager Ayman Heikal oversees the grounds and they are a pleasure. At night time, they are all lit up like fairy world, so walking back to your accommodation on dark evenings is never an issue. The hotel arranged a free excursion around Sharm to see the sights and this was informative and most enjoyable. They have various excursions available through SUN at very reasonable prices and they do all they can to ensure that you have an awe-inspiring time. Whilst there, I visited Cairo by plane including Cairo Museum, Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Camel ride, Papyrus shop. I rode on Quad bikes including a show, another camel ride, excellent dinner. El hotel tiene un buen negocio y mucha gente. Todos son padres de Europa del Este. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones del hotel son más antiguas, pero el saneamiento es aceptable. Instó repetidamente a la salida antes de las 12 en punto. El desayuno es ruidoso, abarrotado, de mal gusto y caótico. El camarero ayudó a servir la comida, pero su actitud no fue buena. La experiencia del desayuno fue la peor. El hotel tiene su propia playa, pero cierra a las 5 y no se permite la entrada. Si quieres dar un paseo por la playa al atardecer, ni lo pienses. Piscina del hotel, ambiente abarrotado, pobre. La experiencia de ocupación general es promedio y el mismo precio es mucho menor que el de Novotel. Pero la ubicación es muy conveniente para comer y hacer compras en la calle comercial Naama. El restaurante del hotel es más asequible. Es un restaurante gratuito por dentro, no muy bueno.
