No hay ningún problema con su habitación. Reservamos una habitación no-confortable con bfast por 126 euros. No hay refrigerador, no hay aire acondicionado, bien. A pocos días de nuestra noche reservada, la habitación de confort mejorada fue publicada por 103 euros. Le dije que le preguntaba si consideraría una mejora para nosotros ya que la habitación de confort ahora es más barata de 20 euros. NO RESPONSA. Inicie el check-in y no nos van a actualizar aunque los hoteles no estaban cerca de estar llenos esta noche. Bien. No hay problema. Nos dan espacio en el antiguo edificio con un fan. Bien. El problema es que el Wi-Fi no funciona - nos quejamos.. lo reinician. No funciona.. sigue adelante.. difícil de llevar a cabo cualquier negocio que necesite Wi-Fi. Eric y las mujeres en el escritorio no tienen simpatía y no se preocupan. Dicen que podemos venir a la barra y usar Wi-Fi allí. Bueno, ¿no es ese propósito de derrota de decir que el hotel tiene Wi-Fi en la habitación?

El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. No pude averiguar cómo clave-in mi propio número de código personal para cerrar/desbloquear el caja fuerte, así que fui a la recepción y me dieron un deslizamiento de papel con un código de cuatro dígitos en él. ¡Dije que quería ingresar mi propio número (secreto) y se me dijo que esto no podía hacer! Dije que debería ser posible clave en mi propio código, pero dijeron que no podía. No estaba feliz, pero tuve que aceptarlo. Aquí está el hotel, donde se puede cambiar el código pulsando un botón de reset en el interior de la puerta hacia el pendiente. Cuando me encontré, los dejé con una instrucción escrita en alemán (utilizado por un traductor en línea) sobre cómo cambiar el código.

En Erfurt, hemos elegido el Opera Hostel como parada en nuestras bicicletas. Está bastante central y ofrece mucho espacio en todos los ámbitos: en la entrada se han previsto lugares de estacionamiento para bicicletas y se puede llegar a la recepción en el primer piso a través de escaleras y pasillos amplios. Allí nos daríamos la bienvenida y nos daríamos nuestra gran habitación triple, equipada con camas simples y matraces más duros, pero muy espaciosa y, entre otras cosas, muy decorada con un tubo bajo el techo. A partir de la noche delante del edificio, un poco de ruido se había formado tras una reunión de jóvenes, pero fue moderado y temporalmente limitado. La mañana siguiente se preparó un buen desayuno en gran medida de autoservicio en la sala de comidas en la parte superior, decorada y generosamente medida. En general, una estancia absolutamente exitosa, precisamente en términos de precio barato para el cuarto de tres camas. ¡Claro que una recomendación, no sólo para los viajeros presupuestarios!

Eine Reise in die Landeshauptstadt und schlafen im Hotel für den kleinen Geldbeutel sehr gutes Zimmer. Lage ok, im Gewerbegebiet ist kein Problem. sehr gute erreichbare Innenstadt . Frühstücksraum und Restaurant im Haus und Service und Mitarbeiter sehr gut . 46€ für 2 Personen (kpl. Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück ) passt :-)

Estuve 5 noches en este hotel y todo fue perfecto. De todos los Mercure que he estado en este viaje hasta ahora (Hannover , Koblenz y Koln), el de Erfurt es el que mas me ha gustado . Esta en un edificio antiguo , pero igual es acogedor , en la habitación , el baño está remodelado, y está muy bien. La habitación tenía vista a la ciudad. El desayuno muy bueno y excelente el servicio, hay flores en la mesa todos los días y sirven el cafe en un jarro en la mesa , asi que uno se puede repetir el café sin necesidad de par****. Es un detalle , pero al final uno se queda con esa impresión. Tambien habia salmón , que no es frecuente e los Mercure , todo muy rico en el desayuno. Solo en algunos 5 estrellas sirven el café en la mesa , en todos los hoteles es autoservicio en maquinas , así que es algo que se aprecia. Para mi que hice todos los dias excursiones fuera de la ciudad , la ubicación era perfecta porque caminaba a la estación de tren , tambien hay un paradero de tram cerca . La calefaccion funcionaba perfecto , no tuve ningun problema.

La estancia en sí fue muy agradable. Sin embargo, el cuarto es bastante pequeño y el aparcamiento se pagó por separado con 20 euros. Además, no hay botella de agua en el cuarto, lo que se espera en un hotel tan bueno. De lo contrario, era muy limpio y ordenado

porque la reserva no funcionó por nuestro portal de la empresa, he llegado a este hotel por el servicio de reservas HRS por teléfono. Fui positivamente sorprendido por el equipo del hotel. Puedo recomendarlo. El personal es muy amable y previo. Las habitaciones son limpias, pero lamentablemente en una situación de 1990.

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und auch das Parken am Hotel war möglich, auch wenn wir dabei Glück hatten, den viele Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel nicht. Ich denke jedoch, in der näheren Umgebung wäre das Parken möglich. Im Hotel selbst wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt, meiner Meinung nach, recht altbacken, so wie das gesamte Hotel ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer war sauber. Leider befindet sich genau gegenüber des Hotels im Moment eine Großbaustelle, die für uns, als Langschläfer sehr lästig war; am Wochenende jedoch kein Problem. Des Weiteren war das Lüften in unserem Zimmer kaum möglich, da sich unser Fenster über dem Außensitz-Bereich befand, wo geraucht wurde. Für uns als Nichtraucher war das mehr als unangenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, für uns aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte durch das kleine Buffet den Eindruck, dass nicht so viel weggeworfen wird, weil immer nur kleinere Portionen nachgelegt worden sind, das finde ich gut. Ich vermute, dass im Hotel Personalmangel herrscht, den mit dem Abräumen der Tische und dem Nachlegen am Buffet kam das Personal kaum hinterher. Da wir nicht in das Hotel gekommen sind, um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen, sondern nur dort zu Schlafen, war es insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter möchte ich abschließend nochmals sehr hervorheben!

El hotel de diseño moderno, cerca de la estación principal de tren de Erfurt, y a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad, se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era muy agradable, pero el proceso de entrada parecía un poco lento - tuvimos que ir a la cocina por unos minutos a pesar de que no había tantos huéspedes esperando la entrada.

La ubicación es excelente, a 2 minutos a pie de la Catedral de Erfurt. La habitación no es lo que se espera de un 4-stars-hotel. Absolutamente incómodo, frío, muebles viejos que no se adaptan a un hotel así. Horriblemente ruidoso, basicamente puedes oír a tus vecinos, horrible! No mencionar el viejo ruido a/c! No hay cafetera ni al menos un cocinero en la habitación! En cambio, se le pide gentilmente que vaya a la recepción y compre café o cualquier bebida de la máquina de venta. Si sólo quedan varios tejidos, entonces mejor cambia todo el paquete en lugar de esperar hasta que esté vacío ...or estoy equivocado? ! Durante mi próxima viaje a Erfurt, intento sin duda otro hotel para compararlo, este recibe de mí la marca más baja posible!

Wir waren am 13.10.23 im Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, weil die Erfahrungen in Tuttlingen in der selben Hotelkette sehr positiv waren. Leider kann ich das von Erfurt nicht behaupten. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig mit Straßenbahnanbindung circa 4 km außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und es gibt kein getrenntes Bad und Toilette. Für zwei Tage ist die Zimmergröße gerade ausreichend, jedoch gibt es keinen Schrank. Der Service ist sehr unmotiviert. Das merkt man schon beim Check in. Im Restaurant muss man mit sehr langen Wartezeiten rechnen und auch an der Bar geht es nur sehr schleppend voran. Wir wollten abends einfach ein Bier trinken und haben über 45 Minuten auf unser Getränk gewartet. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel unzumutbar. Obwohl die Zimmer am Wochenende nicht gereinigt werden, wie uns gleich mitgeteilt wurde ,ist die Sauna von 10:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr ebenfalls nicht benutzbar, weil das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung benötigt wird. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit dem Übernachtungspreis sehr überteuert, zumal der Service unglaublich eingeschränkt ist. Wir werden uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel in Erfurt entscheiden.

El resto es bueno, porque la luz es demasiado oscura. Además, el inicio de la sesión es en línea, el número de reserva que debe completarse no es bueno para encontrarlo, y el número de pedido de Trip.com no es una cosa. El jefe le llevó a que se cerraran los procedimientos de inicio de la sesión. Como resultado, el teléfono móvil no puede mostrar la contraseña de la puerta, permanecer durante mucho tiempo, cambiar la contraseña para verla.
