I had previously stayed at the ibis and decided to change to a hotel that was more downtown. The location is very good. The bed was good. Wi-Fi worked. Shower was nice. Desk staff was helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is very strategically located near Sukhbaatar Square and it is walking distance to the museums and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel reception staff speaks good English and are very helpful. Our room is spacious, clean and had plenty of light. Highly recommend Best Western Premier Tuushin for its great location, comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

El desayuno está en el 17o piso, la vista es muy abierta, las desventajas son demasiado únicas y las variedades son demasiado pequeñas. La calidad del servicio debe mejorarse, quizás haya vivido demasiado en el hotel, demasiado provocador y hay demasiados lugares donde se necesitan mejoras. Comparado con otros hoteles de Uranbato, el precio es bueno, la habitación es rentable.

Stay for the second time after the 8-day trip in central Mongolia. The room we got this time was smaller and I felt the bed sheet and blanket were dirty with dust and hairs! We were also a bit disappointed since we stayed in a room with bathtub the first time before our trip in the dessert. After 8-day with only 2 showers we were expecting to pamper ourselves in the bathtub but the room didn’t have one this time 🥲 Still the hotel is good value for money considering its location and all amenities it provides. I’d recommend anyone for a short stay in UB.

Situación central, a 15 minutos a pie puede llegar a la plaza principal y la tienda Shangri-la. Precio bueno. 2 restaurantes en el hotel. Habitaciones limpias, espaciosas, bien equipadas. Pero no hay pre-ordenación de taxis al aeropuerto y el personal sólo puede llamar en el lugar cuando se necesita un servicio de transporte (Uber como aplicaciones en Mongolia no es fácil de usar). Tenga en cuenta que el viaje entre el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad (donde se encuentra este hotel) puede llevar 1.5 h mientras haya un grave problema de tráfico alrededor del centro de la ciudad.

This location of this hotel is quite strategic considering the number of restaurant, pubs and food outlets nearby provided you are willing to do some walking.. Hotel room is clean and service is commendable. I wish to highlight one particular front reception staff for special mention.Her name is ERDENEKHISHIG. She was kind & helpful and would go out of her way to provide service and assistance like calling a cab on our behalf. However this hotel also has her shortcomings. Breakfast is too basic and monotonous. Bread which is the most universal item is not available. Also check out time at 10am is ridiculously early. It also puzzles me that this hotel still provide smoking rooms which is totally umnecessary as the current trend is towards non smoking rooms for the whole hotel. I hope my positive feedback will help your hotel to upgrade her image further.

The restaurant was excellent, far better than I had expected. The water pressure however, was chaotic and would change pressure drastically every minute or less. When the pressur was high, it would cause the shower head to raise vertically and spray the whole bathroom as the shower curtains would either vacuum such around the shower occupant or would blow outwards away from the bathtub, causing water to spray outside of the bath tub. Other than the water pressure issues, the stay was excellent.

I really dont understand their AC and ventilation system. With the AC it is too noisy to rest but without it the room has no air to breath. Also the sheets are too hard and the air is dry. Not comfy.

Definitely the best hostel i have ever stayed. Friendly staff, nice and spacious room. Always appreciate room with table inside!! Individual bathroom + toilet while with sink & mirror in the public area (best for girl to get dressed before going out). With multiple door to enter the hostel that makes me feel safe. Didnt use the pantry here but it looks good. Walkable distance to key attractions

Что понравилось: великолепный персонал, дружелюбный, ребята владеют прекрасным Английским, что для Монголии нонсенс, Один из сотрудников владеет даже русским. Хорошее месторасположение. Так как в УБ просто нереальные пробки, то необходим отель с парковкой. С этим тоже все отлично. Рядом магазины, хороший Irish bar. Прекрасный вайфай, водичка каждый день, номер уютный, большой, хороший вид из окна. В номере есть все и минибар в том числе. Что не понравилось: не работал кондиционер!!!! Ну это прям огромный минус. А также звукоизоляция не такая хорошая, как о ней пишут. Соседей слышно, за окнами вечный трафик тоже. Отвратительные подушки, очень неудобно спать, но матрасы отличные. Душ регулируется не очень хорошо.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft. The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us. The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants. Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins. If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

I booked a 2-night stay, but after just one night and one morning here, I feel the need to share my experience. I was really looking forward to the hotel breakfast after days of traveling on the outskirts. However, despite paying for a breakfast buffet, I wasn’t given any choice of what to eat. The only option served included bacon, beef sausage and sunny side ups, which all of the above could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. When I asked about alternatives, the staff were unhelpful—even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only two tables occupied. Communication was also frustrating. I understand there may be a language barrier, so we used a translation app to clearly request coffee creamer and butter. Even then, we ended up with four black coffees and no butter. When I asked for tomato sauce, I was given warm tomato pasta sauce instead. Small issues, but they added up to a frustrating experience. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel might be fine. But if you expect good service and attention to detail, it may not meet expectations. A hotel stay can make or break a trip, and for a four-star hotel, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider Millennium Hotels in general. To make matters worse, after I raised my complaint, the hotel agreed to refund my breakfast. However, they insisted I bear their platform and marketing fees on Trip.com, so it wasn’t a full refund. Lolol. I would have gladly paid 100% for my breakfast if it was what I had actually paid for. Yet, when the hotel is at fault, they refuse to take 100% responsibility and still expect to avoid any loss. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my friend’s recommendation and booked the Kempinski Khan Hotel instead.

Was very hard to find the hostel and I also had a hard time communicating with them. They also double booked me on a separate booking and I had to cancel. They did apologize and give me a private room which I very much appreciated. I arranged a ride to the airport for 3:30AM with them and I could have communicated better, but I found my ride was 2000 turghik cheaper on UBCab. I confirmed the ride for 3:30 over text and something got lost in translation and was willing to pay their 10000 Turghik for the ride. I woke up and waited outside only to find the driver wasn’t there. Ended up only staying there from 9PM-3AM and it took me an hour to find the actual hostel and honestly didn’t have a great experience with this place. Maybe other people might have better luck than me. Thanks for giving me a place to sleep before my early flight.

just stayed one night and booked a cheaper room, but it was still plenty good enough. the fridge and tea kettle need to get plugged in. you can hear neighbors if their doors are open, but not if the doors are closed. i stayed there again a second time some days later with a higher priced room, that was better. will try to upload that review soon... its positive. oh and the food in the restaurant is good. staff supportive and some speak english.

Fue realmente genial. Lo confundí con un motel y entré. Resultó que ofrecían una habitación en su propio apartamento. El dueño es muy amable y generoso. También es una persona agradable. Cuando llegué por la noche, me preparó dumplings (aunque no pude comerlos porque estaba bebiendo), e incluso intentó prepararme el desayuno cuando me fui temprano por la mañana. Es una pena que no pudiera comerlos porque tenía malestar estomacal.
