Great service in a large Japanese Tradional Onsen hotel. Minutes from the famous Kompira Shrine , room is spacious with great facilities, the outdoor Onsen is good but provide no views. Hotel has free car parking in an area some distance away, though shuttle are free.

Hotel service is good, hot spring is ok, room size is suitable.

conveniently located for the nearby tourist spots, the dinner and breakfast are delicious and of good quality. Good services.

有JR 車站接送服務'，提早致電預約便可，酒店在表参道旁，房間有sauna,温泉'，夠大及乾净，前台及餐廳服務人員很好。但晚餐及早餐質素一般，特别是早餐很差，量多質素，食品放凉、'味淡、水菓不新鮮，主廚請好好把關罷，我去過很多温泉酒店，就算普通御膳，早餐仍美味可口，這間明顯不用心整作。浪费美好酒店。

房間 空間很大,也很漂亮 私人風呂的窗戶看出去 是金都比羅宮的山景 以及整個琴平市區 心身都療癒了 而且不用受限於時間及地點，JR 琴平門口 就有巴士到機場 十分方便,前往神社也很方便，地理位置佳, 酒店工作人員，非常親切, 真的很推薦 !

고토히라에 두번째 여행 입니다. 지난번 고토산카쿠 보다 2배 지불했으나 차이를 모르겠습니다.  그리고 2가지 타입을 2개룸 이용했으나.가격이 다른데 같은룸을 줬습니다. 이유가 뭔지 이해불가입니다. 그래서 여행가서 기분이 나빠졌구요.다음 에는 안갈것같습니다.

酒店離車站不遠，有酒店接駁車，十分方便。車站去酒店途中，有一條商店街，十分好逛。早晚餐都是自助餐，公眾浴場和私人風呂都十分不錯，值得推薦。

我們住了兩晚，第一晚就一併訂了懷石料理在酒店吃晚餐。酒店提供的懷石料理，菜式和份量都滿意，餐廳的環境亦非常寬敞。

Great location close to the temple and main shopping street. The onsen has a great outdoor space and multiple pools with different temperatures. Very comfortable rooms. Little difficult to get in and out of with a large car but doable. Would stay here again.

We drove to the hotel and found it a bit tricky to find the entrance. Some signs aimed at foreign visitors would be helpful. Once there, however, we had a delightful experience. This is a lovely old property, very close to the entrance to the Kompira shrine. Our Japanese-style room was large and comfortable, and we were delighted with the bath facilities. Dinner and breakfast and a welcome cocktail all were included and the meals were truly excellent. Highly recommended!

This is an onsen hotel that caters to Chinese-speakers I think. Upon entering, I was greeted in Mandarin by one of the two hostesses. One is from Kwangtung and the other is from Taiwan. The more I know about this ryokan, the more I like it. We stayed two nights in room #1902 with a view of town and Western-style beds (though I didn't see any Westerners as guests). I immediately went to the men's onsen for 15 min -- very nice. Just outside the entrance begins a very busy pedestrian shopping street that ramps up to a Shrine with 400+ steps which I didn't attempt. The food served at breakfast and kaiseki dinner are outstanding. This is where Sakura shines. For Chinese guests, there are Chinese noodles and xiao lung bao. You can make your own udon bowl. Etsuko was our very excellent server at dinner. I couldn't find coffee before breakfast. There are no 7-11, Family Mart, or Lawson's nearby. I'd return for the food alone. Yum!
