Reservamos el hotel, para una estancia de 30+ horas antes de un vuelo, excelente ubicación cerca de la autopista A8, pequeña habitación [pero con una cama enorme y cómoda], aparcamiento gratuito y abundante, 5-10 minutos de las bacterias y restaurantes, muy tranquilo, A la entrada, el receptor es muy bueno y super rápido.

Desde Fréjus, hemos probado este hotel por primera vez ... y por última vez. - La recepción: creo que es la primera vez en un hotel que apenas llega a la recepción para indicar que teníamos una reserva, el receptor me anunció el precio directamente (habitualmente hay un ”Bienvenido”, Información sobre el horario del desayuno ... etc) y cobra el dinero en la multitud sin tener que darme cuenta de nada. Quiero información sobre los horarios del restaurante del hotel, me dicen que está cerrado. No tengo tiempo para preguntar qué restaurantes están en los alrededores (estamos a pie y el hotel está mal servido por el transporte), el receptor ya ha pasado a otro cliente. Pero una hora después, vemos que el restaurante está bien abierto. A nuestra petición, nos informan que se trata de un grupo, y que los demás clientes del hotel no son aceptados (?) - La habitación: el mueble es correcto y el baño también, si se aparte de la ducha muy difícil de ajustar. En cambio, para el lugar, es una catástrofe: cerca de la sala de restaurantes muy ruidosa, el ascensor, una puerta que no deja de gritar y una reserva. Pedimos que cambiemos de habitación, nos responden que no es posible, porque el hotel está completo. - La ubicación del hotel: ”Fréjus centro”?? El nombre es malo, es muy extraño y, como se ha indicado anteriormente, no sirve para el transporte. - El desayuno es medio. - La relación calidad-precio: catastrófico, alrededor de 250€ por 2 noches con desayuno en esta condición.... Sin contar que hay que añadir el precio de los taxis si quieres unirse a San Rafael, esto hace que suba rápidamente la nota. Y, por supuesto, no se propuso ningún gesto comercial para compensar estos numerosos inconvenientes ... Hotel a evitar.

Muchas gracias a toda la equipo por su acogida, amableza y profesionalidad. Un enorme golpe de voz sobre los clientes que no respetan el trabajo del personal doméstico, técnico, romper los controles a distancia o quemar el suelo con cigarrillos o revertir y cortar los revestimientos de suelo con las chichas o otro..... c es realmente triste esta falta de educación y civilización n olvide que no eres el único que presta las habitaciones y que d otros vienen después de usted también pensar en las mujeres de hogar !!! Volvamos a las buenas cosas de desayuno en la parte superior rápidamente realimentado mesas desinfectadas tan pronto como los clientes las dejan y todo esto en la imagen de los gerentes que son muy humanos, al contrario que otros que son fantasmas en otro lugar. Cuide a todos sus familiares y a usted mismo y muy pronto. Farid cliente regular en su hermoso establecimiento.

Un accueil très sympathique avec un sourire qui fait vraiment plaisir 👍. La chambre est d'une propreté EXEMPLAIRE, hygiène IRREPROCHABLE et omniprésente 👏. Literie très confortable, et oreillers très accueillant pour passer une nuit 🌃 très reposante. En ce qui concerne la salle de bains, serviette de toilette très douce et bien présentée pour que le client soit très content 😊de venir dans cet établissement. WC IRRÉPROCHABLE, balayette nickel👍. Il faut le dire HAUT et FORT, que le personnel de ménage qui travaille toujours dans l'ombre et sans le personnel de ménage, c'est directement la clé sous le paillasson. Alors franchement, toutes mes félicitations 👏 pour le personnel de ménage qui fait un travail remarquable tout les jours de la semaine et 99% des clients ignore la compétence du personnel de ménage. Continuer dans cette trajectoire concernant l'hygiène et faites moi confiance, que vous faites un travail remarquable 👍👍👍. Sans vous, l'hôtellerie ne serait RIEN 🤫. Bravo à vous 👏.
