I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. Acabo de salir de mi habitación del palacio. Bilan. Ya estoy seguro de no haber tenido la habitación que había reservado por bravofly. A continuación, no felicito a bravofly que no me ha transmitido ninguna información para mostrarme a mi llegada. Tuve una habitación de menos de 4m2. Para dormir, basta. No hay ducha ni tocador en la habitación, por supuesto. Higiene correcta si se refiere al hotel en general. Muy mucha personal y bastante sonriente. Ahora, los lados menos divertidos. El precio, seguramente 800 por noche me vuelve a menos a casi 1000.. Para Mumbai, es correcto a 800, uno puede menos a 1000 pero pasé por un intermediario así que tengo 800.la televisión anunciado no funciona y fue un pequeño tubo catódico. No necesito eso, pero está en el anuncio como un punto fuerte y no es fuerte. El verdadero problema que tuve es el ruido. En la calle, clarkson se desplaza a la noche o casi, y viene de personal y clientes incesantemente. Portas que se clacan, conversaciones en la puerta ... 3 noches como ésta, tanto decir que estoy muy contento de ir, nada más que para dormir por fin. Lo había olvidado, pero vine a este hotel con mi esposa hace 6 años. Vio a la pareja de turistas que salen del tren a las 23:30 de la noche cerca de todo para no pasar la noche fuera y nos alquilamos una habitación de 4m2 sin ventana a 2000 rupias. En resumen, no recomiendo que este hotel no venga a reservar al principio de la mañana y a elegir bien el lado y no a más de 800. O entonces, puede ser on til de belle chambre en los demás pisos, pero tengo dudas enormes Aquí está.

We were pleasantly greeted by the Person Standing at the entrance he guided us that there was Valley Parking We were very tired and he got us settled into Comfortable AC Section on the Ground Floor. We ordered the Matka Mutton which was boneless mutton gravy in Red Masala it was very delecious and tasty we throughly enjoyed . The mutton was soft and tender too. Not oily and yummy at the same time. The Chicken Tikka Biryani Was ok have eaten better biryani. But strongly recomend the place for the great service and delecious Matka Mutton & tasty fresh lime soda.

The hotel is easily accessible by bus, taxi and auto(on the road). It is super close to the Juhu beach where you can go for a walk to chowpatty. The reception staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel could use some maintenamce but the staff promptly respond to issues and any needs that hou may have. I would like to especially mention Shumal who had been absolutely great. He served to us promptly and with a genuine smile on his face. 5 stars to him too. I would recommend this place.

Sus habitaciones mirando al mar te van abriendo el alma. En el comedor los camareros, la presentación de sus platos y el orden en todo, me encantó la constante atención al cliente. No puedo recordar el nombre del señor que nos lo iba explicando, pero fue encantador (su familia llevaba tres generaciones trabajando en el Taj) el ha dejado en mi corazón profundos recuerdos sobre el hotel Taj que quedarán para siempre y se los trasmitiré a mis nietos y a amigos como anécdotas deliciosas.Quisiera darle las gracias a este señor, que además al día siguiente, lo encontré por un pasillo y se acercó a saludarnos y a todos y cada uno de los empleados que hicieron de mi estancia de tres días en El Taj un lugar difícil de olvidar desde la persona que dejaba mi habitación arreglada, los que tocaban música, los que limpiaban Barandillas y las lámparas (¡que lo hacían a fondo!) los que se acercaban cuando me veían despistada a preguntar si necesitaba algo...sin ellos la eficiencia no sería igual. ¡a todos envío un entrañable abrazo!

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, right by the Gate Way to India and the Taj. We had a sea view room, room 303, it was clean and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are on the roof, with beautiful views and very good. Staff are very attentive and polite. Highly recommended.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.
