If they have luggages lockers seperate from bed room, it will be much better. Some roommates disturbed early morning until 22.30 pm. We were so tried from outside and would like to have a peaceful place to relax. It was my first time to use BRT in Xiamen that was so conveient to come to this hostel.

Nice little hostel, except for the rat in the room. Good location near the Sanfang Qixiang district, a huge street food street and metro line. Bed uncomfortable; just a thin mattress. Room had lockers and several plugs per bed. Great view from the window. Free washing machine in the room. Nice common area and very social if you speak Chinese. Wifi okay, but it dropped out sometimes. Hot and warm drinking water available. I saw a big rat in my room and rat poop on the bed above me (see picture) so they moved me to another room. Hopefully it's not a common thing. It's super confusing to find: go around to the back side of the building (east side) and go to the ”lobby”. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. Turn right out of the elevator and then take another right, and go to the end of the hallway.

Very close to xiamen railway station. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping malls around the hostel.The room was nice and comfortable. I recommend those who want to stay with the cheapest price should book this hostel.

海樂馨我還會再來噠！東山島是臨時起意來的，但是我遇到一羣很好的人，原本計劃衹待兩天，但這裏氛圍真的太好了，我待了四天！我跟我朋友説，在這的幾天比我大一一學期還充實。這裡有非常活躍的葉老闆 每天一口一個姐姐姐姐召集組織活動帶我們去看日出，有教我游泳教我電子琴伴奏的潘主任，有帶我游泳給我按摩的廚師長 ，有帶我趕海請我吃牛肉丸粉的婷姐，有吵吵鬧鬧餵我吃年糕的艷姐，有女人會影響開車速度的建輝，有喝着百威的酒鬼，還有隔壁會彈琴的楊老闆 有着一羣可愛的人！還有可愛黃主任和豬主任！正如葉老闆説的浪漫的不是日出而是海樂馨的這羣人，有點遺憾的是最後一天答應了廚師長留下吃完飯再走結果還是提前走了。在海樂馨的時光是我今年暑假除在南昌看十個勤天演唱會後最快樂的時光。最後祝大家天天開心，少些煩惱，睡個好覺！祝海樂馨蒸蒸日上做大做強！祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進，越來越帥！

Amazing stay! The host was super kind, he showed me around and helped me plan my hikes for the next day. The bed was confortable, the view from the 4th floor was really nice. AC, clean bathroom, rather confortable bed. Perfect location to go hiking (buses are free). Highly recommend!

Me cambiaron de habitación a Sister Hostel, que está a la vuelta de la esquina y cuenta con instalaciones modernas. Buena agua caliente y una bonita ventana.

Probably one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. There are two lovely cats, and the interior is designed to feel cozy and comfortable. Even though the mattresses on the lower bunks are placed directly on the floor, they’re surprisingly comfortable, not the extremely thin ones you often find in hostels. The room itself feels warm and inviting, and it’s quite spacious for 4 people. Having a semi-private shower and toilet inside the room (rather than sharing with the whole floor or hostel) was a big plus. The location couldn’t be better, it's just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Right outside the hostel there’s a lively street full of food stalls and street vendors, so you could easily spend days exploring the area without needing to go far. The only downside was that on one of the nights some guests checked in and started smoking in the room and bathroom, despite the no smoking signs. But that’s not the hostel’s fault, it really just depends on the neighbors you happen to get.

Best place to stay in Xiamen. It’s more hotel than hostel with many rooms. The room have all the basic amenities you name it. Just a minute away from walking street as well from the beach. There is also a coffee shop there. The only downside could be ceiling hight seems a little less.
