TTina FeThe hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

The location is superb, so close to everything and there is a tram directly out the front. The room was spacious enough, quiet and very reasonably priced.
Not the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in, but it is reasonable for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

BBec143I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one.
Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now.
Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!).
I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone.
The beds were comfortable though!
The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

UUsuario invitadoSería bueno, excepto para las grandes ventanas occidentales que se enfrentan a la izquierda sin ciegos y un dispositivo eléctrico que desactiva el aire acondicionado cuando nadie está en la habitación. Así que llegamos a estirar calor, y un aire acondicionado que no realmente fresca las habitaciones, y no hay ventiladores ni ventanas en la habitación principal. La mayoría de las otras cosas eran buenas, pero tener una habitación cómoda es fundamental y el apartamento no es sólo para eso. Disfrutamos de la ubicación y la piscina. No podemos hablar realmente a los niveles de servicio porque no pedimos, esperamos o recibimos ninguna. Es un poco frustrante que el hotel sólo tuviera una reserva para 4 adultos cuando hicimos una reserva para 2A+ 3C en trip.com pero quién sabe quién era responsable de eso.

AAnuradha Ganesh (Anu)Spacious, hearthy and very comfortable stay. Right next to the famous 12 Apostles (10 min drive) it is extremely convenient for sunset and sunrise visits and also close by to so many other viewpoints on the last stretch of the Great Ocean road!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute home style unit, with all thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, car parking right next to the unit, nice sitout area in the back with a wooden bench. While there were only 2 of us, but we felt that this unit is great valu for money as it can easily accommodate a large family of 5-7 people (1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds and large couches in the living room)
Very warm & welcoming and definitely recommend if you're passing through Port Campbell!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is wonderful, and the best part is that you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a place that is so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Melbourne from now on.
The location is perfect and makes getting around very easy. The only minor downside is the car park entrance, as you need to wait for the front desk to open the gate each time you enter, which can be a little inconvenient.
Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily give it a solid 9/10

UUsuario invitadoI stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued!
At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”.
Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?!
When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused.
Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.

UUsuario anónimoOverall a good location as there are 2 tram stops just a quick 3 to 5 mins walk away from the apartment. There is a minimart and 7-11 just downstairs, convenient for picking up necessities.
The apartment was quite big and had very useful amenities like a washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and big fridge. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner wasn't the best for me as it was a standing type located near the window in the living room. Despite adjusting to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the bedroom was still quite warm.
Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels were provided but not toothbrush, comb or bottled water. There was a kettle provided but I would prefer having bottled water provided daily. I was also surprised that housekeeping was not provided for my 5-nights stay. Fresh towels can be requested by hanging a sign on the door before 8 am.
Generally a good stay but do note that the reception counter is not open 24 hours, so if you arrive outside these timings, separate arrangements should probably be pre-arranged.
