We have best experience living in Urban Suite Georgtown . The facility is the best alot of different kind of swimming pool for kids and adult. Location also quite strategic near to pesiaran kapal sigh and many nasi kandar restaurant.

Recently returned from a 4D3N stay in Penang. Check-in was quick and efficient, with a RM200 deposit required upon arrival. The lobby is relatively small and always bustling with guests coming and going. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, and a popular Japanese restaurant just outside where people are constantly queuing, giving the hotel a lively atmosphere. The hotel offers valet service. However, the personnel stationed at the main entrance were unable to assist with even basic questions regarding directions and nearby places, which was disappointing. Reception was consistently busy throughout our stay. While service was efficient, the team appeared overwhelmed at times, resulting in little interaction or welcoming hospitality. Rooms are located up to Level 35, while the gym and pool are on Level 36. The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and was one of the highlights of the stay. With the large number of rooms in the building and only four elevators in operation, waiting times can be quite long, especially during peak periods such as check-in, check-out, and evenings. Security was one area that concerned me. Access to guest floors requires a room key card, but I noticed there were no CCTV cameras inside the elevators, along the guest room corridors, or in the stairwells. Personally, this affected my sense of security. The room itself was spacious and offered a beautiful sea view, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There was also a filtered water dispenser in the room, a feature I appreciated. Basic amenities were provided. On the downside, the water pressure in the bathroom remained weak throughout my stay, and there was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The room also did not have a telephone or safe deposit box. To contact reception, guests need to communicate via WhatsApp. There is also no room service available, though this did not affect me personally. Check-out was effortless. I simply returned the room keys and left for my morning flight without any room inspection delays. Would I visit Penang again? Absolutely. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not. While the room size, view, and facilities were good, the security concerns and bathroom issues would likely lead me to explore other accommodation options on my next visit.

Booking process was quite smooth and easy. The place nearby was quite happening for place to eat The room was clean But I believe it is an office modified to become a room to stay. Therefore it was very quiet outside of office hours. I found it awkward as it did not represent the vibe either an apartment or hotel.

My first stay in Tanjong Tokong, Penang was a wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, Muslim-friendly, and offered convenient free parking. I also appreciated that the Smart TV was fully functional, which made my stay even more comfortable. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for such a pleasant and aesthetically beautiful hotel experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!

En general, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa de 4 días y 3 noches. La ubicación era muy conveniente, lo que nos permitió acceder fácilmente a atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes al solicitar artículos de tocador y servicio de limpieza, ya que la respuesta podía ser bastante lenta. También se recomienda a los huéspedes no dejar objetos de valor sin vigilancia en la habitación por precaución. El primer día, durante el registro de entrada, el vestíbulo estaba extremadamente lleno, con muchos huéspedes esperando. El ambiente se sentía bastante congestionado y tenía un olor desagradable. Algunos huéspedes se mostraban visiblemente impacientes, pero, para ser justos, el personal de recepción hizo todo lo posible por atender a todos lo más rápido posible. El mejor alojamiento hasta la fecha, con diversas instalaciones como gimnasio, sauna y piscina. El alojamiento estaba en buenas condiciones y limpio, con todo lo necesario, como refrigerador, purificador de agua, televisor Android con cuenta de Netflix e incluso lavadora. Sin duda volveré.

This home is perfectly designed — cozy and convenient! We loved our stay at 22 Macalisterz, managed by Wayne. The unit was spotless, stylish like a boutique hotel, yet still warm and practical. The little touches amazed us — from the water dispenser to the medical shower chair, and even Muslim-friendly kitchenware and prayer items. Truly exceeded our expectations! Families will find it especially thoughtful, with a baby cot, bathtub, and high chair all provided for a stress-free stay. The rooftop infinity pool was another highlight — breathtaking views of George Town during the day and beautiful Komtar lights at night. The location is strategic, with famous food stalls and restaurants just steps away. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend it! 💯

This apartment was great, very clean and new. The facilities were also quite complete, with everything you'd expect. The location is convenient if you're driving, very close to the Queensbay mall and airport. My daughter also very enjoyed the swimming pool!! I only realized I'd forgotten my charger after I got home, but the housekeeping staff found it and pass to the management. The person in charge mailed it back to me. I'm so grateful to them!!
