Hotel elevator too small and always full of residents thus we have to wait for long hours especially during peak hour. Received Queen size bed instead of King size as advertised, feed back to receptionist but no action taken. Problem pushed back to Trip.com as wrong information given to customer. No credibility by ALV. Sdn. Bhd as no action taken even though wrong information published in Trip.com

Very kind receptionist in lobby, who assisted my dad from the seat when noticing him having difficulties to get up. The unit was very clean, though a little bit of smell in toilet, i think it’s due to the piping system of high-rise building. Nice front room with city view. The another room besude entrance is a bit crowded. No wardrobe/clothes hanger, only coat stands. Convenient location with various local eateries in walking distance. Value for the money.

Edificio muy nuevo en Macalister, una zona gastronómica. La habitación tenía casi todo lo necesario. Solo faltaba la lavadora. Tamaño cómodo para 4 personas. La vista del amanecer era impresionante; también se puede ver el mar desde lejos. Fuimos en coche y el aparcamiento era adecuado, principalmente en la quinta planta. El registro fue muy sencillo, ya que hay recepción que se encarga de la entrega de llaves y su devolución. Es como un hotel. Aunque solo hay 4 ascensores que dan servicio a más de 30 plantas, no tuvimos que esperar mucho cada vez. No olviden visitar la piscina, incluso si no van a nadar, ya que las vistas diurnas y nocturnas son increíbles. Merece la pena alojarse solo por las vistas. Ojalá se mantenga el nivel.

Had a pleasant stay at Urban Suites by Urban Pleasure in Penang. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 7, although I would say 6 people would be the ideal number for a more relaxing stay. The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete, especially the swimming pool and gym. One thing we really appreciated was the washing machine and dryer, which made the trip much easier for longer stays. The view from the unit was also beautiful, especially at night when the city lights started glowing like a mini galaxy. Overall, a good and worthwhile stay for families or groups visiting Penang.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like home from the moment I arrived. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal, which made traveling around Penang easy. The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the swimming pool. It was spotless and offered a truly breathtaking view, especially during sunset. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location, excellent hospitality, and amazing facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Casa espaciosa, pero la ruta de estacionamiento interior es un poco estrecha para un auto sedán. Si el mpv puede volverse una molestia para llegar a su espacio de estacionamiento designado. Pero claro, puede intentar pedirle a su representante que le dé un espacio de estacionamiento adecuado para mpv. Gracias Vivian por tu hospitalidad. Repetiré en el futuro.

Tuve una experiencia fantástica durante mi estancia. El personal fue increíblemente amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación es cómoda y está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Agradecí especialmente el wifi rápido y la cama cómoda.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, precio razonable, tiendas de conveniencia en la planta baja y al cruzar la calle, dispensador de agua LG, microondas, cocina de inducción, ollas y sartenes, secador de pelo. Desventajas: Me despertó un olor horrible la primera noche. Me alojé en el piso 11 y no sé de dónde venía. Aunque hay cuatro ascensores, suelen estar llenos. No hay enchufes internacionales ni espejo grande. Si el precio es el mismo que esta vez (RM260), consideraría volver.
