En realidad, la comida y la ubicación todo está bien excepto dos cosas Primero: ningún club nocturno o entretenimiento Segundo: Yo estaba con mi perro pomeraniano 2 kilos o pagado por él 95$ por las 4 noches que no permite permanecer incluso al aire libre Restaurante mientras los gatos de la calle en todo el hotel y no vacunados y yo tengo su pasaporte y todas sus vacunas y no está permitido 😡v v raro No me gustaba esto que tenían que poner gatos fuera Y si es una bonificación de mascotas y le pagué tasas adicionales para hacerle una habitación de estancia y los gatos de la calle alrededor de nosotros 😡

Este hotel promete mucho más de lo que en realidad ofrece. Obviamente tiene vistas increíbles al atardecer, unas buenas piscinas y una playa privada con bandera azul. Pero un hotel de un precio tan elevado no puede tener tan poca variedad de comida (se repetía muchísimo), tan pocos camareros y un servicio tan lento en los distintos bares. Por la noche el bar tenía una música espantosa que espantaba a los clientes. No había ningún tipo de entretenimiento nocturno lo cual hacía que el hotel fuese extremadamente aburrido. Las distancias en el hotel son muy largas y con cuestas con pendientes exageradas. Faltan ascensores y aunque hay servicio de transporte interno, es lento, siempre iba lleno, y en definitiva no apetece estar a 40 grados a la sombra esperando 10-15 minutos en una parada de bus. No es un hotel a la altura para el precio desorbitado que ofrece. Igualmente añadir que la decoración es muy clásica y algo ‘hortera’.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2023 as an early birthday celebration with my girlfriend. Due to work currently, we can only see each other every three months. We working hoping for a positive, chill experience. I am also a Hilton Gold member that has stayed all across the Hilton family of hotels; but I have never been so poorly treated by the front office than at this property. I was cheated and taken advantage of by paying over 500 euros more for their sea view room category and then given a lower category that is almost 50% of the cost per night and has no view (photos below). I would like to clarify that my grievances are with the front office. Most of the property staff are friendly, highly competent, and hardworking. Two staff members who were particularly excellent were the gentleman Efe and restaurant supervisor Merve Bilir. They provided excellent service, were genuinely warm people that care about their customers, and are hard workers. They should be the managing the entire hotel Also the food at the resort is very good and on par with any of my stays at the Waldorf Astoria properties. We also enjoyed the spa, which is run by a separate company and provided a great hammam experience Negatives: -We were given the wrong room category. The room I booked was a “King premium sea view” with “panoramic” sea views. Their reservations page is very clear about the room in both photos and its description. Instead we got room 6 with a view of some trees, which was clearly a lower room category (photos below). I typically wouldn’t care if the price difference is minimal, but lower room categories at this hotel are nearly 50% less per night (240 to 270 euros per night while I paid over 500 euros per night). Over the course of the weekend, I ended up paying between 500 to 600 euros more than was necessary for a lower room When I went to the front desk to point this out and ask for a room change, the receptionists agreed with me that this was not the right room and they offered me a free dinner with alcohol included, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us I agreed and left but didn’t feel that was fair compensation since a 130 euro dinner doesn’t make up for paying 500+ euros for the wrong room. When I came back a few hours later, I asked for a manager and the assistant manager Tarik came out to speak with me. He was completely dismissive and couldn’t care less for what I had to say. He didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I was speaking to him and tried to end the conversation as fast as possible. He then informed me that alcohol would not be included in the dinner after it was promised and while he was hurriedly walking away he said he would ask the head manager what else they could do. The receptionist felt bad and offered to send a bottle of wine. During the rest of our stay we never received a bottle of wine and Tarik never got back to us -Their beach club, Frankie, was closed for two full days for a wedding while we were

I recently stayed at Olivia Hotel for 5 nights on a family holiday, and before we came we were impressed by the pictures of the hotel and looked forward to staying there. Unfortunately, this is a hotel that looks better in pictures than what it really is. Firstly, despite the hotel being refurbished in 2021, a lot of it is still unfinished and what has been done is not to a high standard. This includes the outdoor seating areas where the seating either looked worn or dirty, or non-existent like the terrace (which was still under construction) and the rooms had poor quality or unfinished furnishings. Unfortunately, it seems as though people are allowed to smoke in the rooms in this hotel and there's no separation between smoking and non-smoking rooms as my room had a smell of cigarette smoke when I first checked in. The two duvets which were provided in the cupboard also stunk of cigarette smoke at first. The shower was also in a poor state. Despite it being a new rain shower, the one we were provided with simply wasn't fitted correctly, and at one point the shower head fell off while in use! The bed was not the comfiest either. In our area of the hotel, the WiFi was very weak as the modems are located in the corridors. Since our room was located outside of the main area where there wasn't a modem, it didn't reach there. The hotel is very easy to miss when you're driving to it as there's no clear signs for it on the main road, and the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and unmade. The car park is also unmade and you'd be very lucky to not get a puncture by parking on it! During our stay, the pool was also closed, and due to reopen a week or two after we left but looked like it hadn't been used in months and nothing had been done to it. Breakfast is included, but there are no options despite there being a breakfast menu available in the room. Each guest is given the same continental breakfast, which can be seen in the pictures attached which does get very boring if you stay for longer than two nights. The restaurant staff also speak very poor English so it's difficult to ask for what you want. We were also told to help ourselves to drinks from the fridge on our first morning, thinking they were free but a few days later we were asked by one of the restaurant staff how many drinks we took and we were later charged for them! There is also very little to do in Torba itself, with it being a quiet village. Admittedly, we did visit before the tourist season was in full swing, but if you're looking for a beach nearby or anything to do, consider other areas around Bodrum. There were positives. The receptionist who seemed to be running the hotel was very friendly and helpful when it came to most of our issues, such as providing us with a WiFi booster and helping my dad change his room (which is why I've given this review three stars rather than two). We stayed at hotel for 10 days and the whole experience is been lovely! The rooms were very clean and the hotel definitely looks better than in the photos, it was a nice surprise to see that! Staff were always helping and trying to assist everyone, except the reception team, some of the members couldn’t really speak any English, which we found a bit surprising, but it wasn’t a big of a problem. The food was really good and tasty but sometimes a bit repetitive but that’s understandable since it is a buffet. What was a bit annoying is that some evenings it was very packed and people were just skipping the queue when getting food. The animation activities were lovely and there’s was something to please everyone, from volleyball to dart games. Every evening different shows were on which made it very interesting. A big thanks to Seyfi (one of the animators) for making us feel welcome and checking on us every day to ensure that we are enjoying our stay to the fullest! The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the location; the hotel is very secluded from everything so we always had to take taxis to go town, in the evenings it can get a bit boring since there’s nowhere to go for a walk near the beach which makes you very stagnant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, it’s definitely been a lovely experience and surprised by so many staff members that have definitely been super super nice and professional!

Estuvimos una semana en este hotel, nos gusto todo.El hotel tiene un area grande donde se puede caminar y respirar aire puro. Encontramos en una habitación con muebles claros y un hermoso diseño, balcón y vista al mar. Limpieza y orden, comida deliciosa y personal amable. Por cierto, nuestra hija tampoco se aburria. Discoteca infantil, música en vivo, piscina y acuaparque. El único inconveniente es que el mar es rocoso y las medusas nadan cerca de la orilla.
