Hoteles con gimnasios en Samarcanda, Uzbekistán

La ubicación es muy buena, justo enfrente de la mezquita Shai Zinda. La mezquita Hazrat Shichir, la mezquita Bibi Khanem y la plaza Registan se encuentran a poca distancia a pie. La decoración del hotel es sencilla y refrescante y el desayuno es rico en variedad. Los chicos de recepción fueron cálidos y considerados, les pedimos que llamaran a un taxi muchas veces, pero siempre respondieron a nuestras solicitudes.

房間景色不錯，床品很舒適，旁邊的小步行街也挺熱鬧，30塊錢5圈的卡丁車好玩，唯一的缺點就是早餐太貴了，如果選擇帶早餐的，每天就貴200，還不如去旁邊步行街餐廳大吃一頓，也才200

I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

Nice room and varied breakfast buffet. Great Spa area with pool, sauna and hamam. The aircon in our room unfortunately was quite loud, blasting at full force, and it wasn’t possible to adjust it or turn it down. We gave feedback and they said they would send a technician to fix it while we were out, but the issue remained. Overall a pleasant stay.

El hotel es probablemente el mejor hotel de la ciudad antigua. Se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie del mausoleo de Gur Emir y a un rápido viaje en taxi hasta la plaza Registan. El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones de hardware, es limpio y cómodo y tiene un gran vestíbulo. Aunque no reservé una habitación con desayuno, hay muchos cafés elegantes en los alrededores y un desayuno cuesta solo treinta o cuarenta yuanes, lo que sigue siendo muy bueno.

El hotel mismo fue increíble. Muy limpio y limpio. El desayuno era amplio de selección.  Cuando lo preguntamos, nos hizo feliz que se nos fuera tarde. Muy grato! Oy mucho disfrute de estar.  La ubicación era sólo abajo, aunque está cerca de un parque, encontramos difícil encontrar yandex. Fue muy caro y llevó 10-15 minutos a llegar. Desde que hemos estado usando yandex muchas ciudades diferentes, esta vez fue la más desafortunada.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Excelente diseño, excelente ergonomía, personal del hotel hermoso y muy pensado - y muy buenas vistas.

Прекрасный отель! Новый, чистый, удивительно доброжелательный персонал. Все понравилось. В отеле есть отличный SPA: 2бассейна с комплексом саун. Рекомендую!

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options available in this price range in Samarkand.
