El hotel es bueno teniendo en cuenta el precio moderado para Suecia, el desayuno es también agradable y ofrece varias opciones. El hotel dispone de un parque de estacionamiento en un garaje subterráneo, pero aunque directamente debajo del hotel el ascensor no llega al parque de estacionamiento y tienes que tomar las escaleras del lobby. La tarifa de estacionamiento es de 200 coronas y añade sustancialmente al precio moderado! La habitación era bastante grande, pero sólo tenía luz dim. Desafortunadamente, el control de calefacción no funcionó correctamente. El radiador siempre ha estado frío y cuando le dijimos a la recepción, dijeron que era debido al antiguo edificio. Pero nos trajeron un ventilador eléctrico. Después de un tiempo de usarlo, la fusión se explotó. No quería quejarme más... Creo que el hotel necesita reparar algo para los huéspedes en el invierno!

Centralna lokacija, blizinu Lilla torg-a, i savršenog parka. Takodje zgodna lokacija za odlazak vozom u Copenhagen. Dorucak vecčera uz kafu i kolač posle podne daju prednost.

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

El personal de servicio es muy bueno. Puede arreglarme el cuarto para mi estadía temprano, el piso superior del cuarto, el hermoso paisaje fuera de la ventana, una vista inexistente, el hotel más importante ofrece desayuno, el sistema es muy rico, el precio de la habitación y el precio del hotel son muy buenos, si hay otra oportunidad de llegar a una ciudad, Debo volver a vivir en el hotel.

Hotel is located right at the beach and the harbour, location is great to explore Båstad. The restaurant offers a good breakfast selection and enough seating opportunities. The hotel is spread over different buildings and separated by a small road. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. No amenities are prepared in the room. If you want to use the Spa area it comes at an extra charge. The cleanliness in the room was bad. Dead mosquito on the ceiling, dust and hair in the bathroom. Must be improved at this price point and positioning of the hotel.

A very basic hotel that genuinely provides everything you need, but was overpriced for its basic services. Room is comfortable and not small at all. Mattresses on beds were not comfortable. I was there for a week and my room was organized only once, which was very weird to me. I don’t expect house cleaning on a daily basis with change of everything, but I do expect that house cleaning will make sure to check the room at lease once a day and it did not happen. Breakfast is nice, even if basic. For a lower price it could be ok.

It wasn't any phone in the room and if you wanted to talk to the reception, you have to take elevator, which usually was either delayed or crowded and have to wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes and when you speak with them, they didn't do anything about it.

Good location near Triangeln station. Abundant breakfast. Bedding, while newly washed, had a few stray hairs. Felt like there was a surface clean but still a bit dusty. Room lighting was also quite dark. Could store luggage for free, cannot check in before 4pm without a charge.

La habitación triple era lo suficientemente espaciosa como para moverse con comodidad incluso con las dos grandes ventanas abiertas, y el suelo de madera reflejaba su limpieza. El desayuno era abundante, con una buena variedad de comida, incluyendo fruta, y seguían añadiendo platos incluso cuando ya casi terminaba. El hotel tenía un precio razonable y sin duda mereció la pena alojarse allí.

I recently stayed and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
