Отличный отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Все просьбы решались очень быстро на ресепшен. Вкусное и разнообразное питание, красивый панорамный ресторан, достаточное количество лежаков, зеленая территория с пальмами. Спасибо!

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Большая зеленая ухоженная территория. Сначала кажется , что все расположено очень далеко друг от друга, но грамотная планировка зданий и их расположения обеспечивает быстрый доступ к любой точке. Единственное НО для людей, не уверенно себя чувствующих в воде- это волны. К услугам отеля это не относится. Чисто, хорошее белье, ни за кем из персонала бегать не надо. Вкусная и свежая еда, приличное вино. Скорее всего еще приеду

El hotel tiene un buen ambiente. Tiene su propia playa y piscina. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y nuevas. El servicio no es malo. Es un lugar tipo resort con comida y bebidas. después de salir del hotel, de lo contrario no hay transporte a la ciudad.

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

We liked this hotel for the location and close proximity to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Salalah. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The hotel isn’t too far from the airport, which is also ideal and doesn’t cost much at all in the taxi.

En general, uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado en. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, hermosamente diseñadas, las camas son muy cómodas y los lavabos son el sueño de cada mujer (luz, espejos y amuebles). El personal es muy atento, acomodable y naturalmente amable. La comida era más deliciosa y la variedad del bufete le hizo difícil elegir y aún más difícil no comer. Felicitaciones a la dirección y al liderazgo de la equipo del hotel - usted realmente hace un trabajo increíble. ¡Estoy seguro de estar de vuelta!

Il servizio è buono, la struttura sembra un pó datata ma dentro c'è tutto quello che serve e soprattutto la posizione è ottima

Отель расположен в часе езды от аэропорта. Находится в отдалении от всего, т.е выйти за территорию некуда. Номера расположены в главном здании и в отдельно стоящих домиках. К сожалению, при нашем заселении в номере пятизвездочного отеля не оказалось ни тапочке, ни халата, ни принадлежностей. Принесли только после просьбы. Питание достаточно однообразное и скудное. За едой выстраивается очередь. Персонал не успевает убирать столики за посетителями , напитки легче взять самим, чем дождаться, когда их принесут. Напитки подают только в строго отведанное время с 12 до 15 в баре у бассейна и с 12 до 18 по пятницам. В кафе в лобби все платно. При этом обмен денег на стойке ресепшн невозможен , нужно идти в лавку, в которой обязательно что-то надо купить. Лежаков у бассейна не хватает, но здесь не вина отеля, а отдыхающих, которые занимают места и не приходят. Пляж находится немного в отдалении - можно доехать на багги или дойти пешком. Иногда и на пляже не хватает лежаков. Анимации нет, только на итальянском для итальянцев. Для итальянцев отдельный ресторан. Персонал дружелюбный, на стойке ресепшн говорят на русском. В целом , пребывание в отеле достаточно комфортное. Белый песок и лазурное море сгладили недочеты.

The hotel is great to enjoy peace and tranquility.It has a nice beach and swimming pool. Also, good choice of food for breakfast and dinner, although a bit spicy. Very warm welcome and excellent service by the hotel team.
