Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, con un diseño atractivo y muy prácticas. La limpieza es impecable. El servicio fue excelente; me pareció muy conveniente no tener que devolver la tarjeta de la habitación al hacer el check-out, ¡simplemente te marchas! Además, ofrecen desayuno gratuito. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del aeropuerto (a solo unos 10 minutos en taxi), lo que lo hace extremadamente cómodo.

El hotel es muy bonito y un buen lugar para escapar de Londres y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama cómoda. También cenamos allí y estuvo bien (buffet por 22 libras por persona).

We normally stay at the Hilton but I checked other hotels and found the holiday inn on trip. I can honestly say that the Hilton hotel in reading is not a patch on the holiday inn. The holiday inn is cleaner, the rooms are better and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. Not forgetting the staff, they were polite and very welcoming.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and comfort of the space. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. I will definitely return on my next visit!

It’s my second or third time staying here. Location is great, just off M4 and excellent spot whether you are heading to London or Reading. Room is a bit worn as I believe the hotel is not new. On site underground parking comes handy.

Intenté llamar al hotel para descubrir sobre el transbordador para ver si podía llegar del aeropuerto al hotel, telefonía sin respuesta. Finalmente tuvo que conseguir un taxi muy caro ya que la información era difícil de llegar (las mapas de Google no incluyen el servicio de autobús H5H que se descuide es el que se obtiene). La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil, pero no es muy fácil. Debe haber intentado durante unos 10 minutos. La habitación no tenía una manera cómoda de desactivarlas antes de ir a la cama, lo que significa tener que girar para que las muchas luces se apaguen. Los interruptores de luz se ubicaron junto a uno de los dos camas individuales. El desayuno era decente con una selección ligeramente mejor que otros hoteles, pero por el precio de £25, lo habría evitado si tuviera otras opciones. El hotel es un hotel de calidad alta y no es un hotel de calidad alta.

Hi we just wanted a hotel within close distance of Reading town centre on a budget. It had all that we needed but could have done with air con. The staff were very accommodating and listened to any needs of customers.

Only few minutes walk from the train station and right at the city center. The room is of reasonable size. Although getting into the room was a bit of a maze and had to take a lot of stairs but the hotel itself is convenient for the cheaper price.

First of all the staff was great. Very attentive, kind and helpful.  However, the facility wasn’t that good. We stayed in a family room with one double bed and one sofa bed as a family of four with 4 yo and a teenager. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and it didn’t really fit two people, maybe only two small kids. So I slept with my child and I didn’t have good sleep at all. The head area of the sofa bed was lower that the legs end. Also the mattress was so thin so we rolled to each other for  the whole night, not even mentioning that it was extremely small sofa bed.  Lastly, the breakfast was very basic. Scrambled eggs didn’t taste like eggs. As the staff members said this was  processed and prepackaged , so unfortunately it wasn’t nice at all.  Please, Empower the local staff and managers to make a change which they already know this place needs.  Would be nice to have a better hotel in such a convenient location for travel.
