The staff are friendly and helpful. The dome on the right side of the resort, with a view of Prince Island, is highly recommended for couples. The new bungalows on the left side of the resort are also great for families and offer a partial sea view.

Great resort!!! Very recommended if you want to just escape from a busy life and want to feel connected to the nature.

En general, un hermoso resort en una isla camboyana. Aunque los empleados pueden ser un poco lento y inadvertida, el trabajo se hace. El desayuno está bien y la comida es bastante buena. Mi habitación era limpia y razonablemente cómoda. Si quieres ir a algún lugar y sentarse en la playa y tomar bebidas, este lugar es ideal - atmósfera tranquila, cómodas sillas de playa y mar hermoso. El resort está en una extremidad de una gran playa y puede caminar 20-30 minutos a pie a una tienda y a unos pocos establecimientos. La casa de vacaciones es una de las mejores de las que se encuentran en el hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in January 2026 and changed two rooms — one with a sea view and one with a garden view. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, with fresh furniture and recent renovations. We really loved them. Huge windows and curtains controlled by a remote — it’s absolutely wonderful to open the curtains in the morning with a remote while lying in bed. Sunrise, the sea — incredibly beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. They literally anticipate your wishes and help with everything — from carrying suitcases to the room to inflating a large rubber mattress for the children. The restaurant is very good, with a varied menu and tasty food. Breakfast has everything: different types of eggs, pancakes, fritters, waffles, delicious juices. Essentially, all our wishes were satisfied by the restaurant. The highlight is the Surf Club — an artificial wave and the opportunity to surf, with one free hour daily for guests. My older child practically lived there and learned to stand on the board. I would also like to especially note the cleanliness of the beach. It is constantly maintained: the sand is not just leveled with rakes but actually sifted with special equipment. You won’t find a single stick, large shell, cigarette butt, or anything like that. The sand is perfectly clean, the sun loungers are good, the mattresses are clean. It’s simply a paradise. This place is wonderful not just because of its location, but because the staff make maximum effort to create comfort, cleanliness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

Pro: Todo es perfecto cuando nos quedamos aquí. La habitación es muy bonita y la playa es realmente maravillosa. La playa es maravillosa. La piscina también es muy bonita. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Contra: Nos quedamos 3 días 2 noches y en nuestro 2o día, le pedimos que nuestra habitación esté limpia. También tenemos cena en nuestro segundo día y preguntamos si podemos conseguir el agua. El restaurante no tiene agua gratuita. Sólo venden botellas de agua que tenemos que pagar. Si queremos obtener agua gratuita, tenemos que conseguirla del receptor y no del restaurante. También no ofrecen una pad femenina. Debemos comprarla fuera y es muy lejos si queremos comprarla. No hay muchas opciones de restaurante.

We dont know where to start but we did enjoyed our stays here. This place captured our heart and we wish we knew it earlier so we can come and spend at least 2 weeks here. Our room was just a few metres away from the beach and the food and service here is 5stars. They deserve a recognition for the food in the sunset restaurant and the breakfast ♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼💖💖💖 We already feel emotional leaving this place, this place captured our heart and we will sure be coming back, if only we knew it earlier 🥹🥹😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️

¡Recibí una bienvenida increíblemente cálida! ¡El personal fue muy servicial! Me ayudaron a reservar mi billete de buceo y ferry. ¡La habitación era genial! Lo único que eché en falta fue un teléfono, y como estaba enferma, tuve que ir al restaurante a pedir mi comida (no había servicio de habitaciones). El menú no era apto para veganos. El desayuno tampoco. Literalmente, solo podía desayunar fruta y patatas. Al final, después de negociar con el personal, ¡comí una comida deliciosa! Habría preferido una habitación con vistas al mar, que tuviera dos paredes de cristal. Por lo demás, ¡fue maravilloso estar en la playa! Como viajera sola que buscaba paz y tranquilidad, ¡este fue un lugar fantástico en Koh Rong!

¡Un lugar fantástico para alojarse en la isla! Informa al personal del hotel sobre tu hora de llegada y te recibirán en el muelle de Saracen con su barco, te ayudarán con tu equipaje y te llevarán directamente al hotel. Adjunto una foto de un muelle y un barco de este hotel; por cierto, te enviarán de vuelta al muelle cuando salgas de la isla. El personal es extremadamente servicial y amable, ¡son muy agradables! Nos alojamos en la clase económica B33. La habitación (en realidad, una casa pequeña) es acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario: toallas, kits dentales, gel de ducha y champú, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, perchas, armario, muchos cajones. Hay toallas de playa si las necesitas; puedes pedirlas en la recepción por la mañana. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el agua del baño se evaporaba bastante bien, sin embargo, algunas personas dijeron lo contrario en sus comentarios. Había estado muy tranquilo incluso cuando había ruido en el restaurante. El restaurante es genial, hemos probado muchos platos, todos estaban deliciosos, las porciones eran lo suficientemente grandes. Tienen postres y sus pana cotta y brownies son increíbles. La hora feliz es genial, puedes disfrutar de las bebidas frías de 4 a 8 pm. El desayuno estaba incluido, vale la pena, puedes elegir del menú un plato y una bebida, se sirven algunas piezas de frutas de temporada con el desayuno. No necesitas preocuparte por el desayuno, porque no es un buffet e incluso si vienes a las 9:30, recibirás tu desayuno siempre. La piscina está limpia y es hermosa, hay muchas tumbonas y sillas cómodas, por lo que puedes sentarte cerca del mar o en la piscina. Solo una cosa fue decepcionante, la falta de una puesta de sol, está en la otra orilla de la isla, puedes verla en la playa tranquila, no está tan lejos como la playa del atardecer. También puedes caminar hasta el resort Laguna en esta orilla, si no quieres atravesar la jungla, la puesta de sol también es muy hermosa allí. ¡Muchas gracias por todos sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran especiales! Si volvemos a la isla, ¡sin duda volveremos a reservar una habitación allí!

Our stay was incredible! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the dinners were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

I got a good offer through trip.com. For this price , I cannot complain . The room is spacious . Nice Pool area . Noise is a little issue , I could hear every word of my neighbors .I could even hear my neighbor snoring . sound isolation is very poor . one night , I guess my other neighbors complained about me , having the TV running on moderate volume , they were banging on the wall . But my TV was really not loud , no music , only watching news . Another thing is the pool area . The area is big , pool is nice and cold . Sunbeds are in the shadow though from morning until afternoon , cause the building itself is blocking the sun . And pool area should be a place to relax , enjoy peace and quiet in privacy . But there is constant coming and going of staff , using the pool area as a link from motorbike parking to hotel building . There is garbage to transport out of the building , laundry , deliveries are made through the pool area . Staff are coming and leaving . If you are lying there , belly exposed , you want to have a minimal level of privacy . But you'll have fully dressed people walking beside you every other minute . you will find no quite relaxation , the vibe feels more like a train station . The hotel should have built a separate service corridor for staff and deliveries next to the pool area .security is using the seating area next to the pool to have a long conversation on his walkie talkie . Sometimes there is music playing from the bar at the pool . But it's not that some clever mind designed a suitable playlist of background music .it seems like whoever is working at the bar can make music using their personal smartphone . Music gets stopped in the middle of a song , to chose a different song . Sometimes you hear a notification sound cause the phone received some message . The music gets turned off and and on randomly. No place to relax . The photos were taken in a time span of under 10 minutes Balcony was cleaned only once in my 3 weeks stay . For me personally no big deal , but in an hotel that charges 45$ or more , I would expect a little more care .
