I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

Bonito hotel en las afueras de Cracovia. A 10 minutos andando hasta la estación de tren, desde donde 7 minutos hasta el aeropuerto. La habitación tenía agua, hervidor de agua, té y café. Cerca, al otro lado de la calle, hay McDonald's.

La ubicación está en las afueras de la ciudad, a menos de cinco minutos a pie de la estación de tranvía, por lo que el transporte es bastante conveniente. Me gusta mucho el diseño exterior e interior del hotel. Debo decir que el diseño del AC Hotel está por encima de cierto estándar. El equipo es nuevo, limpio e higiénico, y el mantenimiento general es de gran calidad. Personalmente recomiendo mucho este hotel.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

¡Un hotel excelente! La ubicación, el servicio y el desayuno fueron impecables, y el diseño de la habitación, las comodidades, la limpieza y el espacio cumplieron con los altos estándares de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Quiero mencionar especialmente que, desde nuestra llegada en plena noche hasta nuestra salida tres días después, el servicio de recepción fue siempre cálido, atento y atento a nuestras necesidades. La habitación se limpiaba excepcionalmente a diario. Gracias a este hotel, Cracovia me encantará aún más y, sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí si tengo la oportunidad de visitarla. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca del río, la estación de tren y las paradas de tranvía. Disfrutamos paseando por la mañana junto al río, luego cruzando los puentes hasta Kazimirec o la parada de tranvía más cercana al casco antiguo. El desayuno es muy rico y abundante, nos encantó, y el almuerzo también estuvo muy bueno. Las patatas fritas son muy especiales y simplemente geniales, a mi hijo le encantaron. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones están limpias y nos dieron toallas limpias todos los días cuando las solicitamos. En nuestra habitación solo había jabón corporal, no champú, acondicionador ni leche corporal. Creo que sería muy útil para los huéspedes que llegan en avión para una escapada de fin de semana. Normalmente no tenemos espacio para este tipo de cosméticos, así que es muy útil que los encuentres en el hotel.
