Hoteles con gimnasio en Taranaki, Nueva Zelanda

On the day of checking-in, we found hair and stain marks (mud?) on the bed covering on both beds, however after showing the receptionist the photos, they took it seriously and reacted fast.  The room got cleaned while we were out. They provided us with the complimentary breakfast for two as a courtesy compensation.  With their positive attitude and efficient responses and reactions, we were happy to think that it was just an accident. There must be some sort of car racing going on in New Plymouth on the day of our second-day stay. As we were waken up early in the morning, before 7am, by lots and lots of noises coming from the running of car engines that was so close to us. As we opened up the curtains to see what was going on, we then shockingly saw many racing cars were just lining right in front of the hotel main entrance, getting some sort of registration or something as you can see there was a table and some staff there doing something. Therefore, racing cars kept coming in more and more, and the annoying noises were constantly heard from the engine and people’s talkings over and over until around 7:30am.  Honestly, we were quite unhappy about that! Visitors coming to stay at a hotel hoping to have some good rest, not expecting to be waken up early in the morning in that way.  If they have arranged this type of event, they should have let all other guests know of this in advance when the booking was made to ensure that they are prepared or willing to take it.  Therefore, with this thing happening that morning, I am not sure if I would want to go back to this place or not. Sorry to say that but I didn’t feel well after being waken up that early with constant noises and didn’t feel any respect in the situation. Hopefully to see some improvements there.

Signage made property easy to find. Property immaculately presented inside and out. Checkin very easy, well dressed host pleasure to deal with. Room was spotless and provided everything travellers would require. VERY tiny,teeny weeny thing- no instructions on how to use the TV! If you dont have Sky at home, and given 2 remotes , very confusing. I strongly believe that host would have solved this issue if I had asked and if I hadnt been so tired, I would have asked him. But this in NO way would stop me returning or recommending this motel to fellow travellers. 5 out of 5 rating.

Great service, got early check in. Only downside was the room on the back side, there is no window view. They installed something in front of the window for the privacy of the neighbours

The unit Is clean though a bit dated. Good bedrooms size with fairly comfortable beds. Dining area is a bit tight with a tiny round table and 2 chairs, so a family of 4 can sit at the table together. Bathroom is dated, air ventilation is quite poor, a refresh to the bathroom would be great. Carpark is an issue, limited space so we don’t drive out during evening time as we are worried not to get a park when we return.

Excellent building setup. We took more than 10 minutes to cover all the areas namely reception, restaurant, garden & relaxation and easy section. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus was going to our room on the first floor using the stairs only. The front desk was however willing to call for help. Thanks.

La ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad y cerca del mar. Hay un restaurante chino al lado y los supermercados son convenientes para comer. En resumen, la ubicación es buena. La casa de dos recámaras tiene un baño separado en cada recámara, lo cual es muy adecuado para dos familias.

We had a pleasant stay, owner was really kind and gave us some suggestions about nearby area. We would come back again!

Especialmente bueno. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, hay galerías de arte, comida japonesa cerca, el mejor café y desayuno de la ciudad.

Some traffic noise at night due to downtown location. Very cute boutique hotel.

La ventana de la tierra está hermosa. La habitación es amplia y brillante y hay una cocina abierta. La ventana es una pequeña terraza, puede beber un té. La estancia sin salida es demasiado corta y hay la oportunidad de esperar más. La carretera que sale por la puerta del hotel se acerca muy pronto a la carretera Kent, se puede ver la montaña Tanaraki.
