Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con una distintiva decoración con piedras preciosas, herrajes de alta calidad y una amplia gama de dispositivos inteligentes, incluyendo instrucciones de escaneo de códigos QR por video. La mayoría de las plantas cuentan con servicio de lavandería, lo que lo hace muy práctico para los viajeros. Limpieza: Inauguradas en los últimos dos años, las habitaciones son luminosas, limpias y frescas. Servicio: Los ganchos del minibar están cuidadosamente ubicados. La recepcionista, Adi, fue cálida y atenta, brindándole una guía paciente.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones y una decoración de alta calidad. Por el precio, definitivamente vale la pena. El servicio fue excelente y la recepción me mejoró la habitación. Un pequeño detalle destacado fue el baño de pies gratuito, que fue muy relajante después de un día de caminata. Los jugos del minibar también eran gratis. El desayuno fue excelente y la estancia en general fue fantástica.

昭蘇牧雪居｜治癒旅途的寶藏民宿，下次來還選這裏✨ 平時網上預訂民宿，心裏總會有些忐忑，擔心實景和圖文不符，踩雷失望。但這次在昭蘇入住的牧雪居，徹底顛覆了我的固有印象，給我們的伊犁之行添滿了温暖與驚喜。 我們從伊寧一路自駕來到昭蘇，抵達時午後烈日炎炎，疲憊不已。好在前台小格姑娘特別温柔熱情，貼心快速地為我們辦理了入住。我們預訂的是民宿盡頭的180度景觀房，四面超大落地窗的視野真的太絕了！窩在客廳柔軟的白色沙發上，便能靜賞流雲漫卷、遠山清朗，昭蘇的治癒風光盡收眼底，氛圍感直接拉滿。 民宿已經開業兩年，但房間設施維護得格外乾淨整潔，幾乎看不到使用痕跡，實景和平台圖片一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人特別舒心。 出發前我提前添加了店家微信諮詢活動事宜，全程響應及時、耐心細緻，事事為客人着想。對於民宿而言，乾淨優質的硬件是基礎，這般貼心走心的服務，才是最動人的温度。還有工作人員小升，也為我們的行程給出了超多實用建議，真誠又熱心，特別靠譜。 入住期間我們在這裏吃了午餐和晚餐，支持網上小程序點單，特別方便。從房間過來，餐食就已經貼心備好，不用久等。本地牛肉口感絕佳、鮮香入味，地道的口味讓人回味無窮。同時體驗了店內的自助洗衣服務，設施齊全好用，細節體驗感拉滿。 店裡還有兩衹可愛小狗天天和哈雷，性格温順親人，一點都不怕生。每晚散步回房，它們都會一路乖乖護送我們，看着兩小衹在草原肆意奔跑、撒歡打滾，自在又治癒，光是看着心情都變柔軟。 最特別的是，民宿還安排了豐富的哈薩克族民俗體驗活動。我們親手體驗了擠牛奶、分離奶油、手工打饢，最後和大家一起分享親手製作的饢餅，沉浸式感受當地特色民俗文化，旅途變得格外有意義。 我們在這裏安穩住了兩晚，第二天來回夏塔景區，看完天馬浴河的表演回到民宿已經晚上十點了。本以為深夜返回衹會簡單接待，沒想到工作人員主動上前問候遊玩體驗，一句温柔的關心，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。能把服務做到細緻入微、把客人放在心上，真的特別難得。 臨走前，工作人員還特意為我們推薦了風景絕美、車流稀少的小眾路線，讓我們一路伴着草原美景，安心順暢地抵達瓊庫什台。 全程沉浸式體驗下來，滿心都是歡喜與感動。如果下次再來昭蘇，牧雪居一定是我們的不二之選！真心推薦給來昭蘇旅行的朋友們，值得奔赴、值得反覆入住💛
