房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，環境好，前台工作人員服務有個小姐姐服務不好，我們到了遊客中心説來接我們，也沒説什麼車，我們等了半個多小時也沒車來，打了幾個電話她説車來了好幾趟沒接到我們，也沒給我們打電話，我們也不知道來的是什麼車，問了幾次才説是酒店的觀光車，要我們去找，最後是找到了，要我們理解她，真沒道理可講，早餐票也沒有給我們，等到晚上別的工作人員才給我們，説上午忘記了，這個小姐姐還跟我們説接送衹一次，進出要自己去坐公交車，但其他工作人員聽到後靜靜告訴我們，如果等不到公交車就打電話告訴他們，會派車接送，第二天還是這個小姐姐，我們跟她要一瓶水，她説不提供水，房間裏有，真沒有人情味，我們來新疆一個月了，就是這個小姐姐給我最不好的體驗，我住酒店一般都是給好評的，這一次給這個小姐姐差評，其他的都好。我們長者出來旅遊，要的就是服務態度好，聽了暖心，一般的人對我們會很好，我們也會説謝謝和感恩

El hotel está cerca del centro turístico de Nati, a unos 150 metros. Es el hotel más cercano a la puerta de la zona del panorama de la ciudad. En la tarde del 3 de agosto, vi dónde se habían instalado plataformas personalizadas para ayudarme a reservar a la gente a 10 kilómetros de la puerta del área del panorama, y a toda la carretera, no podía soportarlo, y yo mismo fijé la casa con Trip.com. En primer lugar, el contexto del gobierno, creí. En segundo lugar, tan cerca como está, y hay espacios vacíos, no se puede perder. El resultado fue sorprendente. One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Location: ▪︎The city of Aksu itself isn't particularly interesting for tourists. Therefore, I found the hotel's location convenient, as: ▪︎the bus stop to and from the train station is a 1-minute walk away. ▪︎Aksu's old streets (though not particularly interesting) and the night market are about a 20-minute walk away. ▪︎A lively night market sets up in the evening just around the corner from the hotel. ▪︎The Cultural and Tourist Distribution Center – where buses and shared taxis depart for Wensu Grand Canyon – is easily and quickly accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Service: ▪︎Excellent welcome at both check-in and check-out. The young woman was able to provide me with information and efficiently direct me to the Tourist Distribution Center for my visit to the Grand Canyon. ▪︎One comment: there was no follow-up to my request, made at the time of booking, for a ride to the train station upon my arrival. Nor was there any offer of a ride to the station at check-out. Perhaps this should be considered as a standard practice. Surroundings: ▪︎A very decent hotel, which exudes a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter, with its spacious lobby, decor, and layout, and offers typical Chinese amenities such as laundry facilities and breakfast. The hotel is very quiet ▪︎I appreciated the hushed ambiance of the long hallways leading to the rooms. The carpeting was clean and well-maintained. Room ▪︎Room with double bed: exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely spacious. Beautiful view of the city (even if the windows weren't very clean from the outside). ▪︎The sofa/bench area was very welcome as an additional relaxation space. ▪︎The room was perfectly clean. ▪︎Very good quality bedding. Clean and good quality linens. ▪︎The bathroom area was conveniently located right outside the room entrance. I liked this layout, especially the two large mirrors. Everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. Hot water with good pressure. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were provided. However, there were no hooks for hanging bath towels. ▪︎I didn't test the Wi-Fi as it was incompatible with a VPN (essential for foreigners). ▪︎Electrical outlets were well-placed. ▪︎A minor drawback was the lack of a dedicated space for luggage. Breakfast: A pleasant dining room for the breakfast buffet. From 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. ▪︎Buffet: The buffet was exclusively Chinese, contrary to the information in the Trip.com listing description which mentions ”Chinese & Western buffet.” It was particularly well-stocked with a wide selection of dishes. The food was high quality. Fruit juice was available, but no coffee. AMENITIES ▪︎The room had a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator's location was a drawback: it wasn't visible, installed under the desk, and not very accessible. As a result, I forgot to take my fruit juice with me when I left. ▪︎Bottled water and tea bags were provided daily. ▪︎Laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, and detergent was provided. In conclusion, A very good place to stay that I would definitely add to my favorites. Excellent value for money, in line with the national average for this category of hotel.

首先是位置好，去喀納斯交通中心走過去幾分鐘。早上起來出去走走，沒想到一兩百米就到了喀納斯河，沿着河走走，感覺特別好，還看見了兩衹狐狸。其次是房間不錯，睡得很舒服。再次老闆人很好，我提出拆床墊塑料布的要求，回來後果然已經拆掉了，梳化床也鋪好了，走的時候還一再要給我路上帶水。另外，早餐也不錯。好評點贊👍

有機場接送，可載運2輛裝箱自行車。飯店9:00(還是6:00)即可入住，讓轉機的旅客可提早入住休息。 因入住時，飯店的早餐時間尚未結束。前台讓我們先行用餐，對於因為搭早班飛機未用餐的旅客很是體貼。 因行李較多，感謝前台幫忙升等房間。房內設施完善，一次性毛巾、浴巾很方便，面料柔順。早餐選擇比較多，湯麵、粥，或是西式麵包、中式小菜、水果，還有豆漿、牛奶、咖啡。 服務人員友善，笑臉迎人，對於旅客的需求，會盡可能幫助協助解決問題。 唯一缺點，廁所沒有掛勾，無法吊掛衣服，浴室地板略滑。

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Este hotel es tan excepcional, me hizo elegir a torturar una y otra vez para el resto de mi viaje a China, he trasladado varias ciudades y siempre he elegido Atour porque me quedé en Atour Yining. La habitación es espaciosa, el servicio es excelente, el desayuno es tan delicioso, el servicio de porridge de medianoche es tan cómodo. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas.
