Debemos mirar los detalles de este hotel! La habitación está preparada para el bucle de carga USB, una excelente ventana de luz, y agua mineral gratuita y comida delicada, especialmente intimidad. La separación seca del baño es muy buena, el suministro de agua caliente es oportuno y la temperatura del agua es estable. La sorpresa más es el efecto de aislamiento de sonido. La ventana está en la calle prospera, pero la habitación no está tranquila. La hermana de la recepción está muy bien servida. También ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a llamar al coche cuando se retira, y la experiencia está llena!

房間寬敞、安靜、乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。小王和文文兩位服務員熱情周到，值得表揚。房間內配備了高速 Wi-Fi，信號穩定，酒店設施比較新。雖然攜程描述酒店在物流單位內部，其實就是在道路邊上。機場免費接送及時，天山機場與酒店之間20分鐘左右。周邊沒有飲食飯店，衹有一家燒烤店，有燒烤和點餐，外賣方便，一般需要半小時到餐。酒店比較適合出差轉機居住，值得推薦給大家。

The hotel location is about 100m of walk from the ancient city entrance which is perfect. Room are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable.clothes Washing service on demand. Breakfast is included, chinese food only. Love the hotel !

散客還是不要選這裏了，旅遊團太多了，人很雜，前台對中國人服務態度是很傲慢的，而且不接電話。一開始衞生間很臭，要求換房不給換，打掃衞生的阿姨拿個袋子裝水壓住下水道解決了臭味的問題，但阿姨不停地抱怨她很忙，給人感覺很不好。定酒店的時候顯示不需要按金，實際上辦理入住就扣了300，離店幾個小時之後也沒有歸還，多虧了攜程的客服幫我催才要回來的。不過酒店大堂的保安姐姐和負責託管行李的保安大哥態度很好，總算讓人感覺好一些。

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Price: Overall a very affordable hotel w nicely furnished rooms for the price, the staff are very accommodating to foreigners and the doorman is very nice and friendly. Location wise: Very doable with a short taxi ride to most attractions, there are restaurants all around and is very close to the park.

打開攜程看推薦烏魯木齊豪華酒店排名，這家是第十，性價比也很高就果斷定了。首先到了38樓的前台辦理入住，去了趟洗手間看馬桶蓋上有尿漬地上有紙巾，想着可能是這會人比較多。接着拿房卡到房間安頓好孩子（這點要感謝酒店免費給升了房型）去了洗衣房，真是及其的無語，洗衣機艙門的那個密封圈一塊塊的臟東西！每一台洗衣機都是！顯然平時是沒有消毒加清潔過的！這點也請貴酒店不要把責任推給保潔人員，如果上崗培訓時有過這個流程，日常工作檢查有這方面的要求，肯定不會這樣！打電話給前台後確實給洗衣機做了簡單處理，可是吃完飯回房間不知道什麼時候服務員沒經過允許進了我的房間送東西！接着又是這高級的洗衣機一烘乾就是半夜，某朵家半小時搞定的事情在你們豪華酒店硬生生等到凌晨一點！沒想到最後還有更糟糕的，孩子在浴缸洗澡了，漏水漏到樓下，工程部進來我們房間修！防水是幹什麼用的，要讓我們面對着糟心的事！加上早餐六百一晚，能睡幾個小時安穩覺！

在烏魯木齊的轉機途中，文迪花園酒店（天山國際機場天工汽車文旅中心店）給了我如家一般的温柔停泊。酒店接送機也很準時！ 特別要感謝前台的水仙姑娘，笑容如她的名字般清雅，耐心解答我的每個問題，還貼心為我們辦理了房型升級。新房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨舒適，讓一路的疲憊瞬間消散。 清晨醒來，豐富的自助早餐更是驚喜。熱氣騰騰的本地奶茶、各式精緻點心和小菜，既暖胃又暖心，為嶄新的一天注滿能量。 這次短暫停留因為水仙的善意和酒店的周到細節變得格外美好。強烈推薦給每一位旅人，這裏不衹是一個歇腳處，更是旅途中的温暖歸所。晚上酒店的窗外還欣賞到了圓月，又大又圓！讓人心情滿分！

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店位置優越，交通便利，離高鐵站很近，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好，晚上睡得很香。設施齊全，網絡速度快。性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!
