The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

Muy satisfecho con la estancia en el hotel Weil. Situado en el corazón de la ciudad de ipoh, a sólo 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto. La habitación es muy espaciosa y hay bebidas y snacks gratis minibar al check-in. Seguramente volveremos y permaneceremos la próxima vez :)

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross! I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳 The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient. The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!

Ventajas 1. El condominio está ubicado justo al lado de The Lost World Tambun. Si vas a la laguna, este es el lugar indicado. El carrito está afuera del vestíbulo y ofrece transporte gratuito hasta la entrada. 2. El proceso de registro es sencillo con cerradura digital. 3. La administración es muy amable y es fácil comunicarse con ellos. 4. El balcón da a la laguna y tiene una vista muy bonita. 5. La piscina de agua caliente junto a la piscina es relajante. Desventajas 1. Si viajas para disfrutar de la gastronomía de Ipoh, la estancia está a unos 30 minutos del centro. Bastante lejos. 2. La limpieza es un problema. Suelo pegajoso, tapa del inodoro con manchas amarillas. 3. La cama se hunde; mi tía no puede dormir en toda la noche. 4. El sofá se hunde; mi espalda está prácticamente en el agua. 5. El caudal de agua de la ducha es limitado. La presión del agua es muy baja y diría que solo sirve para mojar el cuerpo. La presión del agua del lavabo es buena.

¡Tuve una buena estancia en este hotel! El personal de recepción fue súper eficiente, amable y educado, lo que facilitó enormemente el registro de entrada y salida. Incluso nos permitieron entrar antes, ya que la habitación estaba lista, ¡lo cual agradecimos mucho después de un largo viaje! Me encantó que nos dieran información útil desde el principio, como dónde está el dispensador de agua (cerca del ascensor) y la validación de tickets del aparcamiento. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca del pueblo y de las atracciones que queríamos visitar. El aparcamiento en el sótano era práctico y estaba bien mantenido. La habitación era satisfactoria, equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. También hay una encantadora cafetería en la planta baja con un diseño moderno, perfecta para pasar una tarde relajada con un café. ¡También sirven pasteles deliciosos! En resumen, una estancia agradable con buen servicio y una ubicación conveniente. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel ofrece diversas comodidades como piscina, gimnasio, spa y varias opciones gastronómicas. Me gusta su piscina de sirena, muy linda, pero hacía mucho viento y frío. El hotel está situado a orillas del río Kinta y ofrece hermosas vistas del río y de la ciudad, especialmente durante la noche. Sólo necesita caminar hasta el puente y disfrutar del ambiente sereno y pacífico que puede resultar relajante y refrescante. Hay un restaurante japonés al lado del hotel donde podrá disfrutar de un buffet libre, y hay bastantes restaurantes en los alrededores. El servicio fue excelente, el check in y el check out fueron rápidos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Aunque es un hotel bastante antiguo, está bien mantenido y cuenta con todas las necesidades básicas.

I had a wonderful stay at D’Kelly Hotel. It’s a new and modern hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable and equipped with high-tech facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was new and very cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities are impressive, especially the nice swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. There is also a café next door that opens until 2am, so it’s very convenient if you get hungry late at night. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, modern design, and excellent value for money. The environment is pleasant, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in this area. I would definitely stay here again!
