I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary supper and the delicious breakfast served on both mornings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is directly connected to Ipoh Parade Mall. It was very convenient to shop, dine, and even catch a movie without having to drive. Being located in the city centre also made it easy to get around Ipoh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the gym. It is clean, but the workout equipment is quite limited. Adding more machines and free weights would make it much better for guests who like to exercise. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

My second stay in this excellent suite. A warm welcoming from the receptionist, five lifts for convenience. Very clean, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped with three air conditioners, three fans, a bathtub, L-shaped couch, a fridge, a washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, iron, ironing board, kettle, drinking water and coffee/tea sachets. Nice city view from the balcony. Free and guarded parking lot at the basement. The bonus point was walking distance to Parkson, eateries, bars, reflexology, laundry shop, bank, city council and Greentown business centre. Therefore, I strongly recommend to all travellers in Ipoh.

¡Tuve una estancia absolutamente magnífica en este hotel! El lugar es increíblemente hermoso, está muy bien mantenido e impecablemente limpio desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. El ambiente es tranquilo y muy familiar, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. Uno de los puntos fuertes fue sin duda la piscina. Tienen piscinas separadas para adultos y niños, y ambas estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Mi familia y yo pasamos mucho tiempo allí: fue relajante para los adultos y divertido para los niños. La habitación era cómoda, ordenada y decorada con mucho gusto. Todo se sentía fresco y acogedor, lo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar plenamente de nuestro tiempo juntos. Lo que más me sorprendió fue el precio. Era muy asequible para un servicio e instalaciones de tan alta calidad. Alojarse aquí con mi familia valió totalmente la pena; quedamos satisfechos en todos los sentidos.

¡Tuve una buena estancia en este hotel! El personal de recepción fue súper eficiente, amable y educado, lo que facilitó enormemente el registro de entrada y salida. Incluso nos permitieron entrar antes, ya que la habitación estaba lista, ¡lo cual agradecimos mucho después de un largo viaje! Me encantó que nos dieran información útil desde el principio, como dónde está el dispensador de agua (cerca del ascensor) y la validación de tickets del aparcamiento. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca del pueblo y de las atracciones que queríamos visitar. El aparcamiento en el sótano era práctico y estaba bien mantenido. La habitación era satisfactoria, equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. También hay una encantadora cafetería en la planta baja con un diseño moderno, perfecta para pasar una tarde relajada con un café. ¡También sirven pasteles deliciosos! En resumen, una estancia agradable con buen servicio y una ubicación conveniente. ¡Muy recomendable!

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Pros : La habitación era agradable , situada justo al lado de los Mundos Perdidos , está a 5 minutos a pie de la entrada de los Mundos Perdidos , la habitación no tiene olor 👍 Cons: El paso de ascensor es un problema , es tan difícil de escanear y siempre tenemos que estar en el ascensor , tratar varias veces para que el paso de ascensor sea escaneado , y el estacionamiento está situado en el nivel 3 , el paso de ascensor dice “ tu paso no tenía autorización para ese nivel” , tenemos para bajar a G Floor y luego escanear la tarjeta de nuevo a nivel 3. Y también , otro lado estaba haciendo obras de construcción así que hay un poco de ruido

The hotel decor very nice as the hotel name as Boutique, the room i booked was double bedded not big as expected but just nice for solo traveller, the toilet very nice colour which black and white, the toilet flashing got problems and the counter gave a fast and good solution very fast . The only I wanted to complaint is the bed and the pillows not nice for good sleep, maybe the hotel need to made a changed especially the pillows .

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Had a wonderful stay at M Roof Hotel Ipoh! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is convenient, with plenty of great food nearby and easy access to the city’s attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend M Roof Hotel to anyone visiting Ipoh. Looking forward to staying here again!
