The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

Atendió todas mis peticiones de inmediato y respondió a mis mensajes con una rapidez increíble. Me encantó este hotel; la habitación era muy cómoda, con balcón y bañera. Incluso me proporcionaron bolsas de baño de cortesía, lo que hizo que disfrutara de un baño realmente relajante. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que visite Xuzhou. ¡Muy recomendable!

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

¡Ubicación excelente! La mayoría de las atracciones están a poca distancia a pie, especialmente Rundle Plaza, a solo 6-8 minutos del hotel. Las estaciones de tren y autobús también están cerca. Si te gusta la comida rápida occidental, hay un KFC y un McDonald's a ambos lados de la calle donde se encuentra el hotel. El desayuno buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones. La habitación y el baño son amplios y limpios, con todas las comodidades, incluyendo una pequeña nevera, plancha y soporte. ¡Muy recomendable! ¡Seguro que volveré a reservar aquí la próxima vez! 💕

This is a pretty good (though expensive) hotel in a great location. The decor may be starting to age, but its not too bad just yet, and I absolutely love the layout that allows the bathroom to be open to the room or closed off. The luxury feel of the bathroom quickly wears off when you get into the shower and wait fifteen minutes for hot water, especially when the water is coming through an ageing water saving shower head that probably should have been replaced during the previous Gulf War. I visited during Fringe, so the streets were loud, but the hotel is right in the thick of it if that's your thing (it was mine). I was impressed with how the noise from outside could be lowered reasonably well with both the balcony and inner windows closed. I was less impressed with the little sign that said they cared for the environment, which was a kind of care that didn't seem to extend to the provision of a recycling bin, which seems rather contradictory. It did, however extend to actually having the fridge off for my arrival, despite it having minibar items in it! A very strange arrangement indeed, as it renders the minibar useless until the fridge can be brought down to temperature. But overall, I had a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent.

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, with easy access to public transport, including the free City Loop and trams nearby. The room is equipped with useful amenities such as a fridge and microwave, which made the stay more comfortable. However, the facilities are quite dated. Some fixtures, like the drawers and toilet roll holder, were damaged. The pillows were both quite high, which made them uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the soundproofing is not great, and noise from outside or neighbouring rooms can be noticeable. Overall, a convenient location with basic amenities, but the comfort and maintenance could be improved.
