The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

Estaba bien, pero no más. Las dos cosas más importantes para mí en cualquier hotel son una cama cómoda y una buena ducha. La cama era grande, pero la presión del agua en el duche era muy pobre. Además, hubo otras cuestiones que no esperaría de un hotel de esta norma, que lleva los precios que hace. El botón de potencia de la televisión no funcionó, ni los botones superiores en la remota. Una vez que abri la televisión en el GPO y luego en la televisión real, no pude usar el reproductor de DVD conectado como los botones para cambiarlo en la remota no funcionaba. El desayuno era muy pobre, basicamente cereales o huevos abrasados con algunas opciones como las tazas de fruta, el yogur y las galletas. Me sirvió de estar cerca del centro de convenciones, pero dudo que me quedaría de nuevo.

Buen hotel en una gran ubicación. Cerca del transporte público y muy central. El desayuno Buffet fue muy bueno y si reservas en la noche anterior las tarifas son más baratas. Ojalá hubiera algunas opciones para otros platos en el restaurante de la casa.

Amazing location. We stayed for two nights and upgraded our stay by paying extra. Had a relaxing stay, we wanted to extend our stay but hotel staff didn’t really helped us to offer a good deal. That was the only disappointment rest everything was perfect.

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Adelaida. El desayuno gratuito y el servicio de tarjetas Zip Tap en el vestíbulo fueron muy prácticos. El único inconveniente es que no hay zapatillas de hotel gratuitas en la habitación. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Adelaida.

Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Staff were courteous and helpful. Still the only hotel that provides a good minibar and snacks. Recommendation for anyone visiting Adelaide.

Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.

Very nice and colorful designed hotel. The breakfast was of very good quality, we would have enjoyed more fruit variety though. The room was clean and spacious but we couldn’t get the night lights turned off. Very friendly and patient staff, especially Rachel took very well care of us.

Excellent central location, walking distance to many attractions, Rundle Street and the airport bus stops. Many good cafes, eateries and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. Free water to fill up own bottle, which saves the use of one-off plastic bottles and avoid consuming more micro-plastic. Great value for money.
