Foss hotel Reykjavik is a great place, conveniently located next to Bus stop 12 where all the tour operators pick up and drop off as well as Fly bus tdrop off and pick up. The hotel is very clean and safe. I have a fantastic experience with the staff in front desk and house keeping. I was a solo traveller and I asked guidance to the front desk on some places that i wanted to go within and near Reykjavik. Tge front desk staff, he gave me suggestions and helped me book the show ticket. He gave me clear instructions and seeing my lost look , even gave me the hootel phone numbers to call him in case I run into trouble. But thanks to his clear guidance I managed to navigate well and had a great day out. This hotel is about 15 to 20mrs from city centre by walk. One day I forgot my gold chain in the room. But the housekeeping folks while cleaning did not even touch any valuable stuff that i left. It is really a very reliable and safe hotel. They have a restaurant that serves delicioys food. I ate their fish and chips and chicken salad. Both were great. The breakfast has a good spread. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The best part is still the excellent service from the staff. My trip got rebooked and i had multiple correspondence with the staff and they were always prompt and reassuring. The only downside of the whole stay was my room. I got a corner room which had a slanted corner shape, meaning a triangle cut off from a rectangle. Though nicely laid out, i felt claustrophobic as the room size was much smaller. That room is not ideal, especially if not solo.

Desayuno delicioso con una buena variedad. Distancia aceptable de la calle principal. No había ruido al dormir.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, bastante amplia para tres personas. El personal nos ayudó a doblar la ropa, lo cual fue muy amable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de los puntos de encuentro de las excursiones, ¡e incluso nos recogieron en la puerta del hotel! El desayuno era estupendo, con mucha variedad. ¡Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable!

Estamos aquí como turista. El hotel no está en el centro. Tomamos el autobús para viajar por aquí. El sistema de autobús es conveniente. Aunque el hotel pertenece a un grupo de hotel de alta clase, la habitación es bastante básica. No se ofrecen acomodaciones. No hay muchas comedoras ni tiendas alrededor de la zona. Por lo tanto, nos llevamos el autobús a esos lugares. El lobby del hotel es agradable.

El Edison es un edificio que hace que la gente se quede aquí. Es una vista hermosa en Leishi. Es un consuelo para la estética. Cuando llegue, recibirá una bebida de bienvenida, que es un cóctel. dirígete al lobby o al bar de la azotea. Hay una pequeña máquina de café de cápsulas en la habitación.

Ventajas: El hotel está ubicado en una calle rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes, lo que facilita el transporte y las necesidades diarias. Además, se encuentra muy cerca de atracciones como la Calle Arcoíris y la iglesia Hallgrímskirkja. La habitación es espaciosa y tiene capacidad para tres maletas grandes. Desventajas: La iluminación de la habitación es bastante tenue y el aislamiento acústico es deficiente. Nos asignaron una habitación en el tercer piso. Como no había aire acondicionado, tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para ventilar. Sin embargo, debido al mal aislamiento acústico, se oían claramente las conversaciones de la gente en la calle. Además, cuando alguien en las habitaciones contiguas abría y cerraba la puerta al salir o regresar, las paredes vibraban notablemente.

Номер просторный, но это если и четверка, то будто не европейского стандарта. Номер правда добротный. Большой, с хорошей планировкой, удобным матрасом. Увидела волос чужой на декоративной подушке, было не очень приятно. А в целом, хорошо. Выберу ли в следующий раз? Если будут другие варианты, в которых я уже жила в Рейкьявике я предпочту их. Но только потому, что номера в этом отеле выглядят действительно старше.

La habitación es limpia y moderna, las instalaciones son nuevas y el servicio es bueno. La puerta del hotel requiere una tarjeta para ingresar por la noche, lo cual es muy seguro. ¡En especial quiero decir que el desayuno del hotel es excelente! La comida para la cena también estuvo deliciosa. No había arroz frito en el menú, pero me comuniqué con la tienda que quería comer arroz y me dieron una gran porción de arroz frito gratis.

I missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing. The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about. It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport. Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there. The location was good. In the middle of the action. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two. The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good. I would stay here again.
