Hoteles con Spa en Samarcanda, Uzbekistán

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Все нормально, хорошо, но не превосходно. Приехали примерно в 9 утра и пришлось оплачивать 50% раннее заселение, это из минуса. Остальное все хорошо. Еще очень жесткие кровати.

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Muy bueno hotel no está lejos de las atracciones, el hotel mismo es muy nuevo y rica en todo, la recepción es muy educada, hay necesidad, estamos en el tren a las 8:00 de la mañana, diciendo a la recepción antes de que nos ayude a preparar el desayuno, también están listos

El 8 de marzo era temporada baja. Había poca gente en el hotel, las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas. No había suficientes batas en la habitación y habría añadido algo humectante para el cuerpo (crema) al set de cosméticos. Sacacorchos y vasos. En general lo recomiendo, incluido el uso de la zona de spa. No había nadie allí durante la temporada baja, tal como me gusta)

[Estancia de lujo en Samarcanda] Este hotel se encuentra a unos 5 minutos a pie de la plaza Registán de Samarcanda y, al parecer, también cuenta con un salón de bodas local cerca. El lujoso interior lo merece, y la entrada del vestíbulo crea expectativas para su estancia. Un miembro del personal del hotel hablaba un poco de japonés, y aunque hablaba un japonés deficiente, me saludó con un amable ”hola”. La habitación tenía un ambiente elegante y la cama era cómoda. El desayuno buffet también era muy variado y delicioso, ¡y quedé muy satisfecho!

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

La ubicación cerca del Registan y del Mausoleo de Timur es ideal, en un barrio antiguo es una maravilla transitarlo a pie para descubrir la vida cotidiana. La limpieza, la recepción y el servicio de habitación es muy bueno. El WIFI es muy bueno en la recepción pero malísimo en las habitaciones. La pileta es por turnos de una hora, por familia, parece que culturalmente se ve bien asi. Tanto el Sauna como la pileta están muy buenos pero hay que reserva con tiempo.

Los anfitriones fueron amables. El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, a 5 minutos a pie de Registán. La habitación doble era amplia y el baño también. Incluso ofrecían traslado gratuito a la estación de tren. Y dos de los anfitriones hablaban inglés, lo cual es de gran ayuda. 10/10
